2 night stay while traveling cross country. The KOA was attractive, well maintained, and the staff was attentive and courteous. The sites were attractive and level.

When we got there we were anticipating getting the spot we had asked for and it was filled, they excuse was the girl that took the reservation probably didn't know what she was doing and didn't guarantee our spot that we asked for, the excuse was that she probably wasn't trained and was a newbie whatever that means and someone should have been supervising her so that they could have instructed her

Great KOA campground! Lots of trees, the splash park is awesome! Pancakes in the morning, live music at night and free cookies! It’s always a great day at the KOA!

Nice KOA with unique flavors. We had a large full service hookup that was great. The older shaded side has very unique flavors. Lots of places to walk the dogs. Close to Walmart.

Very nice campground. RV sites are close together but divided by shrubs which gives more privacy and a more spacious feel. Well maintained, clean, and safe. Utilities worked well, water hookup was too close to the ground.

Unlevel, tight, overgrown RV spaces. Hard to maneuver RV dump station. WIFI nonexistent. Other than that, the water and electric worked fine.

We really like the Great Falls KOA. We like the petting zoo and water park and having the laundry on site. We also like the location and proximity to shopping in Great Falls, while still maintaining a nice, wooded, camping area in the campground.

Great amenities. Bathroom and laundry are excellent. You can tell the owners take pride in the campground. Morning pancakes were delicious.

We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities. We felt welcome the moment we walked through the office door. The grounds were lovely and the washrooms spotless. We loved the rustic feel of all the structures. Great place and we hope to come back in the future.

Great group of employees . The staff was super helpful when we had rv problems and had to stay an extra day. They did everything possible to be accommodating and we truly appreciate it. Nice park amenities too. Enjoyed the pancakes!

The nicest KOA I have ever been to. Beautiful landscaping, long pull throughs and nice feature. Highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay with you again.

It is our 2nd time this summer camping with grandkids here, it is FANTASTIC!!!! Between the water park, the pancakes in morning, the music at night, and especially the unbelievable friendly & helpful staff, this KOA is the BEST!!!!!

We only stayed one night but it was awesome. There were hiking trails, live music, chicalate chip cookies and a pancake breakfast before we left in the morning. Hannah made great pancakes and gave us information for our next stop in glacier national park.

This is hands down one of the nicest campgrounds we’ve been to! The lots are large and level. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities….wow! Free pancake breakfast, live music at night, a gift shop, an ice cream shop, a little train for the kids, a splash pad, playgrounds, great dog park… Really a wonderful KOA! Highly recommend!

Please don’t advertise wifi when it only works at or near the office area. Also, it seems like you could offer juice, not just water, to drink with the pancake breakfast. Nice clean bathrooms and the staff is very kind and helpful. Clean campground and the amenities are nice. The petting zoo is always fun.

Favourite KOA. Grounds are well kept and sites are private with trees and bushes. Washrooms always stocked and clean. Friendly staff. So much for kiddos with waterpark, train, playground and petty zoo. Walking paths, live music, close to city amenities and pancakes every morning!

Did not know about a fee for early check in so had to leave site with our trailer for an hour....Front desk gals were great, sight was nice, bathrooms beautiful-except found that our code did not always work. Except for the huge rain storm, all was good.

It was very relaxing. Loved the nightly music such a wonderful couple. Park needs to trim some of the trees and scrubs large camper it’s difficult to get in and out of the park.

We only camped overnight but it was very nice. My only complaint is the overnight campers next to us woke us up at 4:20am making all kinds of noise when they were leaving. If you’re an overnight camper and planning on leaving in the middle of the night, STAY AT WALMART!!! That was very uncool!

Very limited wi-fi to be advertised as having it. Disc golf goes through camp sites and water not a drink with pancakes. Pleasant staff and nice rv sites

KOA is beautiful and staff were very helpful. Tenting spots were a problem. Vehicle parking area in the tent sites did not have enough gravel nor did the access road. There had been a heavy rain and many of the parking spots and the road had enormous puddles.

Everyone was fantastic. After we totalled our truck and had to extend our stay by 4 days, everyone went out of their way to help. They were very courteous and understanding. The park was clean and easy to find. We would definitely stay with you again

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
