Woodland Accommodations Open House
We know the community has been curious about whats up with our accommodations. We will have a glamping tent, studio cabin, 6 sleeper, and 8 sleeper cabin, open for you to explore.

M Event Centre Open House
The M Event Centre, located here at the campground, will be open for exploration too. It's a very versatile space for different kinds of events. We'll have a selection of drinks for the whole family at the bar on this special day.
Family Activities
Our campground activities will also be open to the community on this Saturday. Arts & crafts, foam party*, hand-dipped ice cream, wagon train ride and big wagon ride* are part of the timeline of fun.

This weekend has a 3-day minimum requirement. Longer stay, more fun!
All money raised goes to the SnyderSTRONG scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded to two (2) River View District seniors going into the medical profession.
A total of ten (10) samples is included with a ticket. Two (2) samples from five (5) Ohio breweries & wineries will be served.
There will also be live music and Real McCoy BBQ on site for purchase to enjoy with your drinks.

Sip on a little of your favorite wine & beer this summer amidst Ohio's most unique sunflower field. Guests who will be sippin' sunshine with us will get to sample Ohio wines & beer while getting one of the first peeks of the field for the 2024 Coshocton Sunflower Festival. See the field as it starts the transformation from green to flowery yellows and reds! (Note: The main festival weekend is happening on August 9 - 11, 2024.) You'll wander the pathways to tasting bars nestled amongst the flowers. Afterwards, grab a bite to eat at our food truck, sit back and enjoy wine & beer from the cash bar. Some people enjoy the festive vibe of the Coshocton Sunflower Festival during the weekends and some truly enjoy the field during quiet moments on the weekdays. Experience the Joy of Living Sunshine! This is the main festival weekend - the peak bloom window that we've all been waiting for! Wagon ride takes you to the field where you'll experience over 50 varieties of sunflowers, live music, food trucks, a wine & beer garden, & craft vendors. Note: Flowers of most varieties are in peak bloom in this time period (growing condition permitting). No extra fee for campers. Admission is included when you camp with us! Not camping? Everyone is welcome to this event! Tickets will be available for purchase. The event is an outdoor event and therefore held weather permitting.

This is the final day of experiencing the sunflower field and the only time in the season when the zinnia patches are open for picking. A wagon ride will take you to the sunflower field for sunflower picking and to the festival area where you can enjoy live music, food trucks, & craft vendors.No extra fee for campers.
