Best managed RV park that we have stayed in in the last 40 years of camping. Richard went above and beyond to help us when our tow vehicle broke down.

It’s a little hard to find but this is a really nice campground. It’s new so the trees are still growing but there are play areas for the kids and a nice walking area for the dogs. You have access to the nice pool and restaurants at the resort, so it makes for a very nice stay.

Very clean bathrooms and we'll maintained property. Friendly & helpful staff. Not a lot of shade, but I understand it's a relatively new campground with young trees

Nice sites, close to the city so easy access. Bathrooms are spotless, did not use any other amenities this trip, but did walk by pool. While the pool looked great, there is NO shade anywhere and I saw no umbrellas either.

This was a great campground. One request. Please let people know on your map and directions about "The Dirt Road" (Ranch/Mission Road) Don't follow your Google map directions. Again the staff and grounds were awesome. Very pet friendly Rich was wonderful Cody could not have been nicer. Chris was great and helpful. Laundry was excellent.

The only redeeming factor about this camp, in our opinion (we are KOA members and have experienced KOA across the US), is the location. It is just 10-15 from Cranbrook and a variety of lakes, parks and trails. The camp access and throughways are filled with deep potholes. The water service turned off completely & without notice, too many people were using it, and KOA didn't care enough to respond.

Richard at the KOA was a very hard working man,our complaint is the 30 amp power we paid to have,no they had 2-15 amp breakers which any electrician will tell you is not the same as 1-30 amp breaker,we were told only 24-26amps available,so there were certain appliances we could not use while our air conditioner was on,never had any problems anywhere else we stayed with 30amp service,otherwise good

Our family and extended family just spent a week at St Eugene KOA. with different arrival days for everyone, the staff was able to keep our 3 campsites co-located. The kids had a blast in the game room and where at the pool almost everyday. The golf course was a lot of fun. We'll be back again.

This was our first trip to Canada and this KOA campground. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The employees were all so friendly and helpful, the campground was clean and welcoming and the amenities were spot on. We played golf at the course, which was stunningly beautiful, and did a little bit of gambling (we won a bit too!). We will definitely be back.

The kampground is maturing, though the trees are still somewhat small, so not much shade yet. Kamping spaces (distances to neighbours) is generous. Shower and restroom facilities are top notch!

Richard and his team are alway gracious hosts. They were able to accommodate us with a late check out on our last day which really helped out. One concern is the weed growth in the gravelled areas and roadway. Is there an issue with using a weed killer (Roundup?) ??

I brought 4 family members +me.2 disabled the campground is fantastically taken care of. Great size lot. Loved seeing security driving around felt very safe. From check to time to go great place

Incredible park. Sites well spaced out. Super clean, spacious bathrooms. Close proximity to town. Most efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered. We would rate it higher than 5 were it possible.

Richard and his guys are great. The washrooms and showers are always very clean along with everything else in the campground. We’ve stayed many times at this campground and hope to stay many more times over the coming years.

We had a great stay. We are new to camping ,so this is a great place ,as the staff they have are excellent & very nice. They fill you in on all the info about the r.v. Resort. This was our 3 rd stay & we will be back soon!

The cost per value did not match. We stayed over Canada Day Long Weekend and they did nothing to celebrate Canada Day, which was a real shame. Felt like we were staying in a huge parking lot with some grass, no privacy and most expensive campground to date.

I'd love to give a better service rating but the bathrooms were not cleaned from Thursday on our arrival day to Sunday night(which is right now) There's only a few campers here as they close for the winter on Tuesday but the showers, toilets, sinks and floors in the bathrooms just kept getting progressively more dirty. One even had bits of poopy tp on the floor. The view is gorgeous but seems to be a fairly new campground. No mature trees. Sites are very well maintained and spacious.

Fantastic KOA! Clean and spacious showers/toilets, friendly staff and great sites. It may look pretty open and not very private on maps, but the sites are large enough that you don't notice the neighbors. We didn't use the pool at the next door hotel but were offered the use of it included in the camp fee.
