Very nice camp. Large spaces, well maintained, level. And gorgeous views and the ST. Mary rivers was great too. Plenty of areas to walk your dogs.

Fabulous little spot. It’s fairly new as campgrounds go, only 7 years but those guys got it right. Great modern amenities, quiet and super helpful staff!

Richard and his team went way above and beyond for us. We had some cable issues and they were able to diagnose the problem. Great place to stay and we will stay there again.

The campground is spotless including the bathroom....one thing could be nice to add for the people staying in tents it's washing station for the dishes...

We requested a site close to the washrooms and that was arranged. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I liked the fact that we were not tied to the two day reservation if we wanted to leave a day early.

We have been there one night only. But we appreciate the first class washrooms, the welldone area- and the very nice guys behind the desk:-). Only one thing: more washrooms would be great.

Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff. Full individual bathrooms. Cons: Google Maps sends you down a poorly kept gravel road (Mission Rd?). Not KOAs fault but should make travellers aware of this possibility before hand.

Best showers I have had at a camp ground. Like a normal bathroom. Toilet, sink and shower. You don't get the floor all wet from the shower. You don't have to try and dress in a little room with the floor wet. Plenty of space at sights. Your not stepping out and your neighbor is one foot away. Great place to stay.

This is a fantastic KOA. So friendly!! The crew that operates this campground is AMAZING and obviously take great pride in their facility. Clean bathrooms/showers. Immaculate grass/grounds. And safe for kids to play from sun up to the late hours in the evening. Thanks for the memories!

First time staying here and we stayed for 3 nights in the tiny house. Campground staff were very friendly and welcoming at check-in. Campground is very well-maintained. The setting is very relaxing and it is very easy to drive to Kimberley or Cranbrook. We enjoyed going to the pool next door and the hot-tubs. The tiny house was very nice and worked out well for us. Hope to stay here again!

The campground and staff are wonderful. We particularly liked the privacy and cleanliness of the Shower rooms. It was nice to have all the services too. The only negative was how often the sprinklers were going off. We understand that it keeps the grass nice and green, but we did not like that it was often wet. Maybe they could be set to run less often.

At check in the gentleman was great even recognized me from previous stays. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the campground seems the weeds have taken over, it was so nice before . Otherwise stay was ok was a little taken back by waiver required to sign

I only stayed one night, but was very impressed with the camping facilities, helpful staff, and the amenities offered to guests via the St Eugene resort. As a visitor, I found the site's history truly interesting and educational...and appreciate how it has been preserved/redeveloped.

I liked my stay in St Eugene very much. Management bends over backwards to provide great service. Facilities like washrooms, laundry always tidy and clean. One of the best RV Resorts in Western Canada.

Right from the moment we arrived at the office the staff was awesome. The campground was beautiful and large and very clean. Will definitely stay there again. At Eugene is just pristine.Next time we will bring golf clubs. Casino was a bonus.

There was a prescribed burn being done in the adjoining area while we stayed. There were times when the air was dangerously smoky and others were it was just unpleasant. Not that it was their fault but I strongly believe that guests should have been forewarned about what to expect. Very poor planning.

I'd love to give a better service rating but the bathrooms were not cleaned from Thursday on our arrival day to Sunday night(which is right now) There's only a few campers here as they close for the winter on Tuesday but the showers, toilets, sinks and floors in the bathrooms just kept getting progressively more dirty. One even had bits of poopy tp on the floor. The view is gorgeous but seems to be a fairly new campground. No mature trees. Sites are very well maintained and spacious.

Fantastic KOA! Clean and spacious showers/toilets, friendly staff and great sites. It may look pretty open and not very private on maps, but the sites are large enough that you don't notice the neighbors. We didn't use the pool at the next door hotel but were offered the use of it included in the camp fee.
