Roads were bad. Sign at door said do not drink the water.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you had read the actual sign it is a brand new out of the box metal sign that we got to replace the sign at the dump station. The sign Clearly states dump station rules on the sign itself.

Very nice spacious camp spots in a woodsy environment. I was given my choice of a couple spots, which was nice. Space was level and long so I could keep my fifthwheel connected. Very nice place, I will keep it in mind when traveling through the area.

This KOA seems to be following a trend we are seeing at KOA's. Fading away and not being kept up. As usual, the sites were very close together. Our site was not very level so had to unhook our Toad and pull it in front of our rig. Inconvenient since we paid for a pull-through so we wouldn't have to do that. A

Utilities worked fine, sites mostly level. A little tight with a lot of trees. They're doing a lot of landscaping and it's coming along beautiful. Nice quiet park.

I recently had a 5 day stay at the Crawfordsville KOA and will of course be returning. the staff was helpful and friendly and accommodating. The grounds are looking great and several improvements have been made since my last stay 2022. A negative was the pool,It needs some patching and it was extremely slippery on the bottom..sometimes hard to get traction when going to the ladders.

Challenging to get the trailer even on the site, very glad we didn’t plan to unhook from the truck! Otherwise it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. I would come back just for the people!!

Easy pull through, good parking for 26’ uhaul. Gardens need work, bathroom was dirty in the am. Pool was good.

I messed up in my reservation. They got me the length site I needed. They moved me to a pull through when one became available. We were 2 hours late checking out and they never said a word. Staff was kind, professional, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this campground

The owner was so sweet and welcoming! I did have to call the cops Sunday morning around 830-9 because a man in a red SUV with a large white Huxley was screaming profanities as his wife and throwing his camping gear in the dumpster. I was worried for the dog and woman’s safety.

Campsites very close together and laundry only open when store is open - tried to do laundry at 10 am and door was locked - it is close to town and staff were friendly

It was nice quiet area only thing is they need to keep the grass mowed shorter.. I see where they were in the process of putting down new mulch which really looked nice and the little store was great. Nice for an overnight stop.

The host is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. We loved the furry welcome from the six kittens, Mama Cat and Romeo the dog! Very pet friendly. We wished the cabin had a fridge.

Arrived late and left early. No site complaints at all, easy in and out. Staff was very friendly and available. Cable at our site was cut at the riser, not sure if we were supposed to have cable or not but we were only there a short time so no big deal.

Love all the trees and the birds and nature sounds almost hide any road noise.

Good campsite for short stays with RVs however some sites are sunken or super muddy. If it rains good luck moving your RV.

I've never stayed here but I delivered pizza here a lot. Whoever runs this place is great, always helpful and kind. I want to buy an RV just to have a reason to stay here

Rough around the edges. Pros: Good strong internet. Easy hook-ups, convenient location, animal friendly, unique, and grounds are decently maintained. Staff is kind. Cons: Staff is kind, but some are little gruff. Dogs barking is loud and continuous. A little tight pulling through. Road noise is louder. I would stay again for a night or two, unlikely for a long-term stay. It has a super cute family owned feel.
