We stayed for a month and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The sites are very roomy and level. The bathrooms and laundry room are clean. The entire staff are outstanding, they always are ready to help in any way.

Due to circumstances beyond our control,between a flat tire on the R.V.,and weather conditions-we needed to stay an extra night at this park.We were treated like family by everyone in the park,and a special thank you to Matthew, who helped us out immensely. Great Park, awesome clientele , and great owners. Thanks again

We were lucky to get a site for the night without a reservation on a holiday weekend.

The site we were on was very unlevel and we didn't have any cable TV

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm sorry but I believe you have mistaken this for another campground. Site #52 is the most level water power site here and the cable works just fine. No one has ever made the statement that it was not level. Actually they request this site for water/power because it's so level.

The campground wss clean, well kept with outstanding staff..We had trouble with the cable tv connectivity and the staff worked hard to resolve it snd Jerry rigged a connection to make it work!!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Cable wasn’t working at our site but they brought us cable from another site without us asking

The campground managers were awesome. Bob, Betty, and their assistant Zeus were very helpful and nice to us. Bob kept up with our firewood on his own and Betty helped me in the office. Zeus took care of me with tail wags. The campground was clean and well kept.

The campground was Great! Big rig friendly, spacious sites. Everything you need for overnight or longer stay. Propane fill , firewood delivered, guided in.

The bathroom and the campground were very clean. I was checking in after hours and my information as to where my site was easy to find.

A campground I use twice a year between PA and FL. I extend my stay as well. All sites appear to be level. Bob, the black tank chemical you wanted me to try is working great. Will see you in December.

Pool was disgusting looking. Campground is at a run down exit with nothing around. Was on a decent concrete pad, but was next to bath house and smelled like sewer. Would not stay here again!!

We always try to stay at Cordele on our way home to Canada from Florida, nice sites, excellent campers service, especially showing us to our site. Well maintained property. Highly recommend will be back hopefully next March

The site #59 we stayed at has a bad 30amp breaker.

Thanks for letting us know about it. That site usually has 50 amp units on it. I've checked it out and are going to replace the breaker, receptacle, and lead wires to both. Thanks again.

Worst KOA I've stayed in and I've been in many across the entire U.S. Ineffecient check in process was our first impression. Location is convenient if you are traveling.

Hosts extremely friendly and helpful. Quick off and on Interstate 75, 90+ foot level pull-through for our big rig. Highly recommended.

KOA Journey. The staff were friendly and nice. We were told when we checked in that the water to the campground was currently off due to a leak, it would probably be up and running in an hour. No problem for us as we travel with water in our fresh tank and carry several gallons with us. The issue is lack of communication. We left the next morning not knowing if it ever came on. No Communication

This is Bob @ KOA Cordele. I'm sorry you did not get told as to when the water came back on. Things did not go as planed and water was not restored until 11:15 pm. I did not want to call or message anyone that late at night. Again I'm sorry & that goes for all of our campers on the day of the 11th.

Always an easy in/out experience. They are continually working on the grounds cleaning up 'stuff' and checking to make sure everything is working at the site. What a breath of fresh air compared to many. Thanks, Bob, for being there to take care of things!

My grandkids and I have been here several times for last 21/2 years. My grandkids love it! It's 30-40 minutes from many festivals, the Perry Fairgrounds, Veterans State Park, and the Agrirama Park in Tifton. It's small, well maintained, and Bob & the staff are always helpful & friendly. Pool is open May thru September. As to gnats & mosquitoes, this is Central GA, even state parks have problems, I keep spray & candles in the car.
