The campground is very well maintained and the owners are great people! Very clean bathrooms and shower areas. Definitely will stay here next time we are in the area.

Very, very nice campground. Sites nicely laid out and well maintained. Lots o green space. It’s not designated as a “KOA Resort”, but it should be!

"Buddy" sites are odd and somewhat lack privacy. We only spent one night, however, as we were passing through so we didn't have time to spend in the shared space anyway. Other than that, the campground was quiet, well groomed and pretty, bathrooms were immaculate and the owners were very friendly and accommodating to allow us to check in after hours.

we have stayed there three times and it has always been excellent. the new larger pool is great. walking trails are wide, clear of stuff and safe. only small complaint is that people need to follow the rules of the pool. no food or drinks. groups came into the pool are with kids, toys and chests filled with food and drinks. no problem with the kids or large family groups. same rules for all.

The campground is immaculate. The facilities are top notch. The mowed trails were a favorite of ours, you could walk a long way and never know you were in a campground. Landscaping was great, plenty of mature trees that are not in the way while maneuvering. This is a rare gem and we look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hixton KOA. We enjoyed a beautiful, clean site and loved all the amenities. Our younger children loved the pool and jumping pillow the most! Our older children loved the tipi and using the map to explore the area. Thank you for taking such great care of your facilities! It is rare to see such a well kept campground and we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful, well kept park. The owners/managers are very friendly, helpful and present. We loved our large patio spot that offered outdoor seating a fiepit and a beautiful view. The park was just perfect!

We stayed for one night on our way from Cincinnati to Glacier National Park. We thought the campground was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We brought a dog and enjoyed the mowed trails.

John and Deb are the best hosts. The place looked so good. Kids and grandkids loved the pool, yellow jumping pillow and the playground. And the wagon ride, ice cream and popcorn movie night.

only stayed 1 night as we travelled across the western states. It was the nicest of all the KOA's we stayed in - staff very friendly, helpful, grounds/ gardens were meticulous.

Been to a lot of KOAs this has to be the number one in the country why do I say that its by far the cleanest quiet park ever you want to live here what I like most there are KoAs that let you hang your towels trash from the trees these people keep up there park it's beyond beautiful. They have rules for those of us that like perfection. I only have one negative comment. You have to build a bathroom up on the hill walking down is Way to far. Washing dishes in throwing water in the bushes isn't going to hurt but I get it because of the people who don't clean everything I get it. Campers be aware of the things you do. Pick up after your dogs‼️Happy Camping 😘 The staff is like going to a five star hotel professional nice helpful
