we always stay at Ely KOA when coming and going south for the winter. It is easy to find/easy access off the highway. We walk our small dogs thru the Juniper trees on ATV trails by the camp ground.. I also like the private bathrooms near the RV sites. This is the first time I found the bathroom cabin a bit messy and short on TP; i know the cleaners will be back in the morning!!

We spent the night at this KOA and the sites were large for a pull through. The registration went great. All around a very nice park well maintained and friendly professional staff.

We really appreciated the place for the night, however the directions to our site were not very clear. Navigating to the site was difficult in the dark and it took us several tries before we were able to find it.

�������������������� KOA Ely is the nicest KOA I’ve ever stayed at! The campground is clean, organized, and absolutely beautiful. The office area includes a well-stocked store and a wonderful gift shop with great finds. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this KOA — it’s truly a gem!

We had a very private patio site at the back of the property. It could be improved with more trees and grass, but the view was great.

Hundred percent the nicest, best-maintained KOA park we've ever been to. We got a fully-furnished cabin, so it came complete with a bathroom and kitchenette. The cabin was clean and delightfully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the environment so peaceful. Even the common-use restroom is spotlessly-clean and smells reassuringly of disinfectant.

It was a last minute reservation. Was pleased that the park was able to get a site for our stay. Only problem was the altitude.

We’ve stayed at Ely, KOA several times and always enjoy it. The staff is really accommodating. We’ll be back in Spring!

Easy, to use the app and register. Clean, nice level sites. We enjoyed the sunset on the nice concrete pad. If we ever travel this way again, we would happily come back.

Very knowledgeable and friendly folks in the office/store it was well stocked and clean. The shower house was spotless and the showers were plenty hot. We love this KOA and all the great improvements they are making.

We stayed in site 104. The end spots, maybe 5 of them, are short term. Many times people tried to turn left and go behind us like it was a drive way but it’s not! Clearly marking that row to stop people from turning there then using a camp site to drive through would be a fantastic improvement! Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice campground. Friendly staff. We stayed in one of the pull through spots that had bushes on each side, which were nice and gave the illusion of privacy. Would recommend.

The conastoga was cool to sleep in. Heater worked well. My boys loved it. But only 2 chairs when it sleeps 4. Even when asked they couldn't provide any extras. So we had to eat on the bed. And no coat hangers. The end of the bunk bed would of been great for hangers. And a fly swatter, our tent had massive amount of them.

Great campground stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Very clean and well maintained! Laundry room was exceptionally clean! The only negative, on Saturday the family across from us allowed their children to ride ATVs in the campground. This is against the rules!

Staff was amazing and kind. Everywhere was trash free and clean. Only thing I could nitpick would be hair balls on women’s bathroom /shower floor daily- but that’s poor guests, not lack of cleaning. Bathrooms are clean and smelled good every time went in. Check in and out was smooth. Great options and necessities shopping. Will definitely be back

Site not level, RV front tires in the air, no WiFi at our site (a long way from the office) where everything was "fine" - no WiFi at the sites is no WiFi in 2025), and at 9:00 pm water pressure dropped requiring me to remove the regulator in the dark. We left as soon as we got up.

Great location and very nice park! Its good for overnight or an extended stay. Plenty to see in the area to spend a week if you have the time. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The KOA was clean and nice and good views of the snowcapped mountains. It is about an hour to the national park. The laundry room was clean and nice. The store has some cute things and functional things to purchase. Our only complaint is that the sites could be a bit more level.

They didn't have a covered wagon available when we checked in so we were upgraded to a cabin that was so beautiful. This place caters to you to make sure you have a great stay.
