Nice staff, nice new showers, fair dog parks. A bunch of activities available. Horribly lonely road to get there. Would stay again if it was in our route of travel.

Charged for a "new suoer site". Which was described as level. I can say it was a large site, but far from level, all the spots by the highway had a downward slope. Our hydraulic jacks kept lifting front tires 6-8 inches. After moving motorhome a couple times and trying to level, we gave up. We were traveling for a few weeks, this is the worst KOA we stayed at. BTW, no WiFi as advertised.

Great country store! Hookups were well maintained. Showers were spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great. I wish that there had been paper towels and possibly some foil as well as more eating utensils in the kitchen. Possibly a BBQgrill at the cabin as well. We did love the cabin to stay in. There were a couple of holes in the flooring but it was a quiet ight Thanks.

My site # 50 was unlevel front to back and side to side. Front to back ok to an extent but side to side not satisfactory. I drive all day to get to the camp site and then spend another 30-40 minutes to get the blocks out and try to Level the camper . When I leave I have to reverse the procedure. Totally unnecessary !

Check in was easy and efficient. The office girl was very friendly and helpful. Our campsite was on the outside edge, and very quiet with great views. We only stayed one night this time, so we did not travel anywhere in the area. We also did not use the restroom or showers while here.

We had a great 3 night stay at Ely KOA. Our site was perfect - end of the row with a nice big tree, BBQ and patio set. We were also right across from the dog park, but there were lots of places to walk the dogs AND scented poop bags! Also, the sites weren’t squished too tightly together like at other KOAs we’ve stayed in. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Pull through sites could be more level front to back. I had to pull the trailer all the way to the edge of the site, then unhook and park my truck. Would’ve been nice to have not unhooked.

Due to a mess up on our schedule, we did not get our desired space. Instead we were placed on farthest space, closet to the US93 hiway! Hiway noise, no shade at all. We have been staying at that KOA for yrs, never stay at those outside spaces again. Great staff there, .

I stayed here a couple years back when pulling a trailer. This time I was on a motorcycle and tent camping. I did like the grassy place to set up the tent. And I like the fact you have a shower. Still, I feel $42/n for a tent site is a little high. Seems $35/n would be more inline. The store prices for small thinks like soda, chips, etc. were fair and less cost than buying at a gas station.

The Ely KOA is very nice. We usually tent camp, but this time we stayed in a cabin. The cabin was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Dishes, cooking utensils, and linens all provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The KOA property is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The site for my 41ft fifth wheel was very wide and long enough that the truck didn't need to be put on the side.

It was just a one night stay but was nice and clean! Internet didn’t work for streaming and neither did the cable but we just watched a movie.

We arrived at closing. Got our site #54 and drove to our spot to find it occupied. When I asked the attendant he looked confused. He drove down to the spot and came back confused again. I asked if the people were in the wrong spot. He mumbled and said just take spot 57. The problem I have is if we arrived any later what would we have done when the spot was full and all the staff gone?

We will definitely be back to the Ely KOA. Very clean, quiet, shady. The view was beautiful. Shower curtain was a challenge in the small bathroom. Too long and stuff and hard to keep in the shower.

We needed to escape from the heat of Las Vegas, at 111. Heading north to Ely was such a welcome relief. Park was clean, organized, power water sewer all worked as expected. ATT cell signal worked well. We usually stop here on our way north, this year, the cooler temps was a welcome bonus.

Internet speed perfect. Shady site with BBQ grill and table/chairs. Travelers need to know not all upgrades are as shady as no nature or structural shade may be present.

Stayed here to fish Cave Lake. We have stayed here before and will again some time. Very nice.

Great location and very nice park! Its good for overnight or an extended stay. Plenty to see in the area to spend a week if you have the time. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The KOA was clean and nice and good views of the snowcapped mountains. It is about an hour to the national park. The laundry room was clean and nice. The store has some cute things and functional things to purchase. Our only complaint is that the sites could be a bit more level.

They didn't have a covered wagon available when we checked in so we were upgraded to a cabin that was so beautiful. This place caters to you to make sure you have a great stay.
