Very nice KOA! Staff friendly, nice walking path with cute petting zoo, ice cream and very nice pool area! We will be back, as we had some trouble with our truck and did not get to check out Great Falls.

Very clean and well laid out campground. Staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Cabin we stayed in was well equipped and clean. It is obvious that there is a great deal of pride of ownership at this KOA. One suggestion: install a night light in the cabin so one can find one’s way to the restroom in the dark of night.

One of the best KOA campgrounds we ever stayed in! So clean and well organized, great friendly team, showers are top notch, well maintained, clean and spacious. Lots of washers and driers. The best part - they have live music which was a wonderful bonus. We don’t have kids but the amount of kids activities they provide was so extensive and impressive!

This is a nice property with many amenities. However, it is in dire need of infrastructure improvements. Roads, aisles, and pads need improvement. It is basically dirt, because gravel has not been refreshed. When it rains, it's mud. KOA parks like this charging a premium price is why we haven't renewed our membership. No guaranteed level of quality anymore.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds was very well cared for. Sites was clean. They have a nice store and gift shop. They serve pancakes every morning. And they had ice cream Would definitely stay here again

The best KOA we've ever stayed at! Great sites that are clean and well maintained. The campground's bathroom/shower facilities were fabulous. Helpful friendly staff. Complimentary pancake breakfast and free live entertainment in the evening. Can't wait to return!

Was a quick in and out 1 night. But we did laundry (very clean and easy access). Plus it appeared there were a lot of nice things to do. Music and pancake breakfast.

We were in GFs visiting our son. The campground was easily accessible to all GF offers. The campground staff were all so friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Great park, unbelievable staff. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. David was super and he actually cooked the pancakes one morning when we took part in the free pancake breakfast. The landscaping was neat and well trimmed and all facilities we used were in very good condition.

Old campsites area are beautiful but very tight for a rig our size (35’ fifth wheel). If you have a bigger rig, book the new campground area. Place appears well maintained and staff are friendly. There is a nce walking trail back side of the old campground with fantastic views of the landscape.

The campsite was clean and spacious, the hosts were friendly and knowledgeable and the water park was real bonus for our son. Already booked next year's stay.

Loved it!! The internet worked great!! The cabin was clean!! The fridge in the cabin was a nice addition!! Just wish the hot tub was open for adults later - we had no time to go in there because it closed before we got back from visiting family.

The spots are very tight….especially for a 5th wheel!! We had to go buy a longer hose to be able to use the dump drain….not sure why it is placed where it is!!! Last the price!! You can’t check in until 3 and have to be out by 11:00!!! One the prime reason we stayed there was the pool! It doesn’t open until 10 and you have to be out by 11:00 ???? That is ridiculous!! Free pancakes. How can you go wrong? They park is wonderful. Clean, big and well maintained. I did not see or use the bathhouse or laundry but I am sure they were nice. It seems like there were a lot of "visitors" who come to meet families at the park to use the pool facility. That's fine. Very nice place. Would stay again.

Great shaded lots, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of activities. We enjoyed the live music performances. The only reason for the 9/4 rating is that more gravel was needed in the area we stayed . . .lots were mostly dirt. There were WiFi problems, but I understand they are trying hard to get resolved, so I don't fault KOA for this.

When we got there we were anticipating getting the spot we had asked for and it was filled, they excuse was the girl that took the reservation probably didn't know what she was doing and didn't guarantee our spot that we asked for, the excuse was that she probably wasn't trained and was a newbie whatever that means and someone should have been supervising her so that they could have instructed her

Nice KOA with unique flavors. We had a large full service hookup that was great. The older shaded side has very unique flavors. Lots of places to walk the dogs. Close to Walmart.

Very nice campground. RV sites are close together but divided by shrubs which gives more privacy and a more spacious feel. Well maintained, clean, and safe. Utilities worked well, water hookup was too close to the ground.

Great place to camp, in the city! Based here for a few days while my husband was working. Convenient to everything. We had a site close to the office, in the trees - but our DISH satellite still worked well. We did have trouble accessing our favorite music channel but not sure why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do an evening “train” ride for the kids that looked so fun! Hubby wanted to get a ride, but he controlled himself. Dumpsters were full and perhaps need larger or more frequent dumps. Overall, we'd love to stay here again.

We rarely frequent KOAs however we had an excellent stay at the Great Falls KOA. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music was an unexpected highlight and was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the performance was far beyond what we expected from campground entertainment and made for a really enjoyable evening. Bravo! A very nice campground made even better by genuinely wonderful people and terrific live music. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
