The spaces are small, and there is a fair amount of traffic noise. However, given those conditions, it is very conveniently located and makes a good base camp. The space was nicely appointed with everything working well. The restrooms and showers were clean and in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst KOA. Booked a pull through and I pulled up and it was a back in site. They said they did it since my rig is only 19ft. And gave my site away. Their excuse was we are overbooked. KOA should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.

Staff is very friendly and professional. RV Park is clean, efficient and and the RV campsites are great. I would also like to point out the bathrooms and showers are super clean. Will stay here again.

A great campground to stay while exploring the Hollywood/Miami area. We had a good site that was large enough to accommodate our trailer with a wheelchair lift. The only downside was the bathroom. While it was generally clean it was small and very outdated.

The park was clean and the staff were friendly. My low rating is because the park is too small to be a KOA. There are no amenities and nothing to do there. Very boring. And I really didn't like having my site directly face a city street with residential houses across the street from the site. I literally felt like I was camping on the street in a neighborhood. I would not come there again.

Staff was very nice. This is basically a gravel parking lot with road noise and sirens all night long. Not restful.

I did a 4 because the men’s room shower and locks on Toliet doors were not so great although my wife said the women’s bathroom was fine. The campground was well maintained and centrally located. The staff was wonderful. Cable tv not so great as well as internet was hit or miss. Would stay there again.

The staff was great. The place is small. The neigherhood smelled like pot ALL the time. Sites are right on top of each other.

We were just passing through and the sites are extremely tight. The “easy access” large pull through sites are a joke. We were not able to pull in and got no help from staff. We ended up having to figure it out by pulling the wrong direction and leaving in the wrong direction. Definitely not for the weary traveler.

We paid $120 for a premium pull through site, and ended up with a back in site. The BBQ in the site was broken and laying on the ground. There was only 2 men’s bathroom stalls and 1 had a broken latch. There was literally a line in the AM to use the bathroom. We have stayed at a ton of KOA’s, this one felt like a rip-off!

Very small & cramped in the middle of a bad part of town!! Old & outdated! Staff was very friendly & accommodating though! If you want to see & experience all the surrounding cities, this is a good central location.

We used this as a one night stay while traveling to Key West. We were in a 30' TT and we were able to stay hooked up. We were very satisfied with our site, and hook ups. Yes it has several monthly's but they were all nice or stayed to themselves. There were several 1.5 million dollar buses here to without complaint.

First of all, we made our reservation in advance for a pull thrue with patio for a month. When we arrived, it was a different story, they didn’t give us what we reserved, they gave us a small back in very tight and they didn’t give us a choice ! On Koa web site, we were supposed to have Wifi and cable ! Well, nothing was working and they didn’t know when it will be repare ! (A month) Missin

All our monthly rate sites are back-in only; we do not offer pull-through sites. We’re a small park doing our best to accommodate all guests. The Wi-Fi is working with no issues. Cable requires a QAM tuner built into your device or a converter, as explained in person.

OK place to pull in for one night. Very small footprint; if you are towing at all expect to need to unhook. Confusion re: phone reservation for pull thru was handled. Bathrooms small and dated. First year as KOA and would expect improvements go forward.

Very small site, very Noisy, with furniture full of holes and the toilets were very dirty and neglected. I will never go back, very disappointed.

Had a Deluxe Cabin. Washer didn't work. Large roaches. It's a big parking lot. Strangers walking through and throwing their trash in the enclosed patio we rented. Futon had bugs in it/torn. Cusion did fit the frame. Very uncomfortable. Then ...as all lights were on getting dark...and TV was on. Someone just unlocks the door and walks in/no knock at 6pm saying their cleaning...thought we left?

This KOA is okay for an overnight stay, but any longer would be hard. We stayed 3 nights. It is very noisy as it is in the middle a residential area and right off of hollywood blvd. Thie sites are very close together. I recommend reserving a patio sight as it gives you a little more room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This KOA needs some major updating and TLC.

The location was perfect for heading to Hard Rock Stadium. The ladies were very helpful in getting us in our site.

The restroom were small and the floors in the shower rooms were dirty. There was not enough clean walkway outside the door to avoid tracking dirt into the restrooms. The paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was not functioning. There was no counter space next to the sink, and the paper towel roll that was there kept falling into the sink. And this for my most expensive stay ever in a KOA!

Narrow access points with cars crowding the road due to not enough space in the camping spots. Shared patios for two spots. Ours had been taken over by the camper next to us. WiFi costs extra and not available at all sites.

Campground not confined, lot directly adjacent to public road. Tiny lot. Men's restroom with dysfunct access lock (anyone can enter), one stall without locking mechanism for door, empty paper towel dispenser, dirty floor (hair, etc.). We have been to other city KOAs that were much better. Very poor value for money.

We were to be in site 27 people next door 28 had his truck in front of the spot asked them if they could move boy friends truck no keys we moved to 25 . Interesting brother checked in site 27 the truck is still there he was moved to different site . If you want to rent the spot have them move the truck or tow it . Our 5th wheel really to big for the park 39 ft hard to get in and out .

The site was clean, however, it was very crowded, both length and width. Basically it was a parking lot with trailer spaces and hook ups, in a neighborhood that surrounded us.

Cada vez que tengo familia de visita a el área de Miami se hospedan aquí y la verdad que es un lugar muy acogedor con excelente servicio al cliente. Los Bungalows son muy limpios y estan cerca de todo en el área. Lo recomiendo.

Many will say the spaces are small, but yet no complaints from me because I mind my own business and I'm friendly. The staff are wonderful and friendly cannot say enough, because I just had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago, let them know and they have gone above and more than beyond to help. It is a natural beautiful amount of compassion and empathy unexplicable because they are awesome. Don't worry about all the other reviews cause this lady is telling you, don't miss out. Neighbors are cool and awesome too. Noone paid me or forced me to write this, I'm writing from my heart.

Not the best neighborhood I've ever been in. If I didn't have two 100lb German Sheppards to walk with me, I would be worried about waking on the street around here. But the bathrooms are clean asking with the showers and laundry room. There's lots to do in the area and the doggie beach where you can let your friend run off the leash on the beach is 20 mins away. The sites are real close together but the block patio area have bushes around them too give you privacy. They also provide nice furniture to relax and drink on the patio. The utilities are good and multiple hookups for the power and sewer. Plenty of room for the RV and to park your route vehicle.
