Fantastic for a overnight stay when traveling I95

The park’s positive attribute was that it is an easy on and off from the Highway. The park has tight sites and is in need of maintenance. Our neighbors had two large Dobermans and every time they were let outside they just barked. We were just an overnight stay, but we were not too impressed.

Pool being closed was a big disappointment especially since the campground is small and we like to move after a day on the road.

Overnight on the way to the OBX. Nice level spot. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean!!! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Only complaint is about the need to trim bushes and trees. Don't like scratching the coach on our way out.

Only overnight it kinda sucks that the store and pool are closed on Sunday! It would have been nice to relax in the pool after being on the road all day. But the camp is clean.

We stayed one night for a trip down south. Campground is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing negative is the roads getting to the sites. Some of the turns and trees were a little tight. Not much you can do about it.

Booked online. Park didn’t even meet my lowest standards. The office/store closes at 5. Dated & rundown. Was looking forward to the pool but It was a turn off. If they had 10 chairs, they were all mismatched old dirty & weak looking. Felt a little unsafe as there was only 2 others parked in our area. Icemachine behind laundry full of mold. Outdoor sink counter, so rotted and falling apart. Creep

Out of date facilities, the guy who checked me in wasn't very pleasant, and there were so many rules that are outdated as well. The pool was closed in the heat of summer when listed as an amenity. Very disappointed.

it was an overnight stop while traveling. The site was exactly what we wanted, full hookup pull through and close to the highway. Site was clean and comfortable. Facilities were also very clean. Definitely would stay here for the same purpose again.

We stayed overnight it was a nice stay. Person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. It was a hot day he even kept pool open longer unfortunately thenderstorm cut that shirt. Laundry facilities were very nice and open 24 hours.

Great place to stop along 95. I was heading to South Carolina and stayed here for a transient stay. Would have 5 stars, but pool is closed on Sundays. Mot sure why as there are no lifeguards anyway…Checkin was easy and the guy who checked me in was helpful.

No shade, dump station difficult to reach, very remote location, buggy, no sewer on overnights sites Met our need for a convenient place to stop off 95.

It was suitable for a one night stop for sleep between Florida and New York. Very simple, no frills, but had the hook ups we needed and was easy access off of I95.

Good place to stop over to break up a long trip. It’s nice that there are 24 hour laundry facilities and you can request a site where you don’t have to unhook your towed vehicle. Bring bug spray.

Stopped overnight on way to Myrtle Beach. Great location off I95, easy on and off. Site was very close to neighbour but it was for one night and we needed to get off the road! Grateful that host called back as they were busy and couldn’t answer my first call! Much appreciated!

Very nice campground. It’s a shame there really isn’t much to do local to the campground, it limits campground usage to only a night stay, as there really isn’t much to see/do. But otherwise a very well kept campground, with a pool and all too! Very nice!

Stay was great, very close to dog run so it was very easy. The morning in store was very strange. The guy behind the counter was so unwelcoming and has no personality at all. Felt very robotic and did not smile once. Coffee was free but terrible. Dumped it as soon as I drive away. Yikes.

The stay was nothing special. The fun really began when I left. I received a late checkout charge when I checked out 1.5 hr before checkout. I called the owner to asked about the issue and wow was that interesting. He called me a liar and belittled me saying he wasn’t doing anything to help and it was my fault (when it clearly was not). This man was clearly unstable!!! Do not stay no matter wha

We only stopped for an overnight on our way to Maryland, but it's the 2nd time we've stayed there for this purpose. We love all the pine trees on the property!

Enjoyed the solitude and quiet area. Had a great time at the pool. I would have liked to have seen more activities in the campground for all ages

Owner was unprofessional and unstable. Read reviews before staying here! Only bad experience I’ve ever had with a KOA but man was it bad! Don’t do it… stay somewhere else! You’ll thank me later!

Site was great. The turn onto the dump station road was too sharp from our site. The person answering the phone didn’t seem too happy to help us. Maybe it had been a long day?

This is a nice stopover point moving up and down the East Coast. The sites are adequate. Some site gravel addition might be helpful to level out the base. There is ample room to walk the dogs and they find the furry friends roaming about quite attractive.

So if you're looking for a quick easy access overnight off I-95 in Enfield/Rocky Mount, North Carolina, this is your place. Super clean, hot water level sites. The only downside is some of the overnights you have to use the dump station but not a big deal. Highly recommend.
