We stopped at your KOA for just a one night stay on May 29. We were on our way home from a cross country trip and had the worst stay of this trip at this koa. Unapologetic neighbors after tossing frisbee against our truck. Just a really bad vibe from this koa. We are rewards members at koa and are very dissatisfied with this stay. We will not be returning here, ever.

I liked how we got several text to let us know what was going on. I also like the text stating that parents watch their kids riding their bikes and also kids going through other people’s campsites.

Came for the holiday to ride on the trails. Very close to the bicycle trails and easy access to restaurants and other amenities.

Our site became flooded due to the rain and was a complete mess after one day. I felt that our site collected most of the rain runoff from the site on either side as well as the sites above us. By the second day it was difficult getting in and out of our camper. The park claimed to be kid friendly but we received numerous text from staff with complaints on the kids starting with our first day ther

Clean campground and staff regularly drives thru to keep things safe. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t adhere to the same rules they put on all campers. We finally had a rain free evening to enjoy a campfire with family, the campground had an event, they had 3 DJ’s playing music from 7pm to 10pm at the pavilion. The music was unnecessarily loud. Didn’t respond to our request. We won’t stay

Had a very nice time at the camp grounds. The grounds crew were very attentive and made sure the grounds looked great. Lots of dogs in the camp grounds which kept our dogs engaged while out for walks. Too bad the pool wasn't ready to be opened but that is the way it goes! All in all, A very good time was had and we will do it again.

Nice sites spaced out and long enough to accommodate our camper and truck. Friendly staff in the office. Although we did not use any of the amenities the pool looked nice along with the playgrounds near by.

Wonderful site, neat and clean sites and facilities. We had a medical crisis and had to leave one day early and the management refunded our one day site fee without our requesting a refund. We stay here once a year because it is so nice.

For a KOA being rated as a Holiday comes up short. The check in area is a joke. Pulling large campers and Class A’s is dangerously going a hill and turning 90 degrees and going down a hill. Accident waiting to happen. The guide attendant is a joke. Points out your site and drives off. Doesn’t get out of the golf cart to help guide you in. That would be too much trouble for him. Place needs

The stay was up to our expectations. We stay at this KOA a lot as it’s our gateway to the southern states. We stop one night there, get the camper prepped for the rest of the trip. For us it is the most northern KOA that is open all year and easy get to. This trip we spent a week there, got to explore Lebanon, and attend the Dayton Hamvention. Staff is courteous and very helpful.

I hate to write a great review because I'd like to keep this gem of a campground private. My only complaint is the availability of a spot definitely depends on the season. This campground is always my 1st choice.

Thank you for finally leveling at least some of the older sites. This was the first time since 2018 that we didn't need any cribbing to level our RV.

We just stayed one night the park was clean, the staff was helpful and very accomidating, the store looked well stocked, but the trees in the roadway need to be trimmed back they are overhanging in a lot of areas

Great stay, with possible of TV service. Never got it to work. Shower/bathrooms were excellent. Picnic table and a concrete slab next to our trailer were very convenient. Assistance in backing in and setting up were appreciated.

Great stay! Plenty of room between sites, campground was clean, shower house was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! All of the staff interactions was fantastic, very personable and friendly.

It is always great time there. Been going to the Lebanon KOA since 2020. At minimum twice a year. Everyone is nice and helpful. We recommend this KOA all the time.

Campground was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bath house and laundry facility were exceptionally clean. We camped in a super site with a gas grill and fire pit, which was a wonderful addition. There were lots of activities for kids to enjoy. Great campground!

We love this campground. All the staff is AMAZING! The bathhouses and laundry room stay clean with their dedicated housekeeping staff and the weekend activities keep the kids busy and we love soaking the kids on the wagon ride. The office staff is top notch, they are always making sure your stay is going well and want to know if there is anything they can do to help. Onsite propane refills are perfect if you forget to fill up before getting and end of site trash pickup throughout the day during the busy is wonderful. This is one of the several "homes away from home" campgrounds that we have. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the people.

Very friendly staff. We had a great RV site with trees. The staff went above and beyond by mailing us an item from their store which we didn't purchase during our visit due to our busy schedule. They sent the item before advising us of the cost............a rare example of trust! Everything about this KOA, including the town, is top shelf.

Nice KOA campground with friendly staff. Sites are pretty close together but there are full hooks ups and 50 amp service. Roads and sites are gravel which makes for a dusty area.
