Very nice campground. Needs some updating but the mature trees are beautiful. Appears the owner is making updates. Road noise from Hwy 231 is rather loud. Good Starlink connection if you're in sites 1-10 but Verizon 5G service is pretty good too. Jamie and Cowboy were very helpful and accommodating. A little expensive for the condition but we would stay there again if in the area.

As usual for KOA, the spaces are close together and hard to make the turns. Larger rigs beware.

We stayed for a quick overnight on our way back home. While the campground appeared to be a little old, the sites were good, and all the services worked well. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

I was disappointed that dump station was not completely operational. The black tank flushing hose was missing the connector. It was cut off. Had to go to another dump station to complete cleaning tank. For $60 you would expect this to be operational and I did not have a dump at my site.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

all you had to do was ask the office :) the hose on the hanging pole is for rinsing, theres another hookup there for a fresh water hose and to hook up to fill up with water

Bathrooms are run down and dirty. Pool was dirty. Camp office looks like a hoarder lives in it. Things stuffed everywhere. Sites are not level or maintained. Run down campers throughout the campground. We should have left the second we got there. The whole place looks like a trailer park. Will never return or use a KOA again.

Generally an ok place. Bathrooms not as clean as others. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use. The gnats were Horrible. The park was quiet and beautifully wooded. Just seems like the good lots are reserved for the “bigger rigs”. There were a couple of campers across the road from us that seemed sketchy.

It was very hot while we were there so we weren't outside the camper much. The pool was gorgeous! Everyone was friendly!

Only stayed one night but it was very nice. Lots of trees. Fast, friendly checking. Roads are a little tight but doable. Would stay again.

Staff was amazing. Returned my text promptly and when we arrived they were very helpful with site directions and let the kids in the pool even though there was only 10 minutes left.

Upon arriving, we were informed that our site was no longer available due to the Watermain break. The management was more than accommodating to help us get to another site or even a competitive campground in order to make our stay in Crawfordsville, the best it could be. We ended up staying with them and received a partial credit because of the inconvenience. These people are top-notch.

We look forward to stopping at Crawfordsville KOA twice a year as we travel back and forth between Summer in Michigan and Winter in Arizona. Staff is always welcoming. Grounds are well-maintained. Spaces are nice.

One night, they were very accommodating. It had nice shower facilities and a very family friendly atmosphere. I would return again and pass it along to friends as a thumbs up.

small but very nice place to stop for the night. They let us pick our spot which was nice, spaces were shaded very well and didn't notice any noise. Will definitely stay again on one of our many "out west" trips.

The shower house was clean, the swimming pool was wonderful on a hot summers day. There were even flotation devices for the campers to use. The flowers were a beautiful added touch. We've stayed here before and will return.

This is a quiet campground nestled in a mini-forest. The host is a sweet lady who is very accommodating and thoughtful.

Staff was friendly but the office/store was not very organized. The campground itself had many old rundown campers that are an eyesore. OK for a quick one night stay but we probably will not be back.

Camp ground is clean and appears well maintained. Nice level spots with grass. Only downside was office /store/ laundry hours 10-8 was not convenient for an overnighter passing though.

The check in lady was very nice. We had plans at another campground but they had to cancel because they had no water or electricity from the storm. So this koa was very nice of them to have a full hookup site for us just for one night. The place is very well taken care of. Loved seeing the cats and dog when we checked in.

Great location, you travel about a quarter mile off the main road which makes it a quiet, peaceful campground, making it feel like you are miles from anything but there you are like a hidden oasis. We were a late arrival but our reservation was completed and an intuitive map guided us to our site after dark. We did not get a chance to try it but the pool looked clean!
