The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sires are nice size with decent room between. Only negative was 3 out if the 5 washers were not working which was a problem. Signage regarding wash and dry times would be helpful.

Very friendly, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Staff is amazing and very personable. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. The bath houses are immaculate. Would highly recommend if you're simply passing through or looking for a quiet and welcoming community to integrate into. Anthony and Cee have been amazing and Cindy and Sydney go above and beyond.

We had a great time this past weekend. Everyone was very friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. Out of all the campgrounds that we have stayed at, the Lebanon KOA is my favorite.

Farther off the expressway and a bit tricky to get to (through town and entrance really sneaks up on you), if you want a quick overnight stay like we did. It was well-maintained with the exception of low tree branches that rubbed our motorhome. Premium sites were very nice (we were upgraded due to someone in ours. Friendly & helpful staff. Not sure if I would stay again or not for reasons stated.

we loved our stay. From check into to check out and everything in between was great. The sites are big and very clean. The bathrooms are the best i have ever seen. There are some sights that are better than others but if you do a little research you can find one that fits what you looking for, some are shady some are not. All and all one of the best ones we ever stayed at. We will be back.

Staff was friendly and left a visitor packet in the night registration box with all of the details needed for our short one night stay. Facilities were very clean. It was a good overnight visit.

People were pleasant, easy to get to. However the site we were on was not level at all! The front wheels of our 36 ft. class A were off the ground and the right side was so high that even with a helper step my wife couldn't reach the door handle to get back inside! We were on site 78.

We have stayed here a few times usually a night or two so we don't use the facilities, but the campground is clean and well maintained and the staff is polite and helpful. The only problem is the dust. Even at the slow speeds the dust is pretty bad. I hate going somewhere and leaving with a layer of dust on my clean vehicle. I would think the could use some dust control like the other koa' do.

We enjoyed our brief stay in your campground. We were able to connect with our grandson, which was the reason we were in the area. We will look for a site in the lower part next time. Your bathrooms are very nice.

The campgrounds are well-maintained. The employees are friendly and very helpful. My only negative is the tight space driving in to the campground and the check-in area. If you have a big rig, be very careful because it is tight coming in. The sites themselves are generous and Well maintain.

We enjoyed our stay but wished there was better signs outside of the KOA to direct us. The big KOA sign was obscured by trees , brush and tall grass. We totally bypassed the entrance and to turn around on a 69 ft.motorhome was super difficult and inconvenient. We also was surprised to find that this KOA was in a residential neighborhood and another reason we couldn't see it.

We had selected a specific site for one night on our way from TN to Upstate NY. Unfortunately the people staying the night before encountered issues with their vehicle and we were asked to move sites. Since we had to have a big rig site we were fine as long as we could pull in and not have to unhook our toad. We were given an upgraded beautiful site (509) and had a very enjoyable stay.

I can't begin to express my sincere gratitude for the way the staff at Lebanon KOA went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Our tow car had an issue and had to be towed to a dealership to be repaired. Each day we thought that the car would be ready and each day we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could in order to allow us to remain on one site.

We stayed on Site #54 and we enjoyed our site. We have a 44ft Fifth Wheel RV and the site was definitely long enough for the RV and Dually. The turn into the park is very tight. Also, the turn going around from check in is very tight. We definitely would stay again. We would just walk up to the check in building in hind sight.

We love this campground. All the staff is AMAZING! The bathhouses and laundry room stay clean with their dedicated housekeeping staff and the weekend activities keep the kids busy and we love soaking the kids on the wagon ride. The office staff is top notch, they are always making sure your stay is going well and want to know if there is anything they can do to help. Onsite propane refills are perfect if you forget to fill up before getting and end of site trash pickup throughout the day during the busy is wonderful. This is one of the several "homes away from home" campgrounds that we have. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the people.

Very friendly staff. We had a great RV site with trees. The staff went above and beyond by mailing us an item from their store which we didn't purchase during our visit due to our busy schedule. They sent the item before advising us of the cost............a rare example of trust! Everything about this KOA, including the town, is top shelf.

Nice KOA campground with friendly staff. Sites are pretty close together but there are full hooks ups and 50 amp service. Roads and sites are gravel which makes for a dusty area.
