Sewer system was backed up couldn't dump.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry I was not informed of this and after asking employees they stated they were not informed either. i worked on it yesterday after checking sites during departure inspections before new arrivals. You will see a refund coming back to you. I wish you would have called me when you noticed it. Bob

Super friendly staff ! Very accommodating considering that I made the mistake when I made the reservation on line. I booked a site based on it saying "large drive through sites", I just assumed they were full hook up....my mistake ! We needed sewer as this was our last stop on the way home and they moved us to the perfect site. We will be stopping here again when heading home on I-75.

Service manager/owner were so nice and had campers spaced out since it wasn’t real busy that night we stayed. Everything very clean. Great stop for overnight and easy in and out.

Sites are clean and spacious. Staff is extremely helpful. They helped me solve a problem I was having with my camper. Pool and bathrooms were clean. I stop there when I leave Florida and on my way home back to Florida. I recommend this KOA campground.

Nice big rig spot, large shady trees, full hookups. Had a nice pool and play areas for kids. Not crowded this time of year. Stayed one night.

Everything was wonderful. We were late checking in .manager was there waiting for us to bring us t o our camp site. Even assisted in my set up. Rest rooms very clean. In speaking to the manager and his wife the next morning they gave me the very interesting history of the campgrounds. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

We needed a quick one night stay passing through. Camp was easy to access, check in was easy, site was shaded by beautiful trees, Bob was friendly and welcoming. Pool looked lovely, restrooms were clean and spacious, and there was even a community kitchen.

The facility is very rundown and outdated compared to other KOA‘s we have stayed in across the country. Bob, the manager, was very pleasant and efficient taking our reservation and getting us in and out easily.

We were just there for an overnight, but Bob the owner was very accommodating, and put us in a better site because it was open. We enjoyed the pool, as it was a very hot day!

Super nice gentleman that checked us in and brought us to our site. Very thorough with information. I didn't use the facilities but the park looked clean, the lots are spacious and boy was it quiet! If ever passing through give them a try, keep good people in business! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We came in late, still greeted by Bob. He was super friendly and helpful. The pool was super clean and absolutely refreshing. This KOA reminded us of a cross between a state park and KOA, a perfect mix . We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Cordele KOA for the weekend because we were in town for a softball tournament. The grounds were kept nicely and Bob, the manager was very helpful. We would stay here in the future.

Quick overnight - so not much to rate. One clear downside was that all the garbage cans were overflowing. No real place to leave our garbage bag before we left. We just tied it up and left it on the picnic table. We left before the office opens at 10am. We did receive our receipt in the email promptly which was nice service.

Very quick and friendly service, gave us a nice long pull thru site so we didn’t have to unhook tow. They have DeConna ice cream for sale in the store, best ice cream made in Reddick, FL!

Uneventful. Park is in disrepair. Ant hills everywhere so beware. dirt pads, People are very nice but they are having to resort to allowing more permanant residents.

First time in the USA and first campsite we visited during our 2 week RV tour. Very friendly welcome from Bob and his wife (sorry her name has escaped me) giving us some good advice and a little local info, slice of local history and even some local ozzie spray. A lovely peaceful nights rest then onto the next site. A great welcome to the USA. Cheers Bob and Mrs Bob, many thanks Mark and Marie UK

Arrived to no water and was out for over 14 hours. Manager reimbursed $30, which was most appreciated. Dog park and dog waste disposals were completely full. Won’t stop here again.

Campground access is 1/10th of a mile off I-75. An older KOA , well kept up. Gravel sites with some trees. Super clean bathrooms and toilet facilities. Very helpful staff. No cable but plenty of local antenna stations. Very economical rates. We stayed one night and would use as a stopover again.

My wife and I had a wonderful day. Melanie at the camp store was so nice and helpful and patient. People like her make the KOA special place. I recommend this KOA to friends and family all the time.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, tiene muchos árboles con mucha sombra, hay duchas y baños afuera. Hay una estación para cargar balones de gas licuado. Tiene cuarto de lavadoras dentro de la oficina en general muy tranquilo y tienen servicio de recogida de la basura para las motorhome y las R V.

Excellent campground. Spacious sites. Pull thru was very long. Office staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Trash pickup throughout the day. Lots of shade. Close to I-75, but very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
