Love the cleanliness of bathrooms and camp sites, friendliness of staff and the grills and fire tables. Wifi was very unstable always kicking in and out. I would have given the campground a rating of 4.75 if it was offered as a choice. We were travelling from out of country and wifi was important to us for contacting family and planning our trip. I would recommend staying here.

EverYthing was clean and quiet. Good security.! The road Needs to be paved coming in to main office though. Needs to be more privecy in the tent area. No plant life at all.!! Needs a wind break by the camp fire. Hope this will help to make it a even better place to stay. Would also like to see people get some free upgrades in the off season. Just a great way to treat your customers. Thanks.Brian

We camped in our RTT so we relied on the restrooms for washing up, brushing our teeth, etc. The restrooms were very clean, the tent sight are level, spacious, and have a BBQ with them. Definitely will camp at this KOA again

we couldn't stake down our tent and had a problem holding it steady in the high winds.... otherwise park was clean and served us well; it would be nice to put some bushes or trees around the tent sites to afford a little more privacy and noise break from the surrounding residential neighborhood and roads

Bob, Stanley and the other staff are very personable, professional and hard working. The grounds are extremely well kept. The childrens and adult play area is great. Great family fun. Restrooms are clean. Can’t recommend enough and hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

Aside from the storm that blew through, it was a fantastic stay! Very nice staff, great amenities, very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I pass through :)

Great restroom and shower set up. Very clean and secure. The location off the highway makes access excellent. The tent sights are petty exposed. A few trees would be a great addition. Only negative was the internet was not cooperative and service kept getting dropped. Convenient and friendly. I'd stay again.

The campground far exceeded our expectations. This was our first time tenting in over 17 years, and my husband and myself loved the sites and amenities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were extremely friendly and took an interest in how my son was doing in his baseball tournament we were attending. They recommended grocery stores and local restaurants. We will be back!!

Limited tent sites, but were clean and nicely arranged. Quiet. Clean bathroom facilities. The only drawback was the reach of the WiFi....could not access it from out tent site and had to go to the laundry to access it.

We enjoyed our stay at Helena North KOA. Everything was clean and brand new. We had a private area for our pop up camper, complete with electricity for charging phones, free WiFi, water, picnic table, heated bathrooms and beautiful showers with amenities other parks miss. Best of all, fun games to play too! Downside: a motorcyclist buzzed the area for a solid hour late at night. Unhappy neighbors?

Great deluxe tent sites with a gas grill, fun pocket park, nice big and clean dog park, FANTASTIC bathrooms and Moose Junction Coffee within walking distance.

It was very nice and everything is always clean and well taken care of. We loved seeing the new additions of the camping cabins, the Silo's and the large activity area with sail sun covers with a large picnic area and game area. Thank you Helena KOA for enjoyable stay. The campground was clean and nicely maintained. Owners/management made it comfortable and welcoming for us. The gentleman working the front desk even gave our kids a s’mores pack, which was very kind! We would definitely recommend the Helena KOA!

This is an AWESOME KOA with really great staff. We stayed here on our way to Canada/Alaska. The people who work here were so helpful. We ran into an issue with our 5th wheel refrigerator and T&T quickly recommended a couple of mobile tech's who came out diagnosed and later fixed the problem. The office folk were more than accommodating with extending our stay a couple of times without having us move. We also received several Amazon deliveries, which they would text us when they arrived. I believe Bob is the owner and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy. Stand and T & T were just so wonderful. They have 2 dog parks, which are side by side and a good size for the pups to run around in. They also have these really cool shilo rental units, which looks like a lot of fun to stay in. We will be back to this park for sure and we HIGHLY recommend them.

• Staff are excellent • Site was fairly level • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good • Showers are clean and decent water pressure • Wifi is good, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV • Quite a bit to do in the area, close to shopping and dining • I would stay here again
