Checked in at 5:30pm, called office at 5:50pm because of an electric issue at our site, no answer, left a message (office closed at 6pm). Tried to call secondary number listed on paperwork, repeatedly, call could not go through. Never got a call back, or any communication from them. Site was clean, level and comfortable. But electric issue was never attended to.

Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful. Would like to see more 50 amp sites in the future. Had to move twice to stay on 50 amp sites for our full 6 night stay.

Very clean and quiet, Glad we got a spot under a tree or the sun and heat would have been an issue for us Northern folks. Very convenient to 77 exit.

Wi-fi is very bad. The picnic table no very safe and dirty. Need to be stabilise But the staff is very polite

Just a quick one night stay, but everyone was super friendly. We had our class A motorhome in a great pull through site and we filled up our propane tank on the way out the next morning. Great stay.

Very nice and hospitable campground. The campground is a halfway point for our travels home from Florida. The traffic in the area is a definite mis advantage, but we would stay at this campground again.

No sooner did we get settled in our RV after a very long drive (it was 1:00 am) that the local waste management company decided to empty all their dumpsters! At 1:00am!!!! It was terrible! Who in the world empties dumpsters in the middle of the night right next to a campground??? Is there no noise ordinance in place? We were also charged an extra $10 for a 3rd person and didn't even use water. :(

KOA needs some serious attention. Busted out window in "REC HALL". Grounds/campsites not level. Roadways in the park are deteriorated/crumbling. Dog park had nasty dirty "dog toys". Cigarette buts EVERYWHERE on the grounds. Couldn't-wouldn't use the laundry facility-it was visually clean-the odor of mold/mildew-nasty water/septic was overwhelming. Noisy KOA traffic all night long. Nice staff.

Great stay for 1 night. pull through, gravel, picnic table, close to bath house. Bath house & showers super clean. Near food and drink. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy, by a main highway and on a busy road. Also lots of sirens, well into the night. I didn't feel unsafe but it is in a very busy area. Publix market is walkable! All staff was friendly and accommodating with our res. change.

The garbage truck came at 1:00 am, with all the noise associated with that, plus we were parked closest to it. Unacceptable.

They have all that you need. Only issue was that our site had quite a down grade and had to be creative to run the septic line to drain.

We stayed here to visit with our son who lives near by. The campground was clean, close to parks and other attractions. Good site. Clean restrooms. Large laundry facilities.

We booked the KOA Charlotte/Fort Mill as a stopover to see the Thomas Dambo Troll (Big Pete) in Charlotte, NC. It was perfect for our needs, the troll visit was exactly what we wanted and the bonus was that the KOA had accommodations in that we got a pull through site, they had a food truck on site and we could walk to a local Publix for groceries. It was so convenient off the highway!

It was another wonderful stay at the this location. We are always treated well and the sites are always level. Even the gravel sites are level. Great place to eat right outside the camp site. We will be back to stay for an extended period

Friendly staff, sites are large. Utilities work as they should. Campground is conveniently close to the highway, many restaurants and service stations. Our 3 day stay was most enjoyable.

The site I was given #26 was really rough, gravel and far from level. The worst of the site was when I was leaving I would have to drive through another site to exit the park. If the spot was rented I was land locked. Couldn’t go forward nor backwards. Fortunately, the site did not get rented and I was able to leave early in the morning. That particular pull through should never be rented for $7

Thank you. I guess the only small complaint is that the wifi did not work well. It was pretty quiet though. Just a pit stop on our journey

Pros: Convenient to Publix, Carowinds, fuel. Relatively quiet except the jets. Cons: entrance to campground is a bit confusing. Trying to leave to head back towards the interstate is a nightmare (turn left across 4 lanes with no signal light) especially if you leave during morning traffic. The work around is to drive through Publix's parking lot and exit at their light.

Uneven and unpaved roads. Not a neat and tidy place. Neads updating. Over priced for the experience.

This is our second and last time staying at this KOA. It is difficult to get in. Heavy traffic and nearly impossible to get out and on the highway. The gentleman who parked us said it is mostly work camper and overnighters. We did not have a pleasant experience.

Liked the stay! Very nice campground with many amenities. The road inside the campground needs some work but it looks like the campground is working on that issue. The staff was amazing. They were extremely helpful during my stay as I had some vehicle issues. One of the employees took me to pick up a rental car in his personal vehicle. That’s customer service.

It was an amazing stay. Anita and J. R.!were outstanding host. They were courteous and very helpful. J.R. Led us to our site and helped us back in. It made getting settle so much easier. There is a great little food truck business right outside the campsite. Food was excellent. As a result of this stay we just joined the rewards program and will be back here next week on our way back through.

All our needs were met for our stay. Location was convenient with a gas station and grocery store next door. Showers were clean and modern.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
