Crawfordsville KOA should be renamed Awfulville. The RV sites were badly maintained with old dry leaves & twigs all over the place. Nobody at KOA bothered themselves to make the place look nice. Our site had an empty beer can in the fore ring, and the RV parked in an adjacent spot had at least 20 empty beer cans thrown under his picnic table, lying out in the open. Please revoke their KOA franchis

You were here on Sunday the 17th of November, the guy across from you did have a campfire on Sunday evening as he purchased firewood. And I did see the beer cans all contained underneath his picnic table Sunday evening and Monday morning. he picked everything up on Monday when he got up.

Upon check in you are greeted by a very friendly and nice lady and she takes care of you promptly and efficiently. Very comfortable campground. The only drawback we have is the traffic is easily heard, and we could hear sirens all night. We realize the campground cannot control the noise, just a FYI. Other than that, very nice, close to several good restaurants.

Office was closed when I arrived, but my check in paperwork was in a box at the night registration desk. The campground was decorated with fall and Halloween decorations and was very attractive. My site was level, but a few of the sites it would be difficult for a big rig to level.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked if we needed firewood and delivered it to our site, Awesome. Bathrooms were clean always a plus. Will return again to go to covered bridge festival.

We came for our 37 anniversary and to go to the Covered Bridge Festival. Campground was well taken care of. Very quiet. Sites are close together, but it didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable.

This is the third time we’ve been there for the covered bridge fest, campground is always clean and quiet. I’m sure we will be back.

Campground appeared unkept. Pool was full of leaves. Tables and chairs scattered around unorganized. There was one old, old small c class camper that was dirty and falling down. Lots of garbage bags old dying plants and junk outside. It appeared the only visible sign of anything or anyone was and live cat that sat on the dash. Would never stay there again or recommend.

well you were here mid October, and the pool was closed for the season, so leaves in it? probably so :) and the tables and chairs are getting cleaned and put up into the shed for the season, again the pool was closed for the season.

We were there from wednesday -sunday. Very clean and quiet! Loved all of decorations!! Jamie is awesome and answered any questions even at 8:30pm thank you!!

It was fine. Facilities are small and sites are tight. Felt like a parking lot. The woman checking us in (the only interaction we had) provided minimal interaction---seemed somewhat annoyed. No reminder of location of bathrooms, check out time, where to put garbage, etc. We camp a lot; often in this area. I don't think we'll be back.

Oh I am so sorry, it was a very busy Saturday, and everything is on the site map. I am sorry I did not go over the map with you, but wifi code, bathrooms location, what to do with trash, all that is on the site map, I didn't think to go over all that with you. :)

2 nights. Beautiful campground. Not much traffic noise. Tight spots but great for a stopover. Gave us a 10% discount for AAA.

Good KOA. Enjoyed our stay. Only reason I didn't rate 5 star is several sites need leveled. Our 43' 5th wheel had to raise the tires on the left side off the ground 4 inches before leveled.

The check in lady was very nice. We had plans at another campground but they had to cancel because they had no water or electricity from the storm. So this koa was very nice of them to have a full hookup site for us just for one night. The place is very well taken care of. Loved seeing the cats and dog when we checked in.

Great location, you travel about a quarter mile off the main road which makes it a quiet, peaceful campground, making it feel like you are miles from anything but there you are like a hidden oasis. We were a late arrival but our reservation was completed and an intuitive map guided us to our site after dark. We did not get a chance to try it but the pool looked clean!
