Staff was very friendly, and willing to help. We extended our stay a couple of times, and they managed to let us keep our original spot. Very well maintained. I just wish that it wasn't so expensive to stay there.

Staff was very friendly! BUT, there is no pride taken in this now run down campground. It's sad because there is potential here, but in it's current condition it's barely a step above a Walmart parking lot.

The place needs a bit of maintenance to the bathrooms. Clean and very close to the highway. It did not look like the pictures on the website.

Noises. Highway noise!! Restroom need help! No ceiling in shower. Need repair. Should let people know the other shower house in the way back. Staff very nice. Great recreation area. Wonder about cabins. That section even open. Good for an overnight if you have to.

Broken concrete at our site. RV are too packed together. Bad area to be in with auctions and crime right at the door step. Our table was right next to another person sewer line. Very very disappointed.

Nice small little park. Had everything we needed. They do have fire pits if you want one. The road noise didn’t bother me at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! Short story - our truck blew its transmission and we were stranded. Mike and Al (KOA employees) made sure we had someone tow our camper to their campground as well as offer us info of the local area while we were there waiting for our truck to be repaired. They also made sure we had everything we needed. These 2 gentlemen went about and beyond what is expected from KOA employees. 10 STARS!

Campground was ok. It was clean and sites were decent size. The front desk person was not very friendly. I asked to use some of my points to pay for my stay and was told since I already prepaid for the night I could not use them. We went back to store later for some ice and was told she didn’t have change for a $20.

The staff was awesome and the site was perfect. Highly recommend the Chinese restaurant recommended by the campground front desk staff. They deliver right to your site. Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations

Got a call to see when my eta was which I didn't mind but made me feel rushed. When we arrived the lady behind the desk rushed the check in so she could close the store early. No cable TV which was ol since this was just a lay over stay. No change to buy a bag of ice due to her closing early. I like the koa but would not recommend this one due to very rude staff and being rushed. 1

Arrived just after rain. Was parked at site #82. Could use more rocks on parking area to cut down on mud. Had problem with one part of the 50 ampere circuit. Maintenance person found problem with meter. Thanks to his trouble shooting skills. We enjoyed our two stay there, but was on the pricey side.

Just OK, we were parked in a very unlevel site for our rig. If we were a 5th wheel or camper it would have been fine but not a 45’ class A. While doable, we prefer not to have to use 3blocks under jacks and lift tires off the ground half a foot. Would not recommend just because of the unlevel sites offered to big rigs.

Like many KOA's it's close to a busy highway, but the free earplugs were a nice surprise. This place also had the best internet of any RV park we've stayed in.

The staff was great. Very accommodating. Spots were very narrow. When the RV next to you pulled out their slide out, you didn't have much room. I thought the traffic would be bad but it put me right to sleep.

We stayed here a week while visiting family in Burlington. It was very convenient. Only drawback is that it is on I40 so constant traffic noise. It didn't bother us but might bother some. They did offer earplugs for night. Staff was friendly.

Good stay overnight. Good hookups. Interstate proximity but noise did not affect our sleep. A smaller park with good level gravel sites and many pull through sites.

Good place to stay in the Ralieh/Durham area which is an RV park desert. Get site as far awsy from I 40 noise! This is a great park for dog walking . The staff is great!

I stayed here for 5 months for work and had a great experience! Wendy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Laundry facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff is always working on a different project to upgrade the campground which is very nice to see. They have a wonderful dog park with two separate fenced in areas which has a been incredible for me as I have two large dogs. They also have some nice trails through the woods for walks. The campground is located very conveniently by highway 40 which makes for easy access to get to and from work. Thank you to the staff at Greensboro KOA for making my stay enjoyable and allowing me to call this place home for a few months!

Dog park is awesome, water pressure in showers are awesome, Reading the reviews and the owners responses was priceless... stayed for one night and had a great experience, would definitely come again.

I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel assignment for work from Oct 2023 until Feb 2024. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities are outdated but still very clean. Having laundry on site was also helpful and the laundry room was very clean, cheap ($4 to wash and dry a load) and accessible 24/7. The road noise from I-40 was a little annoying to me but I got used to it after a while. Even at night, I still slept with the TV on to drown out the noise. If you stay here, I highly recommend you use a water filter. They have well water and some days, the water would come out very orange. I added a filter to my water hose while staying here in addition to having a filter pitcher for my drinking water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
