The KOA is extremely tight. Sites are on top of each other. There are a lot of long terms at this small park. The neighborhood doesn’t seem to be the best. The only positive to this campground was the staff - friendly and eager to help.

Don’t stay here! This place is so nasty, even mosquitos or flies don’t want to stay the night here but the homeless do! (There is a man slept on the bench in the empty RV spot). This place should off from KOA.

This is by far the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Possibly the worst campground we’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms were filthy, I had to wait to shower because both were occupied by homeless men. No pool. No WiFi. No trash pick up. Nothing for the kids. This is very different from our many KOA experiences this summer and over the years.

The campsites location is very undesirable. It is shared with long term tenants and located next to a residential community.

Electrical panel Had 2 50 amp breakers of which were crossed. The breaker feeding the 50 amp receptacle was not directly above it but diagonally and vice versa. Coming in at dark which was my fault there was initial concern More concern for the camper needing 30 amps and the receptacle was protected by a 50 amp breaker

While I knew there were limited amenities at this particular location it was troubling not to have the option of WIFI. Arrived and the table outside was missing the glass so we had to let the front desk know. Won't be staying at this location again.

I would not recommend this KOA. It needs a lot of updating. Park was noisy due its location. Park is located next to busy streets, in the middle of a neighborhood and several contractors with loud work vehicles seems to reside there long term. They’re coming and going at all hours. This RV Park should not be allowed to be a KOA. It is in extreme poor repair with many long timers in run down trailer type units. Sites are so close together we did not have room for slides without spilling over into the next space. Do not recommend!

Nobody was in the office at 2:00pm and the door was locked. I had to call the phone number on the door 6 times before anyone answered. Mean while there were three RV’s lined up to check in. The grounds were filthy and you couldn’t pay me to use the laundry room. This location is a disgrace to the KOA name.

The wifi was down but the hosts were very nice and helped me with laundry, the bathroom, the store, anything I had a question for.

Easy to book- the staff left an envelope (late arrival) with everything needed. It is just a little run down and not a great area.

This KOA is basically a parking lot. In a questionable neighborhood. Location is by busy road all we heard were sirens and cars racing up and down the road most of the night. We only stayed Friday night 6/17/22 - We checked in early no one was present the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful tho! Sorry, but we just were not comfortable staying at this KOA and do not recommend it.

Karen is Awesome! She's very friendly every time we see her! She was also very helpful during our check in as moving day can be hetic sometimes. She waves with a big smile to all the guest when outside! Not to mention she's been the only one here for the last month or so working hard everyday o keep the office and park clean and running smooth! She really deserves a paid vacation or a nice bonus!

Neighborhood kids hanging out at our campsite when we pulled up and left all their trash, candy wrappers, empty waterbottles. Then they moved to the patio at the office and left more trash there. No security, but glad there were codes for the bathroom. Wish there were a gate.

This was the dirtiest KOA we've visited. It's in a seedy location and immediately adjacent to a loud, busy highway. Fortunately we only stayed one night, which was one night too many. We definitely won't be back, and.wont recommend this KOA to our friends or family.

GREAT LOCATION. REASONABLE RATES. CLEAN AND WELL-ORGANIZED PARK. AND THE MANAGER, KAREN, DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! LOL! WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK. CHEERS!

Started reaching out Tuesday 5-31 via phone needing late checkin instruction-voicemail box full. Sent email per website. No response. 3 calls on 6-1 mailbox full. Finally reached office 2:00pm, was given instructions and told that she would text me a marked site map and campground address that would take us directly to our site. We recd text at 4:43-we arrived 5:10. Adequate accommodation.

At first glance I expected it to be noisy but it was exceptionally quiet, convenient location and very friendly and efficient staff!

This place needs some TLC. Security lights were not working around sites 1-6, our site patio light was not working. A fuse blew in the bathrooms in the early evening hour. This was not fixed until later the next morning and there was no number to call. We had to use a lantern at night. Friendly staff, and the campers were friendly. I will go back since it was close by.

This KOA is the worst RV spot I have ever stayed at. It was small, washers and dryers were dirty and only two of them worked. Each had dog hair in them. Trash was in the fire pit, no cable and no wifi. I would not recommend this KOA. It is an embarrassment to the brand. Do better KOA.

The WIFI and cable were not working because an RV ripped the line down months ago and we were not informed until we set up. The lines would not have come down if they would have been installed at the right height. This KOA has had enough time to fix the problem it's only a cat6 wire not that hard. There is also homeless people living in a van with dogs across the street. We won't be back.

Clean and kept well but the location was not ideal. Very close to traffic and highway. Many long term residents it seemed. Overpriced for the tiny space you get. No firewood available for purchase.

While clean and the staff were great this campground is in the middle of the city but not close to any tourist attractions. It appears this campground solely exists for day laborers.

Not a good KOA, no pool, no WIFI, and the park was not enclosed. Our camper was next to a public sidewalk with no fencing. The ice machine in the office was inoperable. The property owner across the street and a person engaged in a 2 hour screaming match within 20 feet of our spot. Again, next to a street with no fencing. $70.00 per night is an outrage!

I had requested a pull-thru and that we would be arriving after hours. The reservation had been made months in advance, yet they called me the day of and said there might be a problem getting my trailer on a site. It was a complete ZOO when we arrived! Not only were none of the sites big enough, there was absolutely no room to even turn around in the campground! Never again at this KOA!!!!

Place is in the near restaurants and Hard Rock hotel but is by a very busy avenue . At night was quite at least the nights I slept at the camp ground . The lady at the desk , was very helpful and courteous, went above and beyond to get me a better spot for my camper . Not recommend for people that are looking for nature or bigger RV lots . My honest opinion !!

Staff friendly and courteous, and communication was good. Small setup footprint. Challenging for larger rigs. Too expensive for what campground offers.
