The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The campground is in a good location for restaurants and shopping. The problem is the campsites were to crammed together. The roads to the site were narrow.

I had a good experience and good sleep. The cabin was pleasantly clean and comfortable. Check in went great and there were only a couple loud events during the quite hours. Much less than normal when I stay at a KOA. The only hiccup I experienced was the first night was in the low 30's and I wasn't able to turn the heat on to break the chill in the morning. Might have been operator error.

The workers were friendly, efficient at their jobs and very helpful. We were there two nights in the off season and the weather wasn't great so we pretty much just shopped, drove along the river and admired the area. From what I saw, it's the only park our 45' RV can fit in and it was easy to get in and out. Just have to watch out for railroad ties that were used to raise up the pads.

Great stay. Reserved a spot online and check in was quick and easy. Our spot was clean! Power and water ready to go and in good condition. Bathrooms OMG. They were clean, updated, and in great condition. Did I mention free showers in individual lockable stalls with the bathroom. Lots to do especially when the weather warms up. Pool, hot tub, playgrounds, petting zoo, walking paths, fisbee golf

Campgrounds and showers are lovely. I have visited this KOA for over 20 years. Lots of costly changes have been made. I would like to see better care of the animals in the petting zoo. Campground makes plenty of money to better care of those animals. All in all tho, it's a lovely campground and we met some amazing people!! The staff is very friendly as well.

Very expensive. Some of staff rude. Not worth the price . Didn't have water a few times. Electricity was turned off at some point. But could have at least let campers know ahead of time . Didn't keep trash cleaned up in bushes and trees at edges of campground. Didn't have enough heat in shower rooms when cold. Pot holes where terrible.

Very nice koa. Super clean restrooms/ showers. Friendly staff. Great place to walk the dog. Definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely campground. We only stayed one night so didn’t use many The restroom and shower situation is not ideal. The showers/restroom area is unisex. That’s okay except all the stalls are behind closed doors. It was a concern for me and I would caution people with children to not let them use the restroom or shower unaccompanied. All the other restrooms were locked for some reason.

Only reason why they didn’t get a 10/10 was the floor of our cabin. It was filthy! I don’t think anyone took a broom to the floor, definitely no mop. We had dust and sand on the bottom of our socks for 2 days. I recommend bringing a swiffer if you rent a cabin! Otherwise, great cabin and stay.

Access from the Wal-Mart parking area is not restricted. I feel this could allow for some unintended intruders/thieves to enter the property undetected. Could be a possible threat especially to units parked closes to the Wal-Mart area. However, aside from this the KOA is over all a nice stay! Just something they may want to consider for possible future enhancements.

We loved our stay! I Easy to find, right close to the city (including a walmart walking distance) but when you're on the grounds you feel like you are completely outside the city. Beautiful trees & views along a spectacular nature walk, we saw 3 great horn owls right on the campground! The front store is awesome, the staff is so helpful & so kind, the bathrooms are private and pristine. Best KOA!

Early in the season and the site is still opening, yet every effort to accomodate us was made. The young lady at checkin was lovely, professional, and made sure we were well looked after.

There were very welcoming, helpful people. Campground was pretty well kept. The nature trail was a fun adventure for my beagle and me. I'm glad they scraped the roads as there were a lot of potholes. Roads are much better now.

We've stayed in Great Falls a number of times and it has worked well for our one night stays. Staff were great. The park has many seasonal sites. Overnight guests tend to stay in the more open part of the park - which has convenient pull through sites - all gravel - not what we find in most KOA Holiday sites. WiFi didn't work where we stayed - fortunate we had our own.

It was all good until someone, an employee, comes and knocks on my door at midnight and says I am not suppose to be there, when clearly my sticker was in the window. Watters. #117. Not a happy camper then. And then couldn’t get back to sleep.

It is a very nice campground with lots of stuff to do for the kids if you have any. The sites are a good size. My only issue is that the internal roads are not very good and lots of potholes for hauling the trailer. The shower rooms were very nice and well kept.

The access roads and sites of dirt and gravel were rough, wet, muddy and had pot holes. Needs proper grading and gravel. The timbers bordering the pads are a tripping hazard and in the way, rotting and unsightly. Grassy areas were muddy and had irrigation hoses exposed creating hazards. Staff were great.

Very nice campground with friendly welcoming staff. The only suggestion I could make is to fill in some of the deep potholes in the campground lanes. But other than that it’s a great place to stay.

There were some concerns driving into the main road to get to our spot. We drove by several pieces of equipment for fixing or repairing potholes. One was a bobcat and the other one was a John Deere tractor with a blade on it. Driving a class a diesel motorhome and driving through the potholes, absolutely rocks, the RV to where the dishes could come out of the cupboards.

The cabin ,I stayed in was clean,relaxing and warm inside, I did like the location and they had really good food around town,especially the restaurant called Family Affair!

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
