Whole stay overall went well when checking out we already had vacated the cabin. My Neice had an online class when has break at 11:30. We were waiting outside the cabin with all luggage in the car when a very rude women approached us. She was very rude saying “no you need to leave” and sped off throwing rocks everywhere. When going to the office the lady called my sister and mother a b**ches.

Loved the area of Lebanon, and it was very convenient for my commute to Sharonville. The cabin was nice and clean, and my boys enjoyed the pool. Only a couple small things. A few extra pillows and adding bathroom hand towels would be very helpful. Also keeping the camp store open longer would have been much appreciated.

The front staff were so friendly, and the grounds were breathtaking. Everything is taken care of so well, especially the bathhouses and pool. We loved it there!

Loved it. Not too crowded even with a full campground. Noise control at night was great. Bathrooms were clean and the amenities were on point. Great customer service in the camp store and throughout the activities.

We only stayed overnight. From about 9pm-11am. We had zero complaints. The showers and bathrooms were clean. The kids enjoyed some time at the playground and on the jump pad.

It was a great day other than the fact that the Wi-Fi did not work. That was the biggest bummer and our data got eaten up.

Great location. Lots to do and see in the area. Staff very friendly. Campground very clean. Only problem is swimming pool is way too small to accommodate all the campers when campground full of campers. Suggest putting in another pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Two week stay so got a real good look at how the campground operates and meet most employees. From the showers to lawn mowing at we're 5 stars. I took advantage of the package pickup in the office. It was Amazon Prime week so there were a lot of package. I was warmly greeted by various office staff. All were friendly. Will stay again.

The kindness, helpfulness, and the activities provided by the Staff at the Lebanon/Cincinatti NE KOA are above all expectations. They make everyone feel at home and comfortable. Their encouragement for everyone to get involved and have fun really shines through the smiles on people's faces as they enjoy themselves.

Very nice shower houses and pool was well maintained. We had an emergency at the end of our stay and were not able to leave on time. They worked with us to get through the issue and were not pushy or upset at all.

We were in the area of the campground (site 43) that was pretty tight. I would have preferred a bigger site but we took what was available when we made reservations. Our grandchildren had fun with the activities and pool. If we stay again, I would pick a different area of the campground.As a whole, the campground is well maintained, excellent restrooms, beautiful flowers and friendly staff.

We love this campground. All the staff is AMAZING! The bathhouses and laundry room stay clean with their dedicated housekeeping staff and the weekend activities keep the kids busy and we love soaking the kids on the wagon ride. The office staff is top notch, they are always making sure your stay is going well and want to know if there is anything they can do to help. Onsite propane refills are perfect if you forget to fill up before getting and end of site trash pickup throughout the day during the busy is wonderful. This is one of the several "homes away from home" campgrounds that we have. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the people.

Very friendly staff. We had a great RV site with trees. The staff went above and beyond by mailing us an item from their store which we didn't purchase during our visit due to our busy schedule. They sent the item before advising us of the cost............a rare example of trust! Everything about this KOA, including the town, is top shelf.

Nice KOA campground with friendly staff. Sites are pretty close together but there are full hooks ups and 50 amp service. Roads and sites are gravel which makes for a dusty area.
