By far our favorite KOA in Indiana! Staff was very accommodating to arrange an RV spot close to the pool and bathrooms for our special needs daughter. Pool, bathrooms, shower stalls extremely clean. Cowboy does an amazing job keeping the campgrounds free of liter and grass nicely cut! Check in was a breeze and love the whimsical yard at the office. .

Very friendly staff. The gravel sites are fair, but not very level. Sites are spaced close together, but enough to extend all slides. Our site (#38) was shaded well. Internet was only fair. We only stayed overnight, so it was fine for an overnight stop. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean. Did not use the bathroom facilities, so unable to comment. Overall, would stay here again.

We made reservations online a few hours before arrival. Easy to find. Registration went smoothly.Friendly staff. Bathrooms clean. Great nights sleep

Needed an overnight stop on our way home from DC to Portsmouth, IA. Booked the night before while camping overnight Crawfordsville, IN. Got right in, backed into sight first try, setup and grilled supper, slept in, broke camp and home by one. Very accommodating. My granddaughter 5 years old and our daughter played on the play ground while we broke camp. Passing shower just before done.

Everything was good. Two suggestions for improvement: (1) add more gravel to the sites so they aren’t so muddy, and (2) provide a separate entrance for the laundry.

Small sites, trees need trimming. Several sites with units on them that appear to be seasonal, covered with mold and mildew. Entire campground needs a good cleanup.. Office very disorganized. Won't plan to stay here again.

We arrived after driving to get in front of a storm. The staff was aware of the weather approaching and got us checked in and settled quickly. Had hoped to enjoy the eminities, but was just happy to get off the road after a long day of rain driving. Easy access, great hookups and showers. That is why we love KOA dependability!!

We stayed overnight on way back to Kansas and found this KOA to very nice. Our site was level, lots of shady trees and even though close to highway was tucked in amongst wooded area. The sites were adequately spaced apart and had picnic table and fire rings at each one.

While we were ok with our site for a one night the campground seemed very unkept. There were several long term trailers there with overgrown grass, moldy tops and junk around them. Couldn’t find the dog park area.

Registration was very easy and helpful. The campground appearance was not what it could or should be because of the storage of RVs and several long term campers areas were very unkept.

This is a small KOA but it’s quiet and there are a lot of things to do around the area. The owners are great and fun people to interact with and really enjoy talking to them when they come around in the Gator.

We just called ahead for a drive through for the night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice park and pull through lot. Bathrooms were clean. We would stop again.

The campground was very nice. Site was gravel, fairly level. Sites were pretty close together, but wasn’t too crowded so that was nice. The hosts were great. The internet wasn’t working the first night, but the next morning I stopped in the office to ask about it, she said sometimes they need to reboot the router, and then it was fine. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overnight stay pull thru 30 ft. Nice site got a little muddy at site but anticipated ran and parked to one side so steps on some rock. Great pool well cared for park. Would stay again.

The laundry closed too early and opened too late to be useful and laundry was one of the primary reasons we chose this KOA. The shower changing areas were comically small. The chair took up the whole area so there wasn't enough room to stand to change. We did like the power/water tent camping area. The person in the office was helpful and very nice. The location is really nice and convenient.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You arrived on a Sunday and the laundry hours were 10am until 8pm. as far as the seat/bench in the shower, most people use it to set their stuff on, but if it was in your way you could have easily set it inside the shower stall area and had the entire space to use for changing :)

One night stay, easy in and out, but the sites are a little tight. If we had a bigger RV I think we would be limited on where we could stay. it was quiet, well taken care of and provided everything we needed.

Booked a pull through but not long enough had to unhook No cable and to many trees (that needed trimmed) to use satellite Dog poop on our site No grass to speak of just mud

You booked the very last full hookup site we had left on the campground. that was the only site left when you booked same day arrival on a Saturday.

This KOA Journey is just as advertised: A pleasant park, convenient to the interstate. Lots of large RVs and a few tent sites. I travel with a tent and appreciated the shady, well maintained site. The showers were clean and there was never a line to get in. There was a fenced in doggie play area that my pup enjoyed. Friendly staff and friendly campers!

Very quiet. Peaceful even though it was pretty full capacity weekend. Nice sites narrow but angled so as not to be on top of your neighbor, reservation & check in were seamless

Friendly staff. Sites are small - we couldn't fit our 30' trailer and honor their request not to have our Ford 150's tires on the grass. This was the first KOA where we had to use our extra dump tube to reach the dump hole. Large wooded field behind the site that our dog loved running in.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The site you were on the sewer is located in the rear of the site, BUT we have lots of sites with DUAL sewer dumps front and rear drops, so next time just ask for a dual sewer site and we can get you in one of those :)

Good campsite for short stays with RVs however some sites are sunken or super muddy. If it rains good luck moving your RV.

I've never stayed here but I delivered pizza here a lot. Whoever runs this place is great, always helpful and kind. I want to buy an RV just to have a reason to stay here

Rough around the edges. Pros: Good strong internet. Easy hook-ups, convenient location, animal friendly, unique, and grounds are decently maintained. Staff is kind. Cons: Staff is kind, but some are little gruff. Dogs barking is loud and continuous. A little tight pulling through. Road noise is louder. I would stay again for a night or two, unlikely for a long-term stay. It has a super cute family owned feel.
