We had a fantastic time , kids did not want to leave. Bathrooms were extremely clean and staff were all very helpful and friendly. See you next year

The hornets were unbelievable. When we arrived we are approached by a woman with two small black dogs telling us that her dogs were poisoned three times from the water at this campground. Needless to say it was unnerving due to the fact that we had a very small Chihuahua with us. It made our stay rather uncomfortable and concerning.

Always great at the Halifax West KOA. Staff is great. Lots of fun things to do with the kids. Pool could be a little cleaner

The trailer had dead bugs in the lights and as well the ac unit was filthy:( The toilets were backing up and smelled horrible when flushed.

Loved everything about our stay. The staff were all very friendly and the grounds/facilities were well taken care of. Our accommodations and site were clean and well kept. We all had a wonderful time at our site and around the whole grounds. We’ll be back next year!

Stay in a deluxe cabin. Was close to play ground and pool. Felt safe letting my kids play. Evan has a fenced in yard for dogs. Had a great family trip.

This was our 5th or 6th time staying here. We really enjoy the peace and tranquility. It is the perfect campground if you want to get away but not have to travel very far from the city. Will be returning next year.

We stayed 2 nights in a kamping kabin. Kabin #37 is off the main road a bit and offers more privacy than the others, which we liked. The movies at night were great to have that for optional entertainment. We had pancakes one morning for breakfast and they were delicious as was the bacon, sausage and coffee. The washrooms were always clean and rarely busy considering it was a holiday weekend.

The staff is very friendly and the cabins are great and clean , the area is very clean and lots for kids to do. Would certainly recommend it as a wonderful campsite.

Great ! Would like to have an adult swim time in the future. Something like pool closes at 8 for kids and 10 for adults. Also hoping you could banish pot smokers to a certain area instead if right by my kid.

Me and my family love this place , this is our 2nd year going. They have a lot to do for the kids , the staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabins are my favourite very cute and cozy. Not overly noisy you could definitely get some good relaxation done here.

This is 2nd year in a row we came for the grandkids who thoroughly enjoy the playground. My comment is the floors are filthy. I know they are going to get dirty running in & out,but they are filthy before we even get there. I know because I spilled water & when wiping it up, the paper towel was black. With cabin 33 there was nowhere to place dish rack. Also your garbage bins fill up really fast.

Loved the cabin! Will never go back to camping in a tent again! The cabin was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked and cleaned frequently. The pool looked pretty cloudy by the end of day but the kids still got in it and had fun. Staff was very friendly. Our cabin was missing a smoke detector (just a heads up). We will be back for sure! We had a great time! Thank you

Owners and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as we had to add a few days and switch up some days which was handled perfectly. We will visit again great location to see the East coast sites!!!

We had a great time and plan to stay again soon. We stayed in one of the camping cabins and it was nice not to have to worry about putting up and taking down a tent. There was tons of stuff for the kids to do. Only quibble was that online it said there would be a gas grill and there was not. Thankfully we lived close enough we could go back home and bring our own.

We stayed there for one night, wish we could stay longer. Beautiful place for families with kids, lots to do. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

The cabin was amazing but the BBQ was old and rusted so we couldn't use it at all. Other than that I would highly recommend!

Great place to go camping in a cabin or a camper. Wonderful playground and bouncy trampoline, ice cream and a pool. There's also kayaks that you could rent out in the Lake.
