We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. We loved your pool, playgrounds and pancakes!! I would love to see 2 staff in the pancake house as we did have to wait almost 45 min for pancakes and that lovely staff lady was extremely busy!!

There was an issue with the septic when we first pulled in; we would not be able to stay at our site. I found the manager/owner (//) and he very graciously moved us to another site, which we liked better for the privacy, and refunded us the difference in cost. He also reopened his store because I had forgotten to pick up an item. Appreciate his efforts and helpfulness!

Crowded noisy , no toilet paper in bathroom , it was a weekend , seemed short staffed the sites are crowded not enough showers for size , need to be better cleaned, no rules seemed to be enforced, kids running across peoples sites after curfew hours, our site was nice , staff usin laundry facilities taking ip machines , while several out of service, staff was friendly and were doing their best

We just bought an RV, and wanted to spend our first trip close to the city in the event we forgot anything. I had low expectations of a campground so close to amenities, but KOA West was arguably the best campground I had ever stayed at. The owner, Joe, was very personable, and the hospitality was great. The live entertainment (Fitch & Stone), was better than any act I had experienced!

We stayed one night. The pool was great and the ice cream hit an excellent idea, however, we didn’t make it to the pancake breakfast. Thank you.

Nice campground! Joe the owner is a great host. Enjoyed the ice cream shop. Pool a little on the small side and the entry/exit is so my RV was struck by an exiting camper.

Very tight camping ground when we walk out the door we’re in a flooded area. The grounds are not kept up very good. They’re too busy building their own garage instead of fixing the campground. Do not recommend it.

Nice campground but The over hanging trees and narrow roads make it difficult to get around with a bigger Rv They also need more 50 amp service.

Gros coup d’eau avant notre arrivée, installation dans 3 ´´ d’eau pendant 24 hres… très désolant // gros camion reculant avec alarme a7:30 lundi matin juste devant notre lot…,très bruyant . Jamais vécu ça avant dans un KOA.

We found the sewage smell was awful at times. We found F10 site could have used gravel or tailing on the pad in front of your trailer stairs. Very muddy when it rained. Campground was very clean and well maintained. Super Campground for kids. Will come again with family.

Rustic getaway with too many vehicles allowed per site. Camping near the bouncy pillow can get annoying. The washrooms and showers were not kept clean.

The dog park was a little lacking. It looked more like a dog pen than an area they could play. Went to go use it and when we saw it we just walked away.

Le gérant du camping est très attentionné pour ses clients . Après la première nuit nous avons demandé de déménager et nous avons eu un terrain dans un secteur tranquille comme nous espérions. Nous y sommes restés 9 nuits. Il nous a même prêté un adaptateur de courant puisque nous étions sur un terrain 50 ampères mais que nous avions besoin de 30.

Very noisy, lots of kids running and biking around. Narrow roads, our site was right next to the dumping station, which is in the middle of the park. Tiny swimming pool. Clean facilities

It was fine. We'd never stayed at a KOA. Thought we'd try it. Too noisy and crowded for us. No fault of yours. Just not our jam.

Terrible site. Super small, couldn’t sit out. Ridiculous “dog run”. Clean bathrooms at least. First KOA experience and not impressed. We won’t be back.

Cozy urban campground. Lots to do and kid friendly. Only concern is it's noisy and sites are very unlevel / rough for tents. Basically have to put it beside fire pit as rest of site is rocks or very unlevel. For a city camping stay it's good.

Had a great time with family and friends. Nice and friendly people and the kids were friendly and very polite. They all loved the dog. The grounds and pool were kept clean. Had a great time will be back again Thanks for a great weekend!

We had an excellent stay at the Halifax West KOA. We stayed in site E7. It was a great, well kept site. We will definitely be back!

This stay at the Halifax West KOA was our best ever. Even though we had great stays here before, the service was exceptional this time. Thank you. It was great hearing children playing and laughing. But at quiet time, it was quiet. Seeing the owner walking around the campground was great. See you soon.

C'est un camping bien situé pas en ville, on entend un peu l'autoroute, mais c'est acceptable. Il y a une belle piscine, creusée, chauffée et bien entretenue.
