The first site assign to us was reportedly a 65' site but it felt smaller and had enough of a slant to it that we could not get our 40' GD Momentum to auto level. The office did not hesitate to move us to a larger site that better suited to our needs and we leveled without issue. We would stay here again.

If not for not having a working TV on the first three days,, it would have been great. But eventually, they believed that it was some technical error and not the strong wind that was causing the TV issue.

Clean, well organized, and amazingly friendly staff! The location had great mountain views, has trails that start right from the campground, and is pretty close to Great Basin National Park.

It's an above average overnight stop on our way to our destination. It's level, quiet, has trees and peaceful views.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the property was impeccably well-kept, and the bathroom/shower facilities were spotless! I highly recommend this place and would give it 5 stars without hesitation!!

Great campground! Cutest, coziest camper cabins. Our only complaint is the store closed at 8:00 and we got in pretty late. Otherwise great spot with beautiful views.

Wonderful staff! The manager was very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff found a bag that I had left behind and was able to contact me before we got too far down the road. Our cabin was spacious with very appealing decor. We loved it!

Campground was very nice. Staff was GREAT. Desk staff was very friendly and when we asked about a picnic table we had someone in minutes come and move one onto our site for us. The only issue we had was quiet time was not observed. There were folks partying until after 1:00 am.

The staff was amazing, and very friendly and helpful. We like the Gift Shop we purchased a magnet for our collection. We would suggest a larger dog park. We know different parts of Nevada recycles and we were wondering if KOA’s could also offer recycling. For honoring the military and giving us a military discount for our stay.

I had asked for a site that we would be able to stay in one night without unhooking our 34ft travel trailer. The site was not at all level and when I asked to move to a more level site for the night was told the more level sites in the row behind us were saved for motorhomes although there were empty sites available.

What a gem of a RV Park! The property was clean, well organized, and chalked full of activities and amenities. Cindy and Cori were helpful and amazing hosts. We will definitely return.

This was an exceptional KOA. Had two areas for the dog to play. The sites were easy to access. Their gift shop was on the larger size and stocked full. The staff was very friendly.

Quick overnight on our way home. Bathroom was clean and warm! Our set up was quiet and private. Very nice campground.

We were there 2 nights. The campground is very nice, quiet and well maintained. Cori, in the office, was very nice and helpful with a map of things to do and places to eat in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this KOA, and it's the best one yet! Roads are wide, FHU, pull thru site and a warm, welcoming staff make this place special.

We stayed three nights. The campground had easy access from the highway. The grounds and facilities were clean. The store had reasonable hours. We enjoyed talking with Fawn.

Overall, we had a great stay. ALL of the staff were helpful when our heater went out after a few hours on our first night. It was cold! The staff provided a space heater, but it did not warm the cabin because it was too small for the room.

If happen to be passing through Ely NV on your camping trip, you should park at the Ely KOA Journey. It is a very nice, pretty park with shade trees and super clean restrooms and showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. The store is well stocked and has morning coffee for just $2 as well. We will definitely stop here again on our return trip.

We are tent campers. Great stop for us after 6 nights at Great Basin Nat'l Park. We loved the communal cooking and washing station. Clean bathrooms, hot showers.
