We enjoyed this park over two nights; it was clean and the staff were informative and friendly. The store was well stocked. One downfall was the office being closed over the lunch hour and I ran out of coins for the dryer and had to an hour for them to reopen. They do not have a spa or pool. Overall, the park met our needs and we appreciated the quietness of the area.

This was the only time we had any issues with a KOA Campground. We have stayed for many years and it has been pleasant, however, this year had a few issues . Noise late at night loud campers’s next to us stayed up late HootIn and hollering until after midnight and the next morning getting ready to leave, we had no water to dump the holding tanks. Grounds were not well kept up Very disapointe

We only stayed two nights but the staff members were very friendly and informative. The site we had was very roomy and had nice shade. The only thing missing was a pool. We would stay again.

I was so surprised how nice the cabin was that we stayed in. It was clean and contemporary and met all of our needs. The playground was great for our kids to play on and while we were a little far out from our intended destination of Great Basin, we actually didn’t mind the hour drive out there. The little shop on site had a lot of helpful supplies that we forgot (like roasting sticks!)!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, bathroom/shower nice and clean. Lots of shade at both our site and the dog park, much appreciated in the summer heat!

Loved the covered wagon! It was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. There were places to set bags and cooler. The decor was friendly and homey, and the table was nice for working and eating. I liked having a lockable door at night. What a fun experience! The camp showers were very clean, and the grounds had lots to do. What a great KOA, one of the very best!

Very friendly staff with a lot of great suggestions. Facility was very clean, sites had great shade, and we were able to take our side x side right from camp.

Thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week, escaping the desert heat, and loving the beautiful Ely weather. The site was great, everything worked as expected and we easily extended our stay. Staff/Hosts were all friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!!

We loved the super clean restrooms and friendly helpful staff. The convenience store was noice too. We were not happy that there was no grass at our campsite. We had to walk/carry our dogs 50 yards or so multiple times per day for their potty breaks. Even artificial grass at our site would have been better than gravel. Artificial grass could be hosed off daily or when necessary. It was DUSTY!

We enjoyed our stay. The cleanest bathrooms and showers of any camp we stayed at. If you’re looking to get out of the heat this KOA is above 6600 ft. We will definitely be stopping at this KOA again.

Nice size dog run area. Sites are shaded and wide very well kept green spaces. 4 washer and dryers, store wad nice lots of goodies. Best part are the people who run it, helpful , nice, cool, staff members �

This was our fourth visit to the Ely, KOA. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we are passing through the Ely area or exploring Great Basin NP.

We love the Ely KOA. this is our 4th stay there. It is always so clean and the staff is very friendly. We have stayed at several other KOA's around the country but this is by far the best one.

Pretty site. Ely KOA has done a lot to update their bathrooms and facilities. They have new pull thru sites for rigs that are satellite friendly and don't have trees.

We have stayed here before and will stay again if our travel brings us through Ely. We were offered a site in the shade of the mature trees but we chose a site with a clear view of the south east sky to use our DirecTV dish. It worked great and all the water, sewer and power hookups worked great. Friendly, helpful people.

Starting with our arrival we had a pleasant one night stay. Greeted warmly, given lots of information, nice spot and quiet park. The bathrooms/showers were lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend this park if you find yourself Ely, NV!

We loved this place. Nevada is very hot and harsh land. Pulling into this camp ground I felt so much better about bringing my family there. Wonderful bathrooms, great clan rooms spots, good shade trees! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Only complaint is the playground is not for smaller kids. I’d say 6+ and I have a 2 year old.

It was a wonderful stay with fabulous amenities and fantastic weather. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing location. My family and I camped in a tent location with water and electricity hookups near by. We were the first campsite when you drive into the KOA and we felt very safe and comfortable. I love this KOA. The only thing I would change is that the children's playground have some lighting.

We always stay here when in Ely. Only issues have to do with staff not knowing what is going on in town for events or even what local sites should be visited. We stayed over the 4th of July holiday and asked about events going on to which we were told "I do not know, we work the 4th of July". Thank god for the internet, we were able to find many activities going on and had a great stay.

We had reservations for four nights, as we were enjoying our stay we stayed one extra night. Entire staff was helpful and friendly, from the office including the maintance crew.

Great location and very nice park! Its good for overnight or an extended stay. Plenty to see in the area to spend a week if you have the time. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The KOA was clean and nice and good views of the snowcapped mountains. It is about an hour to the national park. The laundry room was clean and nice. The store has some cute things and functional things to purchase. Our only complaint is that the sites could be a bit more level.

They didn't have a covered wagon available when we checked in so we were upgraded to a cabin that was so beautiful. This place caters to you to make sure you have a great stay.
