Very run down scary campground. I thought all KOA campgrounds had to meet certain standards but I guess not!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I get so many 10's on reviews and then theres this haha. Scary?? Your 2 sites you all were so nice in person this weekend when you were here. You could have addressed any issues to us in person, but nope, waited for the keyboard :)

This is a nice little campground with very nice people working here. And it’s a busy place! Site was pretty level and water pressure was excellent. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. We would stay again when in the area.

Very nice place. Grounds area well kept and good layout for sites. Stayed 1-night on journey home. Good location near highway and town. Relatively quiet. Restroom and showers clean and working. Stored junk-clutter area and old-stored campers rigs could be cleared to improve setting.

Beautiful campground and great hosts! They do a wonderful job of maintaining the grounds. We used the dog park a lot. It was well mowed and lots of space for dogs to run. There is a beautiful open field that is fun to enjoy. Each space is quaint and offers lots of shade. Thank you for a great stay.

We just stopped for one night on our way home. Campground was very clean. Easy in easy out. Hookups were very easy to hook to. Gravel sites they are fairly level. Just about all sites were well shaded.

Stay was ok except the office doesn’t open until 10 am, seems real late. Especially since you have to go thru the office to get to the laundry room. Direct entrance to laundry room was closed off for some reason and it didn’t seem like anything was being done about it. Pool was great but the pool area needed to be cleaned better on a daily bases. Tables in the pool area were extremely dirty.

Hello We are open 10am to 8pm weekdays (altho normally here later) and on weekends 9am to 9-10pm :) and yes there are signs that entry to Laundry Room is thru the front office door. :)

Loved it! Great staff, great campsite. A small ding on bathrooms not air conditioned, and poorly lit, could use a facelift.

We were only there for 1 night but the campsite was level, nicely spaced and quiet after dark. Hosts were very nice! Thank you!

We originally booked a kamping kabin but they were full so the owners allowed us to rent the camper for the same price as the kabin. So that was awesome! We loved the pool. The plants throughout the park were beautiful! Loved that check out was at 1pm VS the 11am in most places! Thank you will be back! Won't let me 5 ����‍���

Convenient location. Level gravel spots with full HU. Narrow roads and several bushes that need trimming.

This KOA is well kept, very clean, mowing was done prior to our arrival. Laundry room was clean. They had rules & I like that. People were very friendly. We had a pull-thru FHU site. We only overnighted, but we would definitely come back & recommend this campground.

The cabin experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.the cabin was clean, the mattresses was comfortable. The campground was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean.

Super clean campground with helpful & friendly staff. Loved that the spots were not right on top of each other! Easy check in and check out process- you just leave and your receipt is emailed to you. Lots of mature trees that provide nice shady areas. Definitely recommend this KOA!

Entry is a bit difficult due to construction and dip in the roadway at entry. Park is clean, visually appealing, but a bit crowded. Some sites have slopes that make leveling a big rig difficult. Convenient to I74 for overnight stops. Shopping nearby.

Good stop off on a long 1000 mile run, convenient and easy to pitch at night due to flat pitches. Pitches pretty close together so not much privacy.

Love this KOA . Our campsite was level ,and under the most beautiful shade trees . Easy to get to from the highway , and a gas station close by.

Extremely clean bathrooms! This was a late arrival, out the next morning as we traveled east. Would definitely come again.

Spaces are pretty tight with all the trees. Lots of low hanging branches. It was ok for overnight, but would not stay here again.

Nice park. My only recommendation is that staff look at tree limb hanging over roadways and protruding into the roadways from the sides. If you advertise Big Rig friendly you have to keep those interior road heights at least 14 feet clearance and at least 9 feet wide.

stayed over night two different times within a week. Sites were pretty level. Hos was wonderful. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Showers need upgrade. Water pressure was light.

Beautiful location with lots of trees and shade. Our site was somewhat muddy, but not entirely unexpected since it had rained earlier in the day before our arrival. Friendly staff! We couldn't ask for more!

The check in lady was very nice. We had plans at another campground but they had to cancel because they had no water or electricity from the storm. So this koa was very nice of them to have a full hookup site for us just for one night. The place is very well taken care of. Loved seeing the cats and dog when we checked in.

Great location, you travel about a quarter mile off the main road which makes it a quiet, peaceful campground, making it feel like you are miles from anything but there you are like a hidden oasis. We were a late arrival but our reservation was completed and an intuitive map guided us to our site after dark. We did not get a chance to try it but the pool looked clean!
