The area was not the best.

Closely packed campsites next to a very busy road with constant noise. The wifi was only working 1 of the 5 days we were there. This is my first stay at a KOA and was highly disapointed. Will never go to another KOA.

The staff here is great and very accommodating, this KOA puts you right in the middle of everything. Be sure to talk to Norma not only is she a wealth of information she is hoot.

CG has tight spaces! We arrived after dark in a power outage; ran our generator. 40 minutes later power restored, but our site had no power. 50A outlet on pedestal was black with soot, and neighbor was only using 30A, so allowed us to plug in to his 50A outlet. Next day I told the manager, but she was very dismissive; just repeating “but you had power last night”. One night taken off our bill

Very small KOA. We had a tough time getting our 44ft RV in site. Couldn’t put side patio down because the side was very small. KOA is close to everything which is nice. We won’t be coming back. Friendly staff just a very small KOA Zero amenities, dog park is just a strip of grass not fenced in.

We stayed in a cabin while friends RV’d. The cabin was fantastic, a two bedroom unit with full kitchen and living room; 1 king bedroom and the 2nd with bunk beds to sleep 4 or 5 (full lower bed on one of the bunks. Very comfortable beds! Private Seating area/patio w table for 4, bbq and a fire pit. Very friendly staff and all of our friends were nearby in the RVs !! Walking distance to Walmart

I would actually give this campground a 4.8, but that's not an option :-) Norma at check in was extremely nice, as well as other staff we talked with. We saw reviews that said it's small and "tight," which the sites are on the smaller side but we had no problem getting our 32' trailer and F350 truck into our site. The bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Me plus two other campers there waiting for someone to come to the office. There was a number on the door to call for help and the girl had the phone in her hand and never answered. When we finally found her she said she was eating lunch. lol. And very rude. We will not be back. It’s like staying in a parking lot. Rest areas have more.

It is conveniently located directly off the highway,We had a pull through spot very near the exit.The shower house was not great.The WIFI was down because a resident tore out the wires. I had hoped for a little better for $81.36/night (that’s w/KOA discount). Would not stay here again if I have a choice.

A decent small KOA and close to shopping and casino with very pleasant staff. The problem here is when it rains there are a lot of unlevel areas, especially in front of site 26 which turned into a small lake.

WiFi didn’t work, went to office they had to “reboot” and should work in 15 minutes. Didn’t work and found out from worker the next day that the line had been “cut” and would not be working. Place was a dump. Staff was very nice. Laundry room looked ok from outside. I will never stay here again, will advise people to avoid, and KOA should be embarrassed their name is on it.

This small KOA is very convenient if you are heading to the casino. The host, Christian, was very polite and accommodating, thus the 3 stars. Otherwise I would have rated it lower. The campground is very small and has only basic amenities. It’s located next to a busy road and is nowhere near the beach.

Nice location Staff was professional and nice bathrooms was clean. I asked the Management if though cable and Wi-Fi was working. It was not but overall a good stay and quiet for the most part also asked the manager about a discount if I stay another day or two since I had a family funeral in the area. She said no they only give 10%. But at least I know the other camps do,(30 to 40%) not here.

A little run down and in need of a refurbishment. Very friendly staff. $82 per night is high.

I think there are a lot of unfair reviews for this place. No, there isn’t a pool. Yes, it’s tight. You’re camping in a major metropolitan area. What do you expect? These folks answered their phone, were friendly and helpful. All hookups worked. Good laundry room. And despite it being a little tight, I was able to maneuver a 27 ft travel trailer. I arrived late as it was agree with the office. However, the slot assigned was tiny and the hooks were impossible to connect given the positions of the dump, the electricity plug, water and the length of the slot. I took the decision to put my RV on another slot, not knowing whether is was assigned to someone else. On top of that : no wifi.

The stay was terrible, the place is very ugly, dirty, the woman who works at the front office is very rude. They offer services and charge for services they don't have. We needed internet for security. They never had wifi. We went to ask and they told us they didn't know when they were going to have it . The only good thing about them, and I have to admit it, was the bathrooms were very clean

Sorry, but this place was not good. The dog walk area grass was not cut, the dog waste box was full and poop bags were coming out of it. The trash dumpster was also full and no place to put trash. No trees on the property, no shade so it was very hot.

Very small, bare bones KOA located right next to major road. Staff were very nice but this is very much a DIY location. Bathrooms were serviceable but nothing to write home about. If you want an easy access, no frills location then this is it.

We stayed about 30 minutes before leaving due to safety run down concerns. The manager (owner) the next morning told us she did not care if we gave her terrible reviews. She was not refunding any money. She was very rude and continuously spoke over our concerns. KOA should NOT associate their brand with this run down unsafe park. The campground itself was nice — clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, I do wish Hollywood KOA had disclosed more details during the booking process. When we arrived, there was no staff at check-in, and we had to search around just to find the letter they had left on the door. There was no email or prior notice letting us know that would be the process

Cada vez que tengo familia de visita a el área de Miami se hospedan aquí y la verdad que es un lugar muy acogedor con excelente servicio al cliente. Los Bungalows son muy limpios y estan cerca de todo en el área. Lo recomiendo.

Many will say the spaces are small, but yet no complaints from me because I mind my own business and I'm friendly. The staff are wonderful and friendly cannot say enough, because I just had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago, let them know and they have gone above and more than beyond to help. It is a natural beautiful amount of compassion and empathy unexplicable because they are awesome. Don't worry about all the other reviews cause this lady is telling you, don't miss out. Neighbors are cool and awesome too. Noone paid me or forced me to write this, I'm writing from my heart.

Not the best neighborhood I've ever been in. If I didn't have two 100lb German Sheppards to walk with me, I would be worried about waking on the street around here. But the bathrooms are clean asking with the showers and laundry room. There's lots to do in the area and the doggie beach where you can let your friend run off the leash on the beach is 20 mins away. The sites are real close together but the block patio area have bushes around them too give you privacy. They also provide nice furniture to relax and drink on the patio. The utilities are good and multiple hookups for the power and sewer. Plenty of room for the RV and to park your route vehicle.
