I thought I had made reservations, but I had not. It was no problem, they got me all registered and I had a lovely pull through. Nice laundry area where we were able to do three loads at once. They had 4 washing machines and dryers. The staff were so nice and accommodating. A great end to my day of traveling.

The people were very friendly but the camp needs some serious upgrading. No grass at our campsite and the site was infested with hundreds of ant hills Just our site had that many. The area needs to be treated for flying insects. The gnats were really bad (you could sit outside.

Manager is very friendly and helpful. Nice campground to do a 1 night stay on way to FL. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and grocery.

This KOA is conveniently located just off of interstate 75. it has plenty of shade trees. It has a nice pool. We’ve stayed here a few times when traveling north.

Front office people were friendly and welcoming. 10 of 10 for the staff. The park infrastructure is old and crumbling, however, there were drain fly larva wriggling in the urinals and a faint odor of sewer throughout the grounds. The water spigots leaked and dripped. Infrastructure needs some serious updates

Staff on hand at check-in was welcoming. Unfortunately the site provided very low water pressure and did not have sewer connection. We would consider this location just one step above the location in Newport TN when we stopped at it a handful of years ago which was not desirable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm sorry you did not like this location. You made the reservation online yourself for an electric/water site not a full hookup. (When checking in you did not have a problem with this). pressure here is 42-58 psi well settings. Maybe 4" of rain that afternoon/evening made your stay unpleasant.

This location is close to 75. Shopping is close by, just a few miles away. Lots of restaurants. The staff are super- friendly. The pull through sites are clean and easy to access and exit.

Entered special request for long pull through including accurate lengths, along with phone number in case of an issue. They put us in a very short lot with a steep hill and curve that drug and bent our electric trailer jack. The rig was very unlevel causing many issues. Will not return, will not recommend because the customer service was awful regarding this reservation. We felt harassed.

Review for another park? From the office you made one left and one lazy right turn into a ninety-five(95)foot site. You called me @ 7:30pm because you thought it was a road.(Called in AM for late checkout).3" drop @ 95ft. We have park problems but staff is always nice. You were not harassed.

Loved this campground! Small, quiet, and the hosts were great! Very nice and accomodating! Stayed there on the way to Florida and again on our way back to Tennessee!

We were in the overflow lot. We had no sewer. Our site was covered with ground worms that made piles all over of dirt. A little disturbing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a pull thru site so we did not have to unhook our fifth wheel.

we had planned for 1 night, but plans change, the staff was able to accommodate us with an additional 2 nights. a very friendly and hard-working staff. the campground was clean and updated.

Good WiFi, good location for us when traveling to Florida. Nice people behind the desk. Just needs a good bug spraying company to keep the bugs down. Could not really enjoy the outside because of them.

This park needs some attention. The grounds were not well maintained and they have full timers there that need to clean up their sites. Never understood how a KOA let's full time/seasonal sites look like eye sores. It really takes away from the experience. The store here had very little to offer for sale as the shelves were bare. My site was level, which was nice. Won't stay here again.

Been a member I believe for 5 years now. Stayed at Cordele Koa at 65 a night ad says cable TV which they don't have especially at this price!!! I love camping at KOA but I believe I should get a refund!!! They need to change there ad!!!!

Very easy to navigate near and around the KOA. Bib and his wife were very accomodating. We were able to move our site as we wanted to be in more shade. No push back. We had an issue with one of our slides not popping out, walked down to the office to get a number for a tech to come out. Bob asked to take a look first and pinpointed the issue right away. The fuse was blown and all it took was a 30amp fuse and we were back in business. We really appreciated Bob for helping us out and learned something along the way.
