Great upgrades I am booking my next cabin in a couple of months

We stayed in a cabin. The cabins we have stayed in at this KOA are always very clean, decorated nicely and the kitchen are well supplied. The office staff was very friendly and nice.

I have stayed at a few KOA's before, and this was easily my favorite one. The cabin was perfectly clean and exactly what I needed for my stay at Great Basin National Park. Thank you so much!

The whole park is kept up, very clean. And the bathrooms, are always sparkling clean. Also was unexpectedly quiet.

stayed cute nixecabin...good to keep up maintenance cabins and other things at KOA. Darn no Teepee there.. wish they'd get teepee back.

I have a lot of health issues and the housekeeping crew went above and beyond to make sure I would have a safe visit. They did an outstanding job of making it safe and enjoyable. Thank you so much for making my vacation possible.

we enjoyed our stay 21 Sep to 25 Sep, inspite of some minor issues. i rented KL1 and KL2. KL2 had some issues. There was no toaster and no shower gel in KL2, no shower gel in KL1. We used shampoo in place of shower gel. I reported the issues but was not resolved. The office personnel thought the toaster was stolen by previous guests and the shower gel must be out of supply. We will be back.

Too bad we didn’t get to stay longer. The cabin was very comfortable. We arrived late. Our checking info. Was waiting for us. Check-in was easy. We had a nice rest. We look forward to visiting again. Beautiful site to see in the morning�

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities were immaculately clean. Although the place was completely full, it was still very quiet and easy to relax. Came through on adventure bikes for a single overnight stay on our way to Utah. This was a perfect stop off the highway outside of town.

We were bummed there is no pool. The decor in the cabin was nice, but there was no bathmat and the shower curtain didn't fit, so it was hard to keep water in.

I had a great time the cabin was perfect. Since it was a last minute trip I wasn't able to secure a hotel in the area. KOA, Ely saved the day and provided such an awesome experience at an affordable price. This trip was work related, but I definitely plan to come back for my leisure soon. A special shout out to Sam and the gang for being super hosts.

I was traveling cross country with my buddy. This was my second time staying at your KOA. Unfortunately you have no cabins with two double beds. Only bunk beds. Next time we come through we might have to stay somewhere else. For that reason. One of us had to sleep on the couch which wasn't very comfortable

One night in the studio type cabin. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels, soft and cozy bed with comfy linens, a/c worked well. I would suggest the small refrigerator have a small freezer compartment in it. We were unaware that it did not. The staff at this KOA WAS LOVELY and I am happy to report that is what I have found at all KOA’s I have been to.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins. Ot was very clean and comfortable. We also had a nice view. Spent time wandering around on the trails next to the campground.

Was my best friend's and my mom's first time at a KOA: amazing first impression. The location is gorgeous, and the vibes / customer service were on-point. The little community kitchen area, though basic, was a life saver for us. Loved co-location of toilets / sinks / shower areas. LOVED the covered wagon... so cool!! Perfect first overnight location on our very long 4-state road trip.

Our stay at the Ely KOA was an absolute pleasure! We stayed in a Cabin and it was clean and tidy, also, the towels were so nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again.

The stay itself was great. We arrived late and easily checked in. We stayed in a basic cabin and it was great. The next day I read through the paperwork I had gotten in the envelope and there was a list of chores I needed to do or I would be charged an additional cleaning fee, on top of the basic cleaning fee. Things like wiping tables and taking out all trash. That’s ridiculous.

Ely KOA is one of the best in my opinion. The staff is very helpful and they are all very polite. The grounds a kept up very nice and there are things to do. I definitely will come back every year. Thank you Ely KOA!

The experience of sleeping in a covered wagon was fun and unique! The bed was super comfortable and with heating and AC we were able to keep cool in the afternoon and toasty in the cool morning.

If not for not having a working TV on the first three days,, it would have been great. But eventually, they believed that it was some technical error and not the strong wind that was causing the TV issue.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the property was impeccably well-kept, and the bathroom/shower facilities were spotless! I highly recommend this place and would give it 5 stars without hesitation!!
