Thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week, escaping the desert heat, and loving the beautiful Ely weather. The site was great, everything worked as expected and we easily extended our stay. Staff/Hosts were all friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!!

We loved the super clean restrooms and friendly helpful staff. The convenience store was noice too. We were not happy that there was no grass at our campsite. We had to walk/carry our dogs 50 yards or so multiple times per day for their potty breaks. Even artificial grass at our site would have been better than gravel. Artificial grass could be hosed off daily or when necessary. It was DUSTY!

We enjoyed our stay. The cleanest bathrooms and showers of any camp we stayed at. If you’re looking to get out of the heat this KOA is above 6600 ft. We will definitely be stopping at this KOA again.

Nice size dog run area. Sites are shaded and wide very well kept green spaces. 4 washer and dryers, store wad nice lots of goodies. Best part are the people who run it, helpful , nice, cool, staff members �

This was our fourth visit to the Ely, KOA. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we are passing through the Ely area or exploring Great Basin NP.

We love the Ely KOA. this is our 4th stay there. It is always so clean and the staff is very friendly. We have stayed at several other KOA's around the country but this is by far the best one.

Pretty site. Ely KOA has done a lot to update their bathrooms and facilities. They have new pull thru sites for rigs that are satellite friendly and don't have trees.

We have stayed here before and will stay again if our travel brings us through Ely. We were offered a site in the shade of the mature trees but we chose a site with a clear view of the south east sky to use our DirecTV dish. It worked great and all the water, sewer and power hookups worked great. Friendly, helpful people.

Nice quiet park. It was easy to make reservations online while traveling. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Starting with our arrival we had a pleasant one night stay. Greeted warmly, given lots of information, nice spot and quiet park. The bathrooms/showers were lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend this park if you find yourself Ely, NV!

We loved this place. Nevada is very hot and harsh land. Pulling into this camp ground I felt so much better about bringing my family there. Wonderful bathrooms, great clan rooms spots, good shade trees! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Only complaint is the playground is not for smaller kids. I’d say 6+ and I have a 2 year old.

It was a wonderful stay with fabulous amenities and fantastic weather. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing location. My family and I camped in a tent location with water and electricity hookups near by. We were the first campsite when you drive into the KOA and we felt very safe and comfortable. I love this KOA. The only thing I would change is that the children's playground have some lighting.

We always stay here when in Ely. Only issues have to do with staff not knowing what is going on in town for events or even what local sites should be visited. We stayed over the 4th of July holiday and asked about events going on to which we were told "I do not know, we work the 4th of July". Thank god for the internet, we were able to find many activities going on and had a great stay.

We had reservations for four nights, as we were enjoying our stay we stayed one extra night. Entire staff was helpful and friendly, from the office including the maintance crew.

Made a last minute reservation. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Booking process was easy. Cabin was spotless and decor was welcoming. Grounds were well kept and quiet. Location was convenient.

The Ely KOA was perfect! Loved the playground and volleyball area. The bathrooms were spotless and the camp hosts were amazing. Very quiet, would definitely stay again!!

Always enjoy staying at your park. Friendly staff. I’m an Ambasssdor for pickleball and suggest you build 3 courts. You won’t be disappointed because all ages play. Many rivers only stay where there are courts. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful place, well maintained and super friendly and efficient staff. Over the years, we have used tents, RV and now one of the cabins available. The cabin was very well furnished, good mattress, and a fully functional kitchen as well. In summary, we can wholeheartedly recommend Ely KOA. More so, there is lot’s to do in Ely. Fishing, Railroad Museum & Rides, ATVs and fishing. HHM, Nevada

Quick stop over. Everything was great. Staff friendly, showers, facilities clean. I would recommend putting more trash cans out. i finally found them, wasn't sure where there were when we initially got there and surprised there were non among the sites.

It was a pleasant stay. Very quiet. We did not have reservations and they let us have the same site that we had last time because no one had reserved it. Love the big, shady trees, especially in the summer.

This is an excellent KOA. Nice clean and updated bathrooms, friendly staff, the grounds are kept up beautifully, plenty of green grass and plenty of walking. The spaces have plenty of room to park. We will stay here again.

It’s not shiny new but a favorite spot for us. The staff is always great area is clean and we just love Ely KOA. If you want a great spot with roomy sites and a relaxing experience this is it.

If happen to be passing through Ely NV on your camping trip, you should park at the Ely KOA Journey. It is a very nice, pretty park with shade trees and super clean restrooms and showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. The store is well stocked and has morning coffee for just $2 as well. We will definitely stop here again on our return trip.

We are tent campers. Great stop for us after 6 nights at Great Basin Nat'l Park. We loved the communal cooking and washing station. Clean bathrooms, hot showers.
