This place was just ok. If you have other place in mind then I would go somewhere else. We stayed in two "deluxe" cabins DC05 and DC06. Nothing was deluxe about the cabins. Just your basic cabin with very limited supply. They didn't provide any extra trash bags besides the one in the small trash can. We had to go ask for them at the front office. Even then, they only provided 2 extras small trash

Large park, friendly employees, not completely finished. But, like every new business, they are still working to get everything completed. So, go ahead and stay there now and again as soon as you can. I think it will be fun to see how everything progresses for this NEW KOA!

This was our first time staying at this KOA camp, and the amenities are outstanding. We chose a two-night stay in one of the wagons and my wife loved the glamping experience. We will definitely be back and look forward to spending time at the camp ground again enjoying the amenities and the easy drive down to Fredericksburg.

It was good. First night the showers were great but no second night it went from hot to cold in less than 2 minutes and kept going back and forth for almost 15-30 minutes, no trash cans in the second bathroom, need to have grill cleaning brushes, longer hours for the store, maybe extending it for another hour, some of the other services were not available. Granted this was a soft opening.

As I sent in a separate email to the corporate office and the Fredricksburg KOA we had many issues but no resolution because the corporate told us to contact the franchise and the franchise didn't respond.

We loved it. We stayed in one of the covered wagons really enjoyed it. The lazy river was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Nice campground with two pools and other activities. First time staying in a wagon and we enjoyed it. Very convenient to downtown Fredericksburg. The staff were friendly and helpful!

It is beautiful and pet friendly. The stuff to do the pools open year around and can cool or heat is a plus . If you want to enjoy a couples get away or a family get away this is the perfect spot. They just opened up and they are perfect for us. My wife loves the staff the cleanliness and the scenery. They are still doing some work around the property but we loved our entire stay thank you KOA Fredericksburg.
