Fishing at its best! Flaming Gorge is home to 11 state fishing records. You'll want to plan a couple of days on Flaming Gorge Reservoir fishing for kokanee salmon, rainbow trout and huge lake trout! Then spend a couple more day on the Green River fishing for rainbow trout, brown trout, cutthroat and more! Still not done fishing? Try out the high mountain lakes and streams, you might even catch a tiger trout! If you're new to the sport, or just want to give it a try, there are licensed fishing guides for hire by the hour or by the day. Guide services are available for the lake and the Green River.
Are you looking for a great place to go wake surfing, water skiing, wake boarding, swimming, paddle boarding, jet skis, lazy days on the pontoon or maybe a combination of all of these? There are a lot of adventures to be had on your OHV at Flaming Gorge! Take a leisurely drive through the Ashley National Forest, an exciting ride to overlook Flaming Gorge Reservoir and a lot more. Get a feel for what it was like in the "Old West" as you board a wagon for a ride to see local petroglyphs! When you get back to the Outpost, stick around and see the farm animals in the petting Zoo.

Enjoy some time learning the history of Daggett County. Housed in the old school from the town of Linwood, this little museum is full of interesting facts about the area.
