Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Plenty for kids to do with the slides, park, petting zoo and nature trail. Tenting sights could have been a little more consistent in size. Ours was tight. Unable to have fire because tent was to close to fire pit.

Need a better trash pick up schedule. Rail Road ties a problem for handicapped in wheelchair. Much better when we moved to site 212 Staff very helpful

Roads & landscape need some TLC we were in the big rig section view was great. Staff was the best but it is not a $100 a night campground

The part where we stayed was old, with too many overgrown trees. It made getting into and out of the space difficult in our 35 foot fifth wheel trailer. We should have been put in the newer section where the spaces are larger.

Our biggest complaint was the dusty road. When we checked in we were told that the speed limit was 5 mph strictly enforced. Almost everyone including the employees broke this rule with no regard to the dust that they created. Almost everyone that we talk to complained about the dust. Some gravel would help and slow the employees down in the golf carts. Other than the dust we loved the campground.

We had a problem after hours that was not the KOAs fault but they were VERY quick to come and take care of it. Loved everything about the park. We definitely would stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA in Great Falls! The second laundry room was nice when the main one was full & the free pancakes were SO delicious! We don’t normally eat pancakes, but agreed that these were some of the best we’ve ever had!

Staff is super nice and helpful. Camp has a lot of activities going on. Mature tree sites provide a bit of privacy and are lovely to look at. Free hot breakfast is a real treat! Have stayed here several times on my way North to Alberta and will do so many times again.

Best KOA we have ever stayed at. The free pancake breakfast was great! Did not have time to use the hot tub but the pool area looked great especially for kids!

We have camped at this KOA several times because our son is in the USAF at Malstrom. We love this campground! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. David and Chelsey are great! They always so helpful with anything we need. David is from North Carolina like us and we get to talk about home. We love the pancake breakfast! The park is well kept and clean. We love everything!!

Maint. People leaving equipment in the middle of the roads made it difficult to leave. Please instruct your people to park on the sides of the road. Otherwise nice park.

Super friendly staff! The sites are level and private. Adore that they have a petting zoo, train ride for the kids and musicians for the adults in the evening.

The long pull through sites are run down. The weeds are not mowed. Site 21’s middle sewer outlet is too close to the rail road ties, and the cap opens backwards making hooking up difficult. The rail road ties are a tripping hazard when exiting the rig or on the other side when hooking up the water, etc The pool and hot tubs were fabulous.

Been traveling since June 11 and this has been our favorite stay so far. Love the ice cream bar and all the goodies offered in the store. Fun to watch the children train ride each evening. Walked the nature trail and loved the views.

Everything was great! Grounds were lovely. It’s the nicest campground we have been at in years. The live music was a fun touch. The only irritation was having to pay for morning coffee.

This KOA is soo beautiful and family friendly. So many mature trees everywhere and such nice amenities. We absolutely loved the water park, park, fresh cookies, ice cream, pancakes in the morning and close proximity to town/Walmart. My kids loved taking walks around the campground and riding their bikes. The store is also so cute! Hope to visit here more as we made great memories here

Truly enjoyed and impressed with this campground!! Everything was very clean, inviting, quiet, and facilitated a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the many amenities. We especially enjoyed the live music, ice cream, nature trail, and proximity to Walmart. We didn’t utilize but noticed free pancakes, waterpark, bike rentals, and train ride for kids. Overall a wonderful facility. We definitely recommend!

It was ok, but expected more for $$ paid. Internet didn’t work, roads need grading, landscaping needs attention. There were amenities but we didn’t use them.

Großer Platz in der Nähe der Stadt. Neben vielen großen Stellplätzen gibt es auch noch kleinere unter Bäumen. Sehr freundliche Menschen hier und frische Pancakes zum Frühstück.

We stopped for two nights on the way to Glacier National Park. Staff was very friendly. It rained, so we did not venture out much. There were lots of things to do for young children.

Very nice properties with good amenities. Good location close to the town and amenities. Water park is a nice touch and there seems to be many kids activities. Only comment (and why you did not get stars) is that there seems to be too much mud there - in the roads and in several of the spaces. A few truckloads of gravel would help with this situation and improve the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay, everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. We had our share of there free pancakes and the were really good!! The morning we left there was one of our slides didn’t work and David at KOA helped us to do it manually. We will be back visiting them.

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
