Manager can be very friendly or very unfriendly. She was very rude on the phone when I called to see if two reservations could be made into one so we wouldn’t have to change sites, she wouldn’t even look just said couldn’t do it. Pretty nice when we got there. Our site was really bad, facing another camper and pretty much sharing a patio. Our outdoor furniture was missing most of the cushion

While the staff could not have any more friendly and helpful, this facility lacks amenities one would find at other KOA s. The sites are tight. My Slideout encroached over the space of the adjacent trailer. This facility lacks any tree canopy to provide shade heat, is adjacent to a major 6 lane road near a casino.Speeding cars with rapid accerlation engine noise can be heard throughout the night.

Bathrooms need serious renovations. Parking an issue for sites near the road. All in all a useful place to go for a night or two. That's it.

Since you are not responding to my email or answering the phone during normal business hours, I guess I’ll have to leave a review. I booked a campsite online for two nights. We stayed the first night, but when we returned the second night, you had rented our site to another rv and no other sites were available. The office was closed so we had no choice but to drive the 4 hours home. Never again!

Outdoor furnature black. Lots are small and had to bring in canopy to let neighbors pull in. Showers to small.

We were in site #7 and had great difficulty getting into the site with our 33 ft travel trailer and slides. This was unexpected as site number 7 is a pull-through site. With the trailer hitch, angle of the site, and the tree located next to the living room slide it was impossible to fit the trailer without the bedroom slide going into the roadway or tire on the pavers. Roads narrow/ congested.

We stayed for 2 nights in your ‘cabin’ . Looks good on side, but nothing like normal KOA. A cement building block from the outside. Found a large cockroach that ran into the dishwasher. We had trouble with the internet from day one and Karen did her best to get it fixed. Our reservation was not properly documented even though it was made a month ago & because of that our stay was shortened. There was no representative to reach when we tried to check in about 7:30PM-8:30 PM. There's no trash or recycling pick up or anywhere to drop them off on the property. The KOA location was extremely tight & extremely noisy not by other KOA occupants but the neighborhood.

As expected, sites are very small and no grass. Campground is in town and close to everything. Road noise is an issue. We used white noise machine on high. Keep your expectations in check. It is in an urban area.

Need to hire more people to work. Office staff was not always available. Bathrooms need upgrade. WiFi not strong. People were friendly. Staff was friendly.

We stayed only 2 nights, and the people were great, and friendly, the campground however is another story. Noisy from the street traffic and cramped. The sites themselves were rocky, dusty, and your neighbours sanitary hook up was right by your pad, dining area. No amenities, like a pool, or gathering area, but they did have new laundry machines. Will not stop there again.

Great location! The spaces are tight but it worked for us. We stayed here 7 days and our kids rented a cabin, both our experience were positive. We used the laundry, it worked fine. Plenty of spots to walk dogs off property. I never felt in danger, previous reviews stated that was a concern, it wasn’t. Lots do in the area and this spot is close to everything. I would stay here again.

Too many vehicles parked all over the place. Restrooms can benefit from a makeover.staff are helpfull. Rate overpriced. I left one night before.

We stayed at this KOA for its convenience to local sites. This is a small RV park in the city limits. The sites are small but very nice. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We understand this park has new owners and they are working to make the place nicer. We enjoyed our stay here and it is on our list of KOAs we will return to when in the area. We had a pull through with a patio.

Hard to believe this is a KOA but I guess if people keep staying here they are making their money. Booked a "cabin", first disappointment more motel style. Booked for 3 adults, missing blankets for futon, repeated requests, finally got one. Must say, very clean in "cabin", but slats for blinds, on all windows, would fall if opened. VERY noisy from road traffic. Very disappointed with this KOA

Noisy and dirty...other but the staff is wonderful especially Karen and William. They both went out of their way to change us from a very noisy location to a better and quiet space. I wish them the best and "thank you your help saved us from going crazy!!

We had a great time and everyone was very helpful and nice. Very close to downtown and the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino. The only thing is that the sites are very small.

location is very good. But toilets and shower is not clean enough. Tent area has lots of dust. Because of this reason I washed my foot 10 times in a day.

We’ve stayed at numerous KOA’s so we know what to expect. This was definitely our worst and were grateful it was only 1 night. EXTREMELY tight sites, right on a major 6 lane highway and in a shady area to say the least.

C'est un camping vraiment très bruillant en banlieu et à coté de la route. Jai eu l'impression de dormir sur un trottoir à côté de les voitures qui circule sur l'autoroute. Se n'a pas été une expérience agréable. Pas du tout. Je ne le recommande pas à personne.

The staff was very friendly and moved me to a quieter site away from the main road. At $90 a night, the KOA was WAY overpriced. In the Men's bathroom, there is two toilets and only one sink. Campsites seemed too small for the larger RVs. Some towing vehicles had to park in the city street. NOISY! Too many teens revving their noisy engines and racing. My Cable TV was never fixed over 3 days.

It is ok for a stopover. The facility is just a spot for your rv in a residential area. The sites are tight. We weren’t given any welcome instructions or anything. It was pouring down rain when we arrived. There were huge puddles and lots of standing water near the electrical hookup which was near the ground. As we were leaving a woman was harassing us about having our generator on.

Stayed for a week. Place needs a upgrade. All gravel sites , no green space. Sites are very close to each other. Staff not real friendly. Reported a issue to front staff and maintenance they never fixed it. Sewer pipes left uncovered. Not a nice place. Heavy rain flooded the place. Very busy road beside campground sounded like a racetrack.

Shocked this location is affiliated with KOA. No feeling of security. Best described as a ghetto. We thought we could trust the KOA brand. Does your organization not have any qualifying standards? If so, you should dispatch an inspector to review the site.

Really amazing staff! We slept in a tent so the road noise was pretty loud. Women's bathroom was clean and stocked. Men's room seemed a bit neglected. The tent sites were great. They were flat and had water and electric which was a real novelty! And I really can't say enough about the friendly staff!

Grounds are unkept. Poor site layout and poor enterance/exit available. Way too close to a major 6 lane road. Security is a concern.

Cada vez que tengo familia de visita a el área de Miami se hospedan aquí y la verdad que es un lugar muy acogedor con excelente servicio al cliente. Los Bungalows son muy limpios y estan cerca de todo en el área. Lo recomiendo.

Many will say the spaces are small, but yet no complaints from me because I mind my own business and I'm friendly. The staff are wonderful and friendly cannot say enough, because I just had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago, let them know and they have gone above and more than beyond to help. It is a natural beautiful amount of compassion and empathy unexplicable because they are awesome. Don't worry about all the other reviews cause this lady is telling you, don't miss out. Neighbors are cool and awesome too. Noone paid me or forced me to write this, I'm writing from my heart.

Not the best neighborhood I've ever been in. If I didn't have two 100lb German Sheppards to walk with me, I would be worried about waking on the street around here. But the bathrooms are clean asking with the showers and laundry room. There's lots to do in the area and the doggie beach where you can let your friend run off the leash on the beach is 20 mins away. The sites are real close together but the block patio area have bushes around them too give you privacy. They also provide nice furniture to relax and drink on the patio. The utilities are good and multiple hookups for the power and sewer. Plenty of room for the RV and to park your route vehicle.
