Can't comment in the campground as a whole as we did not use it. Our site was horrible and so tight beside the next spots. We had a very hard time fitting our small trailer inso as our slide was not in the neighbours site. We never opened our blinds as we were so close. Quite surprised as we booked in January.

Wonderful host. Pull through level. Only negative was the late hour children were running around yelling until close to midnight.

According to my wife-within her top 5 KOA’s. Could not have been nicer. Lots of private spots on the Sackville River. Would love to stay at this campground again.

Very friendly staff at our arrival. Very clean showers and restrooms, beautiful sites. We had a mechanical issue and the owner was very helpful in suggesting a shop he knew. Problem was solved early on Monday even if we did not have appointment. If you are in the area and need a fabulous shop, F&Wright are the best !!

We enjoy the locations and enjoy even more the owners friendly and kind manner towards their guests. We have been coming there now for a couple of years and they always try and to accommodate our needs, which we appreciate very much.

31 ft motorhome w tow, 2 nites, Hwy access easy in/out. Site level, small, no shade. Staff directed hard way to get into PT site so had to unhook tow. Wifi broken thru our stay. No cable, 2 OTA chnl. 2 bars Verizon, 3 w booster to use hotspot, bathrooms clean, small grounds some back in site with trees would be a tight fit for larger units. Will come back on way back to states.

Nicely treed sites, but maintenance needed. 2/5 washers working. Biggest problem was seasonal site ridiculously blaring music for hours with nothing done. A good location for visiting Halifax.

The property has been neglected for a long time. Everything looks tired and in need a lot of attention. Most of the washers and dryers were broken. We were parked by the dump station and every couple hours it let out horrible disgusting smell that lasted about 30 minutes. This went all for the whole 18 hours we were there. Will not go back.

The cleanest, friendliest spot that’s close to everything that we’ve found. Full hook ups, tree and open spaces. Nice big lots, plenty of room for slides. �

We spent 3 nights here. First night was a nice spot by the river but the neighbors were a bit loud. Management took care of this. We had quite a bit of rain next day so we were able to move to a very nice, dryer spot. Owner Joe very friendly and accommodating. Recommend for its proximity to Halifax. Seemed like there is quite a bit of infrastructure for families with children, owner friendly.

It was my first time at this place. I chose it because: close to home and pull-thrus were available. As a first time camper with a Tear-drop trailer, it was important to me to not venture too far to ensure a successful trip. It did not disappoint. I had reserved for two nights and ended up staying four! The weather was perfect and being weekdays, quieter than a w/e. Joe was a great host.

The owner was absolutely amazing and had very knowledgeable conversations with everyone. He made the place as he is so friendly and so accommodating. Very nice and clean place. The washrooms were so clean and so nice. Loved it and we’ve booking to go back.

I always recommend the KOA. Convenient and family friendly. A beautiful location on the banks of the Sackville River. Close to Halifax and all sorts of tourism sites.

I love this campground and have been here several times. Joe and staff are exceptional. I marked the overall score lower than previously based on price. I was shocked at how much it went up from last year. I was always a bit cheaper than most other campgrounds in Nova Scotia. Now it is one of the most expensive.

C'est un camping bien situé pas en ville, on entend un peu l'autoroute, mais c'est acceptable. Il y a une belle piscine, creusée, chauffée et bien entretenue.
