Perfect location to visit places around and in Halifax. Good price and very clean. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss.

We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly, pancake house was a highlight for our 2 kids as well as the ice cream store and the pool. Will definitely be back. Showers and Bathrooms very clean as well!

Really love this camp ground. I love to watch the ducks in the lake and the kids enjoying the bouncer or their bikes. The facilities are as clean as could be expected, ie cleaned regularly.

We have been coming to this KOA for the last 5yrs. We feel it has gone down hill somewhat. The pool is always freezing cold for the last two yrs. The toilet paper in the washrooms is so thin you give your self a prostate exam everytime you wipe your butt. The owner of the camp didn't seem as friendly as normal. Maybe under stress? The pool was dirty. Our favorite site hasn't been available for 2yr

Owner was rude when we couldn’t back into a site due to other RV in the way. Was shocked. I own a construction company and move three large trailers constantly.

Campground is all rock, big ones in drive in area. The gentleman running it as well as another lady cleaner I believe for Cruise Canada vehicles tore a strip off of me publicly because I looked in the rental units they had. They are for rent, no sign that says do not touch. Very humiliating. The lady saw that I opened the first vehicle and didn't come to tell me it was not allowed. Mary

The water was cool at the shower each day. There is no toilet paper in many toilet. The piscine was cold but the kids enjoyed the playground. We enjoyed the site #a06 but there is two barking dogs when my kid do some bike in the road.

Le seul désagrément a été que puisque nous étions près du terrain de jeux et que les enfants aimaient particulièrement le genre de gros ballon gonflé style trampoline je crois à partir de 20:30 ou 9:00 qu’il devrait être dégonflé. Il faisait noir et un soir les plus grands ont sauté jusqu’à 21:45 dans le noir, assez dérangeant. Mais c’est tout c’était vraiment bien

Very friendly staff. Clean washrooms and laundry. Campsites are well kept and spaced out enough that you are not on top of your neighbor. Convenient location to travel to the Valley and to the City.

We love this KOA. The staff are wonderful, the campground is so well run. Kids have an amazing time there with the play facilities. We are amazed at how quiet the campground is once night falls and it's time for bed. It's just lovely. The sites are really nice and they have so many extras there like the pancake breakfast and the ice cream and their little store. We love it.

Very crowded, we had a constant sewer smell at our site. We discovered on the morning we were leaving that there was raw sewage seeping up from the ground at our site. There were seasonal across from us who looked like they lived there doing car repairs and other work. The pool was freezing. It felt very run down and we were very disappointed. Provincial/National parks are much better and cheaper

Stayed at many KOA's over the years and this by far has been the worst. Friendly staff but is as far as it goes. Not larger RV friendly campground. Our camper(35') barely find in our site and was unable to even open our awning. Sites extremely close together and not well maintained. I am surprise this campground has the name KOA attached to it. Would not recommend or will not stay again.

Most of KOA Halifax was beautiful and wooded. Loops E and F were barren and like camping in a parking lot! Too many campsites too close together. I would remove every other campsite!

It was very noisy. People next to our campsite did not respect the curfew and they were making party until 3 am for the two nights.

We stayed only 1 evening but owner was quick to jump in & assist with ‘boosting’ our Jeep as soon as we arrived at campground, unhooked our Jeep from RV & found out it had a very dead battery

Beaucoup trop de campeurs , terrains trop petits. Station de vidange pour ceux qui n’ont pas les égouts se trouve trop près des campements , mauvaises odeurs .

Electric plug at our site was faulty and the man in the office had an attitude about it when we asked for a new receptacle. According to residents that is normal. Place needs a thorough clean up and the playground complete with broken benches needs a good pressure washing. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

We loved our time in this camp. The staff was great and they made connections to us from the get go. The camp was close to several sites we wanted to visit and we loved our time in Nova Scotia and hope to return soon. The bathrooms are great and we like that they are separate from the showers. They had chances to mingle and get ice cream or pancakes on site. We saw the meteor shower, too.

C'est un camping bien situé pas en ville, on entend un peu l'autoroute, mais c'est acceptable. Il y a une belle piscine, creusée, chauffée et bien entretenue.
