We could not get in the spot due to overhead branches so you moved us a charged us more . Could not plug in due to standing water next to the box and you acted like all this our problem. Then charged us for wood which we didn’t get but could not use anyways pouring.

Our 2 night stay was a stop over between National Parks. We were hoping to do some sight seeing, but there wasn’t a lot to see there. We did go to a lovely State Park with a fish hatchery and had a pretty walk. The park was nice, clean, and friendly. The pancakes were outstanding.

Stopped on the way to Glacier Nat Park. Staff was friendly, campsite was very clean. Bathrooms/showers were a nice bonus. Included a pancake breakfast. Great stay.

Beautiful large KOA. Great swimming area for kids. Our space was a little tight for 36 foot 5th wheel. Bushes scraped back side pulling out but had to stay to left to avoid large tree branch that wanted to bumped the corner of roof top. Yes I chose a site with trees for shade but still was too tight for our trailer. We made it work for one night.

The Great Falls KOA was super nice. Campsites were clean and hookups were well positioned. The showers and bathrooms were nice and clean. The campground offered music, free pancakes and wonderful amenities.

Wonderful complex and great staff. So refreshing, to see such wonderful customer service at campgrounds. My only suggestion would be it's time to remodel showers and plus the shower rooms were really, really hot.

We live in Washington and come back every couple of years to meet family and have a mini family reunion here. It's a very special place to our family!

Recommend that you do something to slow drivers down or do something to stop the dust on the roads. It was awful. Know it is dry but there are treatments for roads to hold the dust. Speeding does not help either. A little more courtesy by drivers would have been appreciated. A trash dumpster at the exit behind the WalMart would be more convenient than walking to the center of the park. I am 80!

Was pleasantly surprised by all the trees; very peaceful, quiet. Clean restrooms, loved the pancake breakfast, and enjoyed watching the kids rid the little "train" in the evening. We will definitely come back if we are in the GF area.

Very nice park but dirt roads and the radiuses are a tight fight when exiting the stalls. Other then that the personnel were courteous and friendly. I will probably be back in the near future.

This was our first time my daughter and I have ever been to Great Falls, the staff were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making this a memorable trip for us.

We stayed at the Great Falls KOA 3 yrs ago too. This stay put this KOA location among the best we have ever experienced. From the super clean and organized sites to the amazing showers and friendly staff... the pancake breakfast didn't hurt either. Seriously! This KOA is among the best dont miss out. We will return!¡!

We were coming from Florida to visit family in Great Falls and weren’t sure exactly when we would be arriving. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. The campground was very pretty and clean. Again, everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Always a great place to stay every year , could use some tree trimming along the roads as many trees can possibly rub your rv on the way in and out .

LOVED the location of this campground. The amenities and especially the Splash Pad were wonderful on a hot day. Our site, #225, was excellent, but the staff was best of all. The pancake man, I never got his name, helped us from the minute we left until the night before departure. The office personnel shared great stories of the campground and the owners excitement to make this place great. TY

The Great Falls Holiday KOA is a beautiful campsite with natural rock design elements, lots of trees, live bluegrass music and top notch amenities such as the kiddie train that runs through the park brings joy to everyone.

The park itself was OK in a great place for kids with lots of activities however, their charge for washing your RV seemed a little excessive at two dollars per foot. When my husband went to the office to see what the charge would be just to wash our windshield, he was told by the owner it was all or nothing and was not willing to be flexible at all. She stated she made the rules.

Check in was easy and friendly! Loved the pancakes! One small thing was lighting at night. I took my dog for a walk after dark and it was pitch black. Some sort of low to ground - pathway lighting would have been very helpful- not only find my way back to our camper, but picking up poop!

I can't think of how this campground could be any better. We had a nice shady spot, not too crowded. Pancakes for breakfast was a nice bonus. Private bathrooms, petting zoo, water park, ice cream parlor, clean grounds, playground, evening live singers and very close to Walmart and other shopping/sites. We had a medical emergency during our stay and the hospital was only 2 miles away.

The KOA was super quiet and we got some much needed rest after much activity in Glacier NP. The hot showers were a treat & the shower/bathrooms were clean. It was raining almost our entire stay so we weren't outside much, but kids around us seemed to enjoy the pool, Frisbee golf, volleyball net, and playground.

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
