Very small site, very Noisy, with furniture full of holes and the toilets were very dirty and neglected. I will never go back, very disappointed.

Please know we did our best to accommodate you we treat everyone with respect. We understand you were unhappy about the confusion with relocating to another site, which is why we ask all guests to come to the office before moving sites to avoid any issues.

Had a Deluxe Cabin. Washer didn't work. Large roaches. It's a big parking lot. Strangers walking through and throwing their trash in the enclosed patio we rented. Futon had bugs in it/torn. Cusion did fit the frame. Very uncomfortable. Then ...as all lights were on getting dark...and TV was on. Someone just unlocks the door and walks in/no knock at 6pm saying their cleaning...thought we left?

This KOA is okay for an overnight stay, but any longer would be hard. We stayed 3 nights. It is very noisy as it is in the middle a residential area and right off of hollywood blvd. Thie sites are very close together. I recommend reserving a patio sight as it gives you a little more room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This KOA needs some major updating and TLC.

The location was perfect for heading to Hard Rock Stadium. The ladies were very helpful in getting us in our site.

The restroom were small and the floors in the shower rooms were dirty. There was not enough clean walkway outside the door to avoid tracking dirt into the restrooms. The paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was not functioning. There was no counter space next to the sink, and the paper towel roll that was there kept falling into the sink. And this for my most expensive stay ever in a KOA!

Narrow access points with cars crowding the road due to not enough space in the camping spots. Shared patios for two spots. Ours had been taken over by the camper next to us. WiFi costs extra and not available at all sites.

Campground not confined, lot directly adjacent to public road. Tiny lot. Men's restroom with dysfunct access lock (anyone can enter), one stall without locking mechanism for door, empty paper towel dispenser, dirty floor (hair, etc.). We have been to other city KOAs that were much better. Very poor value for money.

We were to be in site 27 people next door 28 had his truck in front of the spot asked them if they could move boy friends truck no keys we moved to 25 . Interesting brother checked in site 27 the truck is still there he was moved to different site . If you want to rent the spot have them move the truck or tow it . Our 5th wheel really to big for the park 39 ft hard to get in and out .

The site was clean, however, it was very crowded, both length and width. Basically it was a parking lot with trailer spaces and hook ups, in a neighborhood that surrounded us.

Closely packed campsites next to a very busy road with constant noise. The wifi was only working 1 of the 5 days we were there. This is my first stay at a KOA and was highly disapointed. Will never go to another KOA.

The staff here is great and very accommodating, this KOA puts you right in the middle of everything. Be sure to talk to Norma not only is she a wealth of information she is hoot.

CG has tight spaces! We arrived after dark in a power outage; ran our generator. 40 minutes later power restored, but our site had no power. 50A outlet on pedestal was black with soot, and neighbor was only using 30A, so allowed us to plug in to his 50A outlet. Next day I told the manager, but she was very dismissive; just repeating “but you had power last night”. One night taken off our bill

Very small KOA. We had a tough time getting our 44ft RV in site. Couldn’t put side patio down because the side was very small. KOA is close to everything which is nice. We won’t be coming back. Friendly staff just a very small KOA Zero amenities, dog park is just a strip of grass not fenced in.

We stayed in a cabin while friends RV’d. The cabin was fantastic, a two bedroom unit with full kitchen and living room; 1 king bedroom and the 2nd with bunk beds to sleep 4 or 5 (full lower bed on one of the bunks. Very comfortable beds! Private Seating area/patio w table for 4, bbq and a fire pit. Very friendly staff and all of our friends were nearby in the RVs !! Walking distance to Walmart

I would actually give this campground a 4.8, but that's not an option :-) Norma at check in was extremely nice, as well as other staff we talked with. We saw reviews that said it's small and "tight," which the sites are on the smaller side but we had no problem getting our 32' trailer and F350 truck into our site. The bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Me plus two other campers there waiting for someone to come to the office. There was a number on the door to call for help and the girl had the phone in her hand and never answered. When we finally found her she said she was eating lunch. lol. And very rude. We will not be back. It’s like staying in a parking lot. Rest areas have more.

It is conveniently located directly off the highway,We had a pull through spot very near the exit.The shower house was not great.The WIFI was down because a resident tore out the wires. I had hoped for a little better for $81.36/night (that’s w/KOA discount). Would not stay here again if I have a choice.

A decent small KOA and close to shopping and casino with very pleasant staff. The problem here is when it rains there are a lot of unlevel areas, especially in front of site 26 which turned into a small lake.

WiFi didn’t work, went to office they had to “reboot” and should work in 15 minutes. Didn’t work and found out from worker the next day that the line had been “cut” and would not be working. Place was a dump. Staff was very nice. Laundry room looked ok from outside. I will never stay here again, will advise people to avoid, and KOA should be embarrassed their name is on it.

This is a great place to stay. Norma even dropped by to say goodbye to us in our checkout day, which was very nice of her. Excellent location!
