We had a premium site booked for 7 nights but the weather did not cooperate. We asked and were granted the opportunity to move to a site with some shade. The associates were very helpful and gave us several options to choose from. We opted to take one of them which made our trip bearable, and we got a refund for the difference. We thank you for your assistance.

The air conditioning at our house went out on a friday night during the hottest week of the year. The HVAC company was scheduled to repair the system on Wednesday, we have young kids and didn't want to spend the weekend miserable. We called the lebanon KOA and they had one spot left, so we spent the weekend sitting by the pool staying cool. It was the best way to spend a weekend!

Very Clean. Quiet...lots of family fun. Pool was nice. Only 1 minus......cars exceed 5 mph and the dust proves it. Fed Ex deliverer was really in a hurry ��

Was here to visit family and was very comfortable staying at this KOA. Everyone there is very accommodating and welcoming.

Perfect place for a stop for a rest from driving home from Nashville. Great facilities and very well kept. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very nice. Ground’s & amenities were very clean. Beautiful campground. Staff was wonderful. Only negative for us was that it was a little too expensive for us to stay too often. Other campgrounds are a little less expensive but overall it is great. Loved it.

Great overnight stay. We had 35TT with F250 and stayed in a great pull thru and was long enough we didn’t have to unhook. Very nice people at check in and our escort to our site very nice guy. Looking forward to staying in the future longer. Park was very nice.

Knew I wanted to return here years ago and it did not disappoint. Beautifully kept grounds and the activities were so fun. The location was close to many area attractions all without feeling like you're in a city climate. Thanks for a great stay!

Well managed campground. Restrooms were excellent. Enjoyed the pool, playground, and jumping pads for the kids. So many fun activities. Roads could use a little work.

We tried to get in a day early, it was not possible. This seems to be an older campground. Grass needed mowed around the complex. Spaces were extra long (we had Pull through, Full hookup). We liked our space, but if we would of had another type, it would have been small and compact. Location is easy to get to many attractions.

Nice campground, but needs improvement at some sights that tend to wash during heavy rains. Also, one of the showers in the facility with laundromat was shaky as water pressure dropped during shower. Firewood was terrible. Overall though, nice place to camp.

We're local but haven't been here for three years. It's nice to see the campground is still very well maintained and the staff have remained very friendly. While the campground is a little smaller than other KOA holidays, it's a great option if you're looking for a non-resort campground in the area.

The Lebanon / Cincinnati NE KOA may be the most well kept campground we've ever stayed at. It's one of the reasons that we always book a stay there and we'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff great and the community of Lebanon very nice My only complaint was the site we where in #18 was a muddy mess , if we could been in a higher site it would been a better experience I do appreciate that the site was almost level only 1inch off side to side is amazing { good job } We do understand KOA can not control the weather / that camping !! We b Back

The campground was great and the staff was even better. We had several issues ( not related to the site) that they were helpful in helping us solve the issue. My girls went to buy ice cream and the lady just closed the shop. Instead of sending them on their way, she unlocked the door and made two young girls very happy.

Overall OK but overpriced as compared to KOA's similar to this one. The "upgraded" patio sites here are nice but for the money they aren't nearly as nice to others we've stayed in. Sites are gravel and more gravel is needed so there's mud around. Lots of weeds and not much grass. On a brighter note, the pool and pool area is kept very clean and the staff is attentive.

We love this campground. All the staff is AMAZING! The bathhouses and laundry room stay clean with their dedicated housekeeping staff and the weekend activities keep the kids busy and we love soaking the kids on the wagon ride. The office staff is top notch, they are always making sure your stay is going well and want to know if there is anything they can do to help. Onsite propane refills are perfect if you forget to fill up before getting and end of site trash pickup throughout the day during the busy is wonderful. This is one of the several "homes away from home" campgrounds that we have. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the people.

Very friendly staff. We had a great RV site with trees. The staff went above and beyond by mailing us an item from their store which we didn't purchase during our visit due to our busy schedule. They sent the item before advising us of the cost............a rare example of trust! Everything about this KOA, including the town, is top shelf.

Nice KOA campground with friendly staff. Sites are pretty close together but there are full hooks ups and 50 amp service. Roads and sites are gravel which makes for a dusty area.
