We felt that if we have to follow the rules so should the workers and the permanent residents as far as going 5 miles an hour and not kicking up the dust. The young man living at the blue house doesn’t need to play his truck music so loud and late at night. The KOA staff were friendly. The bathroom and laundry room were very clean. Nicely organized campground.

Very convenient for our trip to Great Basin National Park. Sky is about 50 miles out from the Park but Ely is a much larger town than Baker. This KOA was pretty big with newly renovated bathrooms.

We like to stay at this KOA in Ely since it’s just over the halfway point from our home in Idaho to Las Vegas. It’s very clean and organized. If you’re checking in late, they leave your check in info. in an envelope with your name on it. The sights are well maintained and it’s very quiet here. We have not used the shower but were told that they were recently renovated. All in all, nice pla

Fawn was very helpful getting us checked in and settled. Showers and restrooms were very clean and tidy. Shower was so appreciated after 4 days on a motorcycle.

We only stayed one night as it was our traveling day, however we plan to come back and stay longer. Beautiful view of the mountains and a nice quiet campground with friendly staff . Nice sights for all sizes of rigs and 5th wheels

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet and well managed, great staff, clean bathrooms and laundry. Love the access to the trails for biking and connecting to the MTB parks. While our van site was level front/back, it does slope a bit side/side. Laundry is old school agitator machines (no hot water) and you need quarters. Wish the dryers weren’t so hot on low. An air dry cycle would be helpful.

We had driven close to 600 miles that day. We got there just before they closed. She was ready for us so check in was easy. Very nice clean campground. It is well kept. We will stay here again.

Very enjoyable. We have stayed here a few times before. The bathroom remodel was a nice upgrade. As before, the sites were nice. The campground was well kept. Should we return to Ely, we would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend.

I can't rate the stay since we had to cancel due to my buddies truck requiring a new engine. We are stuck in Richfield, UT's KOA until his truck is fixed. This is a rating on your policy. We basically lost our deposit which was the whole stay. We are stuck and can't leave. You would think you would refund due to this situation. Other KOA's are better to work with when unforeseen situations arise.

TJ and Fawn are top notch people! TJ had a slightly difficult customer just before checking me in, and I must say, he handled the situation professionally and very calmly. I was so proud of him! Fawn had me laughing in the morning during checkout and getting propane. Laughter is a great way to start the day! The park is beautiful and very peaceful. All the amenities worked perfectly.

I stay at the Ely KOA at least 2 times a year. The lady inside was very helpful and informative. I stayed in spot 118 and it was on a down hill I would never stay again if I had to stay there.

Great stay. Several friends camping in other sites. We appreciated #106 to be able to gather a bbq. All staff was very friendly and helpful

We had an issue with our truck just as we were pulling into the facility. Loss of power, we limped into the check in area. I got out of the truck and found diesel fuel everywhere. Our fuel filter failed. I was concerned about putting it in the site so the staff called tha manager and he said go ahead and park it. He came out himself to offer assistance, he even offered me a ride to the parts store

What a beautiful park! Well managed and tidy…host was welcoming and full of info for around the town excursions! Will definitely go back and explore! The trees were just starting to blossom out…lots of greenery! Access to laundry and great showers!

Just an overnight stay on my trip home. Unfortunately, the "high speed' internet was non existent. I was in site 40 and had no internet service. If I walked up to within 50 ft of the office I could get internet, but when I walked my laptop back to my site, it was gone. Disappointing since I chose this KOA for internet and showers....

Great location and very nice park! Its good for overnight or an extended stay. Plenty to see in the area to spend a week if you have the time. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The KOA was clean and nice and good views of the snowcapped mountains. It is about an hour to the national park. The laundry room was clean and nice. The store has some cute things and functional things to purchase. Our only complaint is that the sites could be a bit more level.

They didn't have a covered wagon available when we checked in so we were upgraded to a cabin that was so beautiful. This place caters to you to make sure you have a great stay.
