Great overnight Stay - super facilities - the friendly Host Cat spent 2 hours with us at breakfast - a wonderful ambassador!!! Will always try to stay here when traveling up/down I-95!! Thank you!!!

The campground is under construction and some site are rough but this campground is going to be great when it’s done. Easy to get to right off the highway.

The 10 years that I have been staying in the campground has always been nice. I only stay one night every time because I travel north and south on I-95. Every owner has been nice and friendly and helpful once I had an emergency. I'll be there on and off for another 10 years.

It’s a well cared for campground , however we felt there would have been sewer hookups at all sites , especially since the pricing was the same at other KOA’s

The pool was full of bugs and debris; the pump was running but the filter was apparently clogged so the skimmers weren't doing anything. The recently refurbished dump station was problematic; the spring on the hose reel was much too strong, the water pressure was ridiculously high, and the holding tank was full which led to a very messy and unpleasant experience. And the store closes too early.

Stayed 2 nights. Visited Sylvan Heights Bird Park. Ate dinner at the Hen and the Hog in Halifax. The only downer of the trip was the showers were not hot. My 3 basics are to feel safe, get a good night sleep, and have a hot shower. So 2 out of 3.

We have stayed here twice and will be back soon. The campground is very clean, and close to Route 95. I would highly recommend it.

This was a great stop on our way south from Pennsylvania. Easy to get to from I95. A nice clean facility with a friendly helpful staff. Would stop here again.

This was our 6th visit and the current owner Richard was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can see the improvements he is making to the campground. This is an easy on/off from I-95. Very quiet area. I will return on my next trip East.

arrived late and easily found our site location. spent a very quiet night. never met any of the staff as we left early, but had a nice chat with our camping neighbor who had stayed here several times before. This was our first time at this KOA but found it restful after a long drive, easy to find sites, clean restrooms, and pretty surroundings. We'll stay here again if traveling this way.

Looked forward to a swim in pool but found it closed, manager stated some guests were smoking pot around pool area. Wouldn't have been better to call police and let them deal with it than punish entire park? Restroom facilities old and tired. If we had planned an extended stay rather than overnight, I would have 1 star.

The sign on door of office said Pool was closed since May and they knew it was going to be closed until Mid June they did not email guests with reservations to let them know that the pool wouldn't be available so that they could cancel prior to the 48 hrs & not lose entire deposit. June in North Carolina most people would expect to use the pool. They also didn't mention it when you checked in.

Stopped here overnight on my way back from NJ, sites are large with plenty of room. Workers were friendly and accommodating, only complaint was we could not use the pool as there was a problem with the telephone connection so no way to call 911 if something was to happen. Would definitely recommend this KOA

No Pool, No cable, no dumpsters, no trash cans. Can you wonder why this KOA is so empty? What happened to the KOA standard?

We got to the campground after the office was closed but everything we needed to know was easily obtained in an envelope with our name on it . The restroom/shower house was nice and clean also.

Only stayed one night however we were VERY impressed with both the park and the staff. We have a 41 Ft Diesel Pusher with TOAD, stayed in Pull thru site. Highly recommend this park and would stay again.
