My Wife and I just loved the Dallas/Arlington KOA. It was an easy check-in and the Staff was very accommodating. Although, it was one of the smaller KOA's that we've stayed in, or spot #209 was excellent. Traveling from Tennessee to Texas to visit family and friends, this KOA was worth the stay for the price.

The female with the red hair that works there has amazing customer service and should be moved to a management role. The overall facilities were in decent shape. Lastly if you are going to charge for something like bikes you need to make sure they are unkept and in great shape.

We had a very pleasant stay and were pleasantly surprised at how serene the setting was given the proximity to so much activity. The staff were all very friendly and made sure to acknowledge us. I was extremely impressed with how quickly the trash was picked up every time I put it out. My wife was disappointed that the pool was shut down for such an extended period during such hot weather.

The camping cabin was perfect! A/C and a room fan made for comfortable sleeping, even though it was hot and muggy outside. Bathrooms were clean and provided plenty of space for all. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the tent site 2. It was very enjoyable stay. Shade given by the trees was a blessing. The pool was closed during my stay for maintenance, I believe opened my last Morning.... At I'm sure it was ready for the 4th of July..

it was a quite clean park allthough I have neverr stayed at a park that requried you to mow your lot or be asked to leave, it was a first and quite suprising considering the price and the on going interrruptions of services such was the city asking for you pool to be shut down after you had all winter to make any nessary repairs. cutting hours, disruption in propane service. but all in all okay!

Very nice campground that is gated. Clean and level with lots of things to do - movie nite, pool and the area is great to venture out. Had to stay a bit longer because of a tire blow out. If in need of tires in this area, check out Discount Tires, just down the street.

Site was very uneven, grass was non existent at our site, neighbors were noisy standing at the end of our site at midnight talking loudly, site was tight for slide outs, pool was closed. Not great experience for a review.

Never was told the pool was out. If I would have known in advance I would not have stayed there. That was my main for staying there. Not good at all

Pool was closed most days and the campground (overall) needs to be better manicured. Some days the restrooms were nice and clean, and some days they were not clean. They reason I gave you three stars instead of just two is because the staff was very friendly. Otherwise, as a facility, it's a two-star facility.

Older KOA in middle of city, but quiet and gated. Sites can be a bit small, but location is great for all the games and handy to both Dallas and Ft Worth.

Awesome staff � and great service. Only complaint is access to KOA, main street turn into parking lot is tight. Got text day of travel about directions to KOA, and having to make a U--turn if coming in from interstate 30. Very helpful, to avoid.

The sites are nice, the laundry room is smelly, and the pool was closed the whole time we were there (5 days). I understand theres nothing you can do about the pool being down, but it still sucked.

Cabin was nice but the freezer was really dirty and the grounds are not very well maintained.

We had an event in Arlington on Sat and decided to stay close by instead of driving from north Dallas. No issue checking in late, site 316 was nice, two big trees and level. Once pool opened it was nice, had a hard time getting the internet to work, so we just used our phone hotspot, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my concerns/questions. Will definitely return

We frequent this park to visit family & Rangers Baseball games! Have noticed a decline in the maintenance last couple of visits, pool has been struggling to stay open and a few trees need additional trimming for RV protection. Overall a wonderful park in the middle of town!

The place is a little oasis, so pretty, lots of trees, great dog parks and the staff is so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The spots are pretty level and everything is very clean

Was very disappointed. At most of the KOA campground once checked in you are guided to your campsite, that did not happen. The pool was closed. We were not told that upon check in. The bathrooms were not cleaned for the two days we were there. The same q tip was on the men’s room floor. Usually when a staff member passes you they acknowledge you, not here they are to busy on their phone.

Very disappointed with this KOA. I felt like the Front Desk lied to me and other guest. In the heat of Texas the KOA would not open their pool. The front desk used different excuses why it would not open. In a six day stay it was open 1 and a half days. They need to hire professional pool company to fix the pool as their team could not. There was not one working on it during the day.

