Our spot was very nice, everyone working there was friendly and informative. Having the pancake breakfast every morning was a treat and the live music was fun. The pool area could use a little more sitting area (chairs). The garbage was flowing over.

Everyone is great, the waterpark is awesome, the live music every night very entertaining, and the free pancake breakfast is a great plus, especially if you have kids. The only suggestion I would make is to put some gravel on some of the sites because they end up being very muddy when it rains and dusty when it’s dry.

We had asked to be close to our friends and they ended up on the other side of the park from us. Other than that our stay was fine. Spaces were level and it was easy to get in and out with a big rig.

All of the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, appreciated having laundry available, they were able to make a site change for us once we got there, free cookies and pancakes - a treat!, the ice cream was delicious.

All around it was great. The one drawback was having a walkway right through my camp site. I would stay here again, bit never at that same site

The staff are friendly and helpful - and the office, gift shop/store has an ice cream shop. Nice pool and 'water park' facilities for the kids. Clean showers. The park has two sections: a new section built to accommodate larger rigs (but with no shade) and an old section with shade, but in need of maintenance: the sites need gravel - our stay was dry (dusty); it would've been mud with rain.

Grandkids 9 and 11 years old rated this as their best campground yet. They especially liked the water park, pancake breakfast, playground, music and petting zoo. Booking and check-in was easy. This is a special park tucked in so close to downtown near lots of activities but feels remote. The staff was very kind. Showers were plentiful and spotless. We loved our stay.

This is a great little KOA. Plenty of activities/amenities for families/children and a Walmart within walking distance. My only request, rather than "complaint", are the interior roads in the KOA. Dirt, dust, mud when it rains and large depressions AKA; potholes everywhere which turn into small ponds.The KOA needs to blade off the roads, level off and bring in a new load of crush gravel.

A nice KOA campground with new facilities; however, I was disappointed with our camp site. Some of the roads had little gravel. Our site also had little gravel along with uneven ground. Rain during our stay caused mud puddles and muddy areas. We brought mud into our vehicle as a result. Not good.

The park was beautiful. The turn to the campground from the main road was really narrow. Once you turn off that road into the campground there’s a bottle neck by the office. We are a very big truck and trailer so we were definitely blocking the office area. There was railroad ties lining the roads we rubbed on them trying to make the our turns. The big rig spots are huge lots of room at the site

Getting my reservation was easy and quick. Upon arrival, staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Site was clean with easy access but roads and sites were gravel and had a lot of pot holes. Other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The experience was nice. There is a nice couple who plays live music nightly in the gazebo near our campsite. My only problem was how narrow our campsite was. It was a pull through, but was so narrow I couldn't pull in without running over the railroad ties that lined both sides of the pull through. The picnic table took most of space on the camp side and the electric box was in the bushes.

One of the best KOAs we have stayed at. Attentive and hard working staff that is very friendly. Clean and well maintained CG with shrubs and trees for privacy. Lots of clean bathroom s. Free pancakes and old timey duo plays tunes nightly. Only thing I’d change is to offer recycling.

Hot tubs were waaaay too hot and the hours don’t run late enough (should be 10 or 11pm for those of us who pull in later). Site got pretty muddy after heavy rain. Could use more gravel and leveling. Everyone was friendly. Enjoyed the pancakes and live music.

Everything was great except the hot water in the lower bathroom going off. Pool was great even though it was shallow (mostly for kids). Good trails, great staff, close to town. Will recommend it to others.

Site was too small for our 5th wheel and truck parking was very difficult. The watering system linked and caused a mud puddle in front of our step. The electric hook up was not centered and we had to pull unit up so our 30 foot cord could reach, that what caused our parking situation. Won’t be stay there unless we can reserve a big unit site, which is what I thought I had done.

The KOA at Great Falls was amazing. The grounds were beautiful with many kinds of plants. The dog park was large. This is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in.

We stayed one night on our way home. It was a utility stop. I would not make this campground a destination. The sites are too close together and not private. Also, it is right behind Walmart. The staff is friendly and the sites are clean. We did not use the restrooms or showers as we prefer our trailer so I can’t comment on those, the campground is quiet at night so that was nice.

The deck boards with loose and lifting up, this is a trip hazard. The latch on the fire pit is broken, door cannot be latched closed. Our patio table was dirty, with many examples of old bird poop on it. Please clean the table. KOA golf carts speed up and down the roads. If a Kamper was going this fast, surely there would be an issue. SLOW DOWN. For the price, it was a disappointing experience.

The people were friendly in the office and made us feel welcomed. But Site #81 was a really bad site for our 34' Class A. The ground was not even so it made the picnic table slant and not safe to sit on. The sewer connection was way in the back. No place to sit outside with our camping chairs as it was tight and on a slope. The Petting Zoo looked awful for those animals.

The incoming/outgoing traffic isn’t organized and difficult if you’re staying there and cannot leave or get in. All and all we had a lovely time, wish there was an actual swimming pool for adults. We enjoyed the music in evening lovely couple. Pancakes delicious & ice cream too.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Main laundry was closed for a few days but laundry facilities were available in the old part of the campground. The free pancake breakfasts are nice. Camp internet does need an upgrade but one doesn’t go camping to use the internet so we didn’t count this against the campground. Well maintained campground.

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
