This will allow us time to clean and ready the site for our next arriving guest. If you would like to arrive early or stay later than those designated times, please contact the office to check availability and fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!!!

Wildlife Awareness

Wildlife Awareness - Connecting with nature and wildlife

Various types of wildlife (for example - bufo toads, multiple lizards, black racer snakes, ducks and Sandhill cranes), big and small, may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Ants and spiders are everywhere in Florida, so of course, we are blessed with their presence. They may include fire ants, sugar ants, brown recluse spiders and more!! Please be very observant and respectful of all!!
Your safety and the future of wildlife depends on you.

Fishing

We do have a catch and release pond for you to enjoy!

Site Occupancy

Site occupancy is limited to one RV,  two persons, vehicles (including motorcycles) must fit on the gravel of your site and any pets. Additional parking available in storage for additional vehicles, this will need to be approved by the office.  We do not allow parking on the grass or parking in the road of additional vehicles. Please see visitor policy for additional guests.

EV Charging

It is essential to understand that EVs require constant electricity flow to charge their batteries, and the majority of our campgrounds' electrical pedestals do not have this capability. Our current electrical pedestals were originally designed for non-continuous loads typical of today's RV usage and, therefore, simply cannot support EV charging. Plugging your EV into a traditional 50-30 amp campground pedestal could permanently damage your vehicle as well as the campground's electrical system. If a charging converter was provided by your auto manufacturer, it does not change the way electricity flows within the campground's electrical infrastructure and should not be used to connect your EV to our campground pedestals.

The WAWA at the corner of Jenkins Rd and Okeechobee Rd does have a charging station for you to use.

Cigarette Butts and Dog Poop - What do they have in common?

The answer is...no one wants to pick them up when they are left by someone else.  That's the nice part; the not-so-nice part is other guests don't want to step in it or see cigarette butts left in real-time.  Please be considerate and pick up after your dog and yourself and remember, the fire pit is just that, not a garbage can.

Storage Area

We do have a short-term storage area available for our guests to use. Please see the office staff for scheduling your items.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed in any buildings (restrooms, bathhouses, laundry facilities, office/store, pool area)!

Trash Policy

Please put your trash at either end of your site between 6 AM and 4 PM. Do not leave it out overnight. Household trash only, please!! Large items need to go to the county landfill-see office staff for directions!!

Visitors Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation.
  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.
  • All Rates are based on 2 ppl. Overnight extra ppl are $10 per adult and $7 for 8-17 year olds.
  • A limit of 6 or 8 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced.  That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors.  If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed
  • Day visitors (adults and children) must register with the office and pay $5.00 pp/day and depart the park by 9PM. Please see office staff for any other visitor intentions.

Pet Policy

All pet guardians must have a leash and accompany their pets when they are outside of your rig!.  When walking your pet, ALWAYS carry a waste bag and pickup and dispose of waste in pet waste receptacle.  Pets must be Quiet and leashed at ALL times!  Constant barking (inside or outside) or a vicious pet will not be tolerated! No pets in tent sites.

Alcohol Consumption & Use of Marijuana

We take pride in being a family friendly campground! We feel that alcohol may be enjoyed at your campsite when drinking responsibly and in moderation. Use of recreational marijuana by Florida law is prohibited. You must have an MMJ and therefore the use of marijuana is STRICTLY LIMITED to inside your RV only while on our property. Irresponsible or disruptive behavior will result in being asked to leave the campground without a refund.
