Cancellation Policy - RV & Tent Sites
For sites booked on holiday dates if your reservation is canceled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date all but $10 of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodations/Lodging
Deluxe Cabins, RV Rentals and Safari Tents cancellation notice on Holiday dates is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Holiday date cancellations are minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Check Out: 11 a.m.
Early check-in may be possible depending on availability. There is no fee for early check-in.
There is a fee for late checkout.
RV, Tent & Cottage Reservations
Pet Policy
There is no limit to the number of pets allowed on an RV site. There is no pet fee charged for pets on an RV site.
A maximum of two pets per pet-friendly accommodation per night are allowed. A $10 per day per pet fee will be applied to all accommodation reservations with pets.
Visitor Policy
A $10 fee, which includes the vehicle fee, will be charged per visitor.
All visitors must leave by 10 p.m. of the day they are visiting.
Visitors must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on a site.

Golf Carts
All guests must fill out a golf cart waiver for rental golf carts.
There is no fee for seasonal campers who wish to bring their own golf cart.

A childhood spent camping, hiking and fishing transitioned smoothly into a career centered around the outdoors. Jeff brings his years of experience in the hospitality industry and his love for camping to Chesapeake Bay KOA.Blue Water Hospitality owns and operates Chesapeake Bay KOA. The Ocean City, Maryland-based company, was founded in 2002 by father and son team, Jack and Todd Burbage, and specializes in hospitality properties.
