Everything was great except the hot water in the lower bathroom going off. Pool was great even though it was shallow (mostly for kids). Good trails, great staff, close to town. Will recommend it to others.

Site was too small for our 5th wheel and truck parking was very difficult. The watering system linked and caused a mud puddle in front of our step. The electric hook up was not centered and we had to pull unit up so our 30 foot cord could reach, that what caused our parking situation. Won’t be stay there unless we can reserve a big unit site, which is what I thought I had done.

The KOA at Great Falls was amazing. The grounds were beautiful with many kinds of plants. The dog park was large. This is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in.

We had an excellent 4 day weekend at the Great Falls KOA campground. Stacy was extremely pleasant and helpful at check-in and the other staff members we interacted with were also very accommodating. Thank you!

Great bathrooms, trees and bushes make a good semiprivate area for each RV.

We stayed one night on our way home. It was a utility stop. I would not make this campground a destination. The sites are too close together and not private. Also, it is right behind Walmart. The staff is friendly and the sites are clean. We did not use the restrooms or showers as we prefer our trailer so I can’t comment on those, the campground is quiet at night so that was nice.

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting my son at Malmstrom AFB. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Cabin was clean and stocked with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Nice grill on the deck and a large table and fire pit on the porch. The nature walk in the evening had beautiful views. Campground was quiet. We had a great stay.

The deck boards with loose and lifting up, this is a trip hazard. The latch on the fire pit is broken, door cannot be latched closed. Our patio table was dirty, with many examples of old bird poop on it. Please clean the table. KOA golf carts speed up and down the roads. If a Kamper was going this fast, surely there would be an issue. SLOW DOWN. For the price, it was a disappointing experience.

The people were friendly in the office and made us feel welcomed. But Site #81 was a really bad site for our 34' Class A. The ground was not even so it made the picnic table slant and not safe to sit on. The sewer connection was way in the back. No place to sit outside with our camping chairs as it was tight and on a slope. The Petting Zoo looked awful for those animals.

The incoming/outgoing traffic isn’t organized and difficult if you’re staying there and cannot leave or get in. All and all we had a lovely time, wish there was an actual swimming pool for adults. We enjoyed the music in evening lovely couple. Pancakes delicious & ice cream too.

Lovely staff. Lovely view! Clean, quiet cabin stocked with everything we needed. I wish there was a way to "unlock" the keycard reader for ease while we were on the porch. Parking was very crowded.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Main laundry was closed for a few days but laundry facilities were available in the old part of the campground. The free pancake breakfasts are nice. Camp internet does need an upgrade but one doesn’t go camping to use the internet so we didn’t count this against the campground. Well maintained campground.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable but had a few little maintenance issues (the front door scraped on the threshold and was hard to open and close). Also we weren’t offered arm bands for the splash park at check in and I was surprised later that we needed them.

Friendly office staff and able to book online last minute. Clean restrooms and showers. Nightly live music and pancake breakfast was lovely.

We loved staying at Great Falls KOA. The sites were roomy, the place was immaculately clean! After it rained, they did a great job cleaning up the roads and areas. Everyone was super friendly. We enjoyed it all!

Quiet and comfortable!! The nightly musical entertainment was outstanding and the all you can eat pancake breakfast was delicious! Sorry we were only passing through for one night!

Level gravel site. Big rig friendly. We were switched to a big rig site without hassle. No pool. Large private sites. Very clean bathhouses. Friendly helpful staff

Was excited to use the water slides and hot tub. Two ladies said hot tubs were too hot, so we checked . Couldn't tolerate a foot in them as they were way too hot. I have a hot tub at 102..office said these were set at 102 but no way. Very disappointed. Next day rained all day. Oh well. The music was enjoyable.

It is a nice KOA, good water pressure and easy leveling. The front section is a nicer area with lots of trees. The section we were in had no trees. Front office is very friendly. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star was because next to the spot we were in had a tractor trailer, long white box and we never saw anyone there and it was not a nice thing to look at while sitting outside.

While it has many amenities on site like pool,train ride etc. It baffles me why on a hot day they don't turn the aircon on in a cabin to cool it down. It never got cool. Also they have the fridge unplugged. Seems so silly. Again fridge took hours to cool and was a waste of time. Other koas have microwave,toaster and even lawn chairs. Not worth price

We liked that there were trees and we were not in the sun. There is room for improvement though. Wi-Fi at our site was non existent. Our site sloped down terribly. Our front wheels were 6 inches off the ground. Campground was dusty and then really muddy after the rains.

Very large koa with so many amenities. Live music every nite in the summer. Free pancakes in the morning. conveniently located but far enough of the highway, no notable noise. Everyone was super nice. Lots of open areas to enjoy. We will definitely stay again if we come thru the area.

We reserved a spot and entered the length of our camper of 33 feet. Once I got the reservation summary, after we had already arrived and accepted the site it was much too small for our camper. The reservation summary said max length for a travel trailer was 28 feet. Why were we not told it would be so tight? By the time we got the slide outs extended they were in the bushes.

My kids loved the slide at the pool, the free pancakes, the petting zoo, and especially the hidden golden coins leading to a free popsicle. We all agree, the best KOA we've stayed at!

This KOA was probably the very best one I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed all over the country. It was wonderful for dogs and extremely spacious. Definitely will return.

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