Campground was just okay. We always stay at KOAs for the amenities, especially for the kids. We were left unsatisfied. The playground is just a bank of swings too high for small children, jump pad is small and run down. Pool was nice but it closed unexpectedly in the middle of our stay and stayed closed with no explanation. The cost of staying was not worth the value we got.

Short 15 minute drive to globe life field or at & t stadiums. Nice, quiet park. 2 good sized dog parks. Campground is in middle of Arlington; back side of park next to residential area. Gated entrance with pass code. Nice place to stay for a few days. Friendly staff.

We arrived and left after hours. The late check in was easy to figure out. We were disappointed the laundry only takes quarters and there is no change machine. We walked to a convenience store and the clerk was kind enough to sell us a roll of quarters. We could only do 2 loads, but we had better luck at our next stop in Amarillo.

Difficult entry for a 35' Class A (you pretty much have to run over the curbs to get in). Pool was closed. Uber must pick up outside main gate (it was 85 degrees and humid and I needed to go to a business meeting). Sites are gravel and generally on an incline. They are located in a flood prone area, and there was no information on what to do in the event of flooding. They did have great WIFI.

The price I was charged should have been a premium site with concrete patio and fire pit. The site was poorly maintained gravel with weeds. The trees weren’t properly trimmed to allow an RV not to be damaged. A branch ripped the LED light out of my awning. This appears that it cannot be repaired. It will require replacement which may include the awning. Very unsatisfied. Will by pass next tim

We were staying for a workshop . It was clean and calming . My only suggestion is a change machine in the laundry area and perhaps longer office hours

Nice n safe quiet n centrally located. The only item is that the concrete pads for the picnic table are too high and are a trip hazard for older folks.

Has potential to be a great KOA but the beautiful pool closed the whole time we were there. Grass needed to be mowed - poor guy was using a push mower to do the grass around a sight. Barely any gravel in our sight mostly grass. Hard to find as the sign is blocked by a tree so cant see the driveway until on top of it. Entrance extremely difficult for a big rig. KOA people were kind and lovely.

Had a better time when we stayed in 2020. This time the pool was closed, office was closed, bikes were locked up, etc. so the kids had nothing to do. Thankfully the Rangers were at home so we hit up a ballgame. Otherwise, cabin and bathrooms were clean. Vibes were just way different than we remember.

The rates have gone up significantly for the summer season. The pool was closed for repairs for most of our stay. It opened Saturday and we were leaving Sunday. We have to book another day to be able to go to Globe Life Park for the Ranger's game in which we have season tickets. Would like to see a fee incorporated for a late stay for accommodating Sunday Ranger games.

The campground was great. The staff was very friendly and the store was well stocked. The only bad thing KOA can't do anything about. You can't make a left turn out of the campground forcing a U turn or going around the block. We would definitely go back here.

Pool was broken with no communication about repair plan. WiFi is horrible. Location was fine and staff were fine. It was all just fine not great.

Very clean, all employees extremely polite. The pool was broken, they allowed cancelation, but there were no other options around. Found a pool just up the street. They should have offered to pay the entrance fee. The shower room was so very hot, we couldn't use it.

It was great! The communication was amazing never had that before with a campsite. Staff was friendly and helpful. So many activities to do for kids and families. Very clean and was very quiet considering it being in an industrial area. Felt like we were miles away from the city. This is a great little campsite!!! Will def go back.

Stayed there on Camping Trip🏕️ The Campground was very well keep up. It was one of the Quietest Campgrounds I have ever Stayed at. The Pool was right next to Campsite. There needs to be a turning Lane going in the campgrounds. Had to Drive farther down the road to turn Around. Would make it Harder for a bigger Motor Home. The Camp Ground is secured with an Entry Gate. Campgrounds is in a very great location.

First time here. And will definitely be coming back. Everyone was super nice and friendly, from the store lady to the people in the pool and campground area. Area was super calm and quiet, felt safe all around. Rv sites were easy to understand. Hooked up in less than 10 mins. Would totally recommend to friends and family.
