The grounds were cared for and neat and clean-site sloped a bit, but we were prepared. Staff were friendly and inviting, providing information of the area.

The pull thru RV sites are clean and easy to position your RV into and the hookups are easy access..The cabins are very clean and plenty of space

We again had a lovely time, in part because the staff is so friendly and the campground is so clean and well maintained. We especially love the easy access to miles of trails, and the proximity to town. We will be back!

Traveling the road less traveled lead us to Ely KOA. It was a delightful stay. The grounds are well maintained. The restrooms and showers were clean. Should our travels return us to this area we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stay itself was great. We arrived late and easily checked in. We stayed in a basic cabin and it was great. The next day I read through the paperwork I had gotten in the envelope and there was a list of chores I needed to do or I would be charged an additional cleaning fee, on top of the basic cleaning fee. Things like wiping tables and taking out all trash. That’s ridiculous.

Ely KOA is one of the best in my opinion. The staff is very helpful and they are all very polite. The grounds a kept up very nice and there are things to do. I definitely will come back every year. Thank you Ely KOA!

We overnighted here. The campground is set up well with fairly level parking. The only reason I did not rate it higher is the bathrooms. The ones next to the office were fine. The two bathrooms in the campground area were dirty.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, 5 stars there. The tent sites along the entrance road shouldn't exist or a fence should go up between the road and the lawn. Literally impossible to sleep with the non stop traffic on the gravel road. The staff was nice enough to let me move to the tent sites in the back corner for the remainder of my stay which was 1000% better and cheaper.

Nice and clean, not many shade trees but temp was cool the day we were there. Very quiet. Lots of trails right next to campground which was great for our dogs. There were a few kids riding a motorcycle around the campground but it's not allowed in the rules. I would stay again.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at KOA’s and and Ely KOA didn’t disappoint. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, sites are roomy.

It was very nice to have a large grassy area for tent campers. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of hot water for showers.

The experience of sleeping in a covered wagon was fun and unique! The bed was super comfortable and with heating and AC we were able to keep cool in the afternoon and toasty in the cool morning.

Very clean and well maintained RV park with friendly and helpful staff. Just a short drive to old downtown, with good restaurants, bars and casinos. There appears to be a downtown revitalization effort going on with alot of road construction and sidewalks, etc. It's looking really nice so far!

The KOA is kept very clean, including the showers and restrooms. The grounds are nice and the people working there friendly.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful on different things to do. We’ve been through that town so many times the history was there and she gave us great advice and where to go. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome.

If happen to be passing through Ely NV on your camping trip, you should park at the Ely KOA Journey. It is a very nice, pretty park with shade trees and super clean restrooms and showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. The store is well stocked and has morning coffee for just $2 as well. We will definitely stop here again on our return trip.

We are tent campers. Great stop for us after 6 nights at Great Basin Nat'l Park. We loved the communal cooking and washing station. Clean bathrooms, hot showers.
