Overnight stay not the best KOA we have been to sites were close our entry door close to sewer hose from next site !! Otherwise ok for overnight

Your campground, although very different from other KOA we have stayed at, was easy to find, ready to navigate and convenient to the highway. We will be staying with you again on our return trip home.

A good place for an overnight stop. Spaces are a tad narrow with no landscaping between them. A little weird because your picnic table ends up relatively close to your neighbor's sewer connection. Facilities are dated but clean. Bathhouse is spotless, well maintained, and lots of hot water with comfortable showers. Very convenient to I95, just off an exit but no traffic noise.

Easy booking, easy check in, nice site, clean laundry. Did not use other amenities. Entire campground picked up, mowed and neat. Garbage picked up at site each day at checkout. Some traffic noise at night. Would recommend and would return.

Toilets not clean when we arrived, I had to clean one in order to use it. Fairly typical for KOA's we have stayed in but below average relative to other campgrounds.

Needed to stop there for an overnight on our way down to the beach. Would’ve been nice to have the receptacle areas a little closer, had to use adapters to reach it. Also, would’ve been more convenient to have some designated areas to drop garbage off that would have been closer, couldn’t. find garbage cans anywhere. Overall, campsite is good for an overnight.

The showers were clean, the lots were not level, the pool was closed, the office was mostly closed, this KOA needs some serious care. Not worth the price compared to other KOAs I have stayed at.

This is one of our go to stops. Great spaces, staff and views. Close to freeway and gas. If you’re close and ready to rest. This is the place.

One night stay on our way home. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Pool was closed but looked inviting and we ended up doing laundry at the prices very reasonable.

Not what we had hoped for. This KOA is very dated and from what I’ve seen they put no effort into bringing any of it up to date. The staff consisted of 2 men and one lady behind the counter. The grass around the entire park was uncut and the mosquitoes were terrible because of it. When acquiring if the grass was going to be cut the response was we only have one more cut this season. I level gravel sites. The morning we wanted to leave our jacks/levelers would not retract. We informed the office of our problem and advised an rv mobile mechanic couldn’t come till 1:30pm. At 11:00 am sharp they made sure to run my card again for an additional night. Pure greed. We were fixed and ready to go at 2:00pm, but they had already charged us. I would not recommend this crappy place.

Nice park manager. Very friendly and helpful. Park is a little run down. Grass needs cutting and each site could use a truck load of gravel. It is mostly mud with a little gravel showing through the mud. The office and bathroom look like they have been there since 1955. The back of the building, near the bathrooms, is covered in green mold and looks to be falling apart. Ice machine is bad.

If you are passing through (It a Journey KOA) it is a great place to stay. If you plan on staying for a while, I would talk to the staff to see if you can have a site that is larger (wider).

Beautiful location, quiet and friendly hosts. Only drawback was the bathrooms were not cleaned and attended to like they should be. There was mold in the caulking of the showers, on both the inside and outside shower curtains, light fixtures and cobwebs from the ceiling to the tops of the stalls. The men's restroom was out of paper towels for 2 days while we were there. Grounds were great though!

Very little is done to improve this Campground. Convenience to I95 is the only upside. Sorry, but it's true.

Very primitive campground.little to no visible upkeep done in recent years, paint, etc. In the middle of nowhere. No services at the exit. No internet worthy of using. On the positive side, there was a nice big pool.

Bathrooms were great. Clean, neat and nice. The campsite would have been so much nicer if it was gravel rather than dirt and pine needles. Good place to stop for 1 night and then move on

The site was fine but when I booked it they told me that my site did not have sewer but there was a dump station, they did not tell me that I could not get to the dump station without driving through other sites which had people camping in them. I looked at where I needed to go and it was obvious to me that there was a very simple and reasonably cheap fix to solve any future problems.

So if you're looking for a quick easy access overnight off I-95 in Enfield/Rocky Mount, North Carolina, this is your place. Super clean, hot water level sites. The only downside is some of the overnights you have to use the dump station but not a big deal. Highly recommend.
