It was a short stay, but we appreciated the help we received from office personnel who guided us to a tire repair shop! The park was clean and tidy and we look forward to visiting again in the warmer months!

A little confused about the bathroom. My personal sheet given to me gave the code for the door, but the door had a note on it that it was closed for the winter. What is it? Closed or use ?

We booked just one night at Ely KOA and wish we had more time to. This was a January overnight and with just a few adventurers and a few more long term renters. The grounds were well tended and laid out smartly with heated water hookups to ensure lines didn't freeze. Bathrooms were immaculate. Laundry was inexpensive. The campground borders BLM high country. Beautiful! Great place for dogs!

The checkin process was easy and quick, the staff member was friendly and professional, the site was somewhat level and free of any debris. My only complaint this time as with my previous stay is the WiFi, next time I will ask for a site close to the router, hopefully that will help with the quality of the connection. Although we were situated close to the highway, the noise level was acceptable.

Freezing outside but we were nice and toasty inside our RV. Perfect location on our way from Boise to Arizona and will stay again coming back.

We had booked a last minute stay on a cross country trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The campground was very clean and well maintained. They had the nicest restrooms/showers than any park we had stayed in and they were pleasantly warm for a winter month. My son was able to shoot some hoops too! Great place. Thank you!

We love stopping here on our way through the area. They always accommodate us in our requested spot, and are super friendly. Utilities always work as they should and site is mostly level allowing us to stay connected for an easy departure.

The park is fine, however, there are very few level sites for RVs. Also while we’ve stayed there at least 5 times, we have yet to manage to reach a live human in the office either in person or by phone despite trying during posted office hours. We had questions and had no one to ask.

Very easy to set our RV up! Our chocolate lab lived his private area! I had a few questions, the office was closed but they returned my call quickly! I figured out on my own that the water spigot was under the insulated cap! The view of the mountains was spectacular! Thank you! We will be back!

Although we were staying overnight, we’ll definitely be back. It was so nice. Level sites. Lots of trees, which were also trimmed up so they didn’t scratch your RV. Even though it’s near the highway you weren’t overwhelmed by noise. Very clean restrooms and showers, a 10+. We also camp with our dog, and thy had a couple of enclosed runs and easy access to trails.

We only stayed one night but the spot we had was amazing. We had a large picnic table, a fire pit and a small pen for the dogs. I almost wish we had not made plans down the road so soon.

Although we were only there for a night, we've stayed there a few other times. We've always found the camp clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

We arrived late, found our reservation on the board, got a great campsite, close to the super clean restrooms. It got down to 10 degrees F at night, so we appreciated having power and a warm, clean shower in the morning. It’s our 4th time at this KOA. Always a very nice place, winter or summer!

Very quiet and peaceful. The entire KOA is clean and well maintained. Its close to the grocery store and restaurants. The employees are all super friendly and very helpful.

KOA had plenty of spots open, very clean, super quiet. The office staff was friendly and helpful with a few things to do and see in Ely. The office had DVDs to check out and rent - super cool.

The reservation was done through the application and we arrived after hours. We found our information at the check in point. We did call the after hours number with a question regarding our space. Left a voice mail and call back number. No one ever returned our call. As far as ease and the site itself, we were pleased and it was what was expected.

Great location and very nice park! Its good for overnight or an extended stay. Plenty to see in the area to spend a week if you have the time. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The KOA was clean and nice and good views of the snowcapped mountains. It is about an hour to the national park. The laundry room was clean and nice. The store has some cute things and functional things to purchase. Our only complaint is that the sites could be a bit more level.

They didn't have a covered wagon available when we checked in so we were upgraded to a cabin that was so beautiful. This place caters to you to make sure you have a great stay.
